Shortly after we were seated, they served us starters, which was vegetable salad. It consisted of pears, carrot and cucumber sticks. They were crunchy and juicy, going well with the sauce which was flavourful.
We ordered pineapple homemade liquor, which was clear and refreshing. It was sweet in taste, with strong pineapple taste, which was easy to drink too.
We ordered 5 pieces sashimi platter, consisting of tuna, salmon, sweet prawn, sea urchin and madai sashimi. They were fresh in taste, with prawn sweet and juicy, tuna chewy and soft, salmon fat and chewy. Madai was chewy and very fresh and sea urchin was flavourful and creamy, with seaweed provided to wrap with it.
Fried chicken cartilage was fried till crispy and chewy, with mayo cream provided to dip onto it.
Grilled sweet potato was chewy and sweet and grilled mushroom was juicy and chewy as well.
Fish maw udon - Soup was clear and sweet, absorbing the essence of the fish broth. Udon was handmade, thus it was chewy and smooth. Chef was generous with the portion of fish maw, which was juicy and chewy.
