今日同友人去咗銅鑼灣依間Little bao食🤩一直bookmark咗好想試終於今日試到😚星期六日銅鑼灣都係比較多人，所以個場都幾full，好彩我哋walk in都有位。今次叫咗比較signature嘅Pork belly bao $88同埋teriyaki chicken bao $99個pork belly bao好juicy! 用慢煮方式煮到啲肉好腍，啲肥肥都唔會好膠🤣食完都唔會覺得漏!!因為有個大蔥紫蘇葉沙律酸酸地，一齋食就balance番個味。佢個汁都好岀色，係芝麻醬加海鮮茄汁🍅加上個包好軟熟，亦都本身帶有啲啲甜味，所以口味上好balanced👍🏻 teriyaki chicken bao係即叫即炸，所以一嚟到食係熱辣辣，但同prok belly bao一樣好juicy同唔會太漏因為有青瓜沙律係到就清新啲!!佢用芥末沙律醬配個照燒汁都好夾!本身諗住叫多幾樣signature小食試下但仲有第二round就唯有留番下次再試😢真可惜🤥

Returned to one of my all time favourites, Little Bao, a casual eatery that serves the cutest baos, perfect for a quick and casual lunch! 🍔 Pic 1️⃣: Pork Belly Bao - $88 hkd— Probably my favourite bao from the meal! I love that this is a non-deep fried option which makes it a lot less oily as a lot of their menu items are already deep-fried. The slow-braised pork belly was really juicy and flavourful, and went really well with the sesame mayo hoisin ketchup, which added a bit of acidity to it.Pic

This place serves some unique bao(s) that are surprisingly good.  The signature pork belly bao with the slow-braised pork belly, sesame mayo and shiso leek salad is tasty as usual where as the appetizers such as the shrimp taco and pan-fried dumplings aren't as exceptional yet very tasty.  The hidden gem, ice cream bao was terrifically good and definitely gotta order it during the visit.  All the goodies here come with hefty price tags which is a bit of a turn off.

My first little bao experience was at their original location in soho a few years back. It was already very hyped up back in the day. But I remember being very disappointed because the bao was so small (about the size of my fist), I thought it was ridiculously overpriced. 食包唔一定係西式野，中式既漢堡包你地又食過未呢？/招牌豬腩包係依度既招牌菜，係用饅頭夾住舊豬腩肉，都幾似台式刈包。豬腩肉整得好淋，放入口雖然肥但唔覺得膩！而且配上紅洋蔥同秘製醬汁，酸酸甜甜令個味道都幾match～/Impossible素包岩晒食素者，睇下裡面塊扒幾似牛，但原來係用百分百純蔬菜製成既植物肉扒黎架！再配埋黑椒汁，腐乳沙津醬，特別在加上日本大根，令層次豐富。/Truffle fries係每次去西餐廳都必叫既野😝不過佢就特別在於有小黃瓜同魯香菇混埋一齊，撈埋個薯條一齊食，都好夾。值得一試😎/慢煮牛肋骨煎餃子睇落平平無奇，一咬落去個下好juicy呀～內裡既牛肉唔係平時既免治牛肉而係一絲絲架！睇得出廚師既用心👍🏾/我最期待既甜品出黎啦～ICE CREAM BAO😍小妹揀佐鹽味焦糖雪糕包。個包身就係平時食開炸饅頭再配埋凍冰冰既鹽味雪糕，on top 再加小小焦糖醬，所有野融為一體，好正呀😋/總括而言：Little Bao內裡既環境裝修比較美式，很CHILL🍻，而食物方面都比較fusion，中西合璧，中意新穎既都可以不妨去試吓啦！

Weekday lunch set includes their signature bao with fries, salad and oolong tea at just $88! I would say it’s pretty value for money! 一直經過維園，都會見到呢間餐廳!!好sharp好sharp嘅little bao neon sign~之前去過中環嗰間食佢嘅雪糕，都已經覺得好正，成日經過想食嘅時候都無位。今次除左雪糕仲食咗其他嘢😋😋我地叫左個truffle fries! 一嚟就覺得幾靚仔，有啲小黃瓜同蘑菇喺到🥰truffle味又好濃郁。不過不過，最出色都係佢啲薯條。薯條質地係脆，唔係淋身，又唔會太乾。撈埋啲嘢一齊食，都好夾。真心推薦大家嚟食叫依個。之後叫左2個包😋pork belly bao係另外一樣must叫item! 個包烘過，所以係有小小脆同香口啲。入面有紫洋蔥青瓜，朒肉依啲比較肥膩嘅嘢，加上紫洋蔥同青瓜就中和返。依個包味道真係一流！另一個包係fish tempura bao，依個就有啲失望喇😭個魚太乾身，成件事就係超級乾😭最後點少得ice cream bao! 係綠茶加煉奶味，同埋salted caramel味！係熱辣辣嘅炸饅頭加凍冰冰嘅雪糕，好正～個人推介salted caramel味！又咸又甜咁😂drink方面，兩杯野飲都同想像中嘅差唔多，唔會話太甜，酒嚟講都好畀誠意，唔會淨係落小小咁。p.s. staf

由中環店剛開張時已經加到’我的最愛’，到而家銅鑼灣開分店終於有機會試到！由於店舖離銅鑼灣中中心一段距離，平日下午茶四五點時分店內只有一枱客。踏入餐廳，外藉店員熱情招呼，主動介紹食物飲品，一啲都無偷懶。(唯獨音響喺空洞的餐廳有點太大)友人同我都係起身第一餐，決定咩都試等食物期間，看到經理及員工認真briefingSeaweed Poppers同Scallop and Chips先上枱兩道小食都口感特別，味道一流，非常推介可能我地眼闊肚窄既關係，little bao一啲都唔little點咗Signature Pork Belly Bao，慢煮豬腩肉肉嫩惹味，但不夠兩道前菜來得獨特
