Caught a glimpse of this gorgeous spot in Aimee’s ig feed and it is indeed instagrammable. Right in front of the Repulse Bay beach and at the very end of the ground floor of The Pulse, this Thai place takes you away from the craziness of Hong Kong and take you to a chic paradise.Serving more than looks, the place had an exquisite mango sticky rice. 已經好多年無嚟過淺水灣，襯平日放假所以約埋朋友去沙灘曬太陽。曬完太陽就嚟呢間裝修好有泰國渡假feel嘅泰國餐廳。餐廳上都幾多選擇，由前菜、小食、咖哩、炒粉麵飯到甜品都有。我哋兩個人就點咗一個木瓜沙律、一個炒金邊粉、雞肉沙嗲串燒同埋一個芒果糯米飯。首先上枱嘅係木瓜沙律，喺泰國食木瓜沙律一般都整到好辣，但呢度嘅辣度啱啱好木瓜絲爽口，好適合夏天食。雞肉沙嗲有三串，沙嗲醬係另上嘅。雞肉無乜肥膏偏瘦，燒得好香但唔會太乾。沙嗲醬好香花生味，同雞肉好夾食泰國菜必點Pad Thai呢個Pad Thai份量足，而且有好多隻蝦，蝦肉新鮮爽口金邊粉炒得乾身唔會過份油膩，但就無乜鑊氣。配料都好多下，有豆腐乾、芽菜、蝦乾，撈埋花生碎同辣椒粉好惹味。食完主食已經飽咗，但都要嗌個芒果糯米飯食。芒果糯米飯用粉紅色碟上，上面有一層厚厚嘅椰漿，好可愛芒果夠甜而且份量多，配埋暖暖嘅煙韌糯米飯真係好正 有少少想嗌多一份食！除咗渡假風嘅裝修好靚之外，食物質素都唔錯。下次嚟淺水灣會再嚟幫襯
