first time eating in this new location, dont like the new seating, too crowded and less classy than in the old restaurant.only eat hainan chicken, cos the set dinner too pricey and not attractive.the best is the rice and soup, not much msg, the chicken is thigh, taste ok, but shouldnt hainan chicken have no bone? lucky the bone not too chippy or i might chip my old man teeth again.the most disappointing thing though, is the lack of the dark sauce, it only has the sour chilly and ginger green oni

the most disappointing thing though, is the lack of the dark sauce, it only has the sour chilly and ginger green onion oil, the dark sauce is the main component in hainan chicken.

i tried another hainan chicken in mainland, in a five star hotel in nanning, guangxi. i ddidnt have much expectation for it, but it was suprisingly good, it has all three sauces and de-boned chicken, only the rice and soup less good than this restaurant.

i have no problem with the service tonight, at least havnt seen things like other have reported.
i guess my lucky night, or else i would blast their axx off. i like doing that to bad service providers.

上個禮拜日晚﹐男朋友帶左我同佢媽咪去南亞食晚飯﹐原來auntie20幾年前同uncle拍拖都經常黎既~ 我就咁大個女都係第一次黎.. 我地點左半隻海南雞﹐肉片參乜(咖哩既一種)﹐炒貴刁同牛肉沙爹﹐隻雞真係掂﹐炒貴刁都有馬來西亞既水準﹐係唔夠辣﹐肉片參乜呢種咖哩都係第一次食﹐無咩特別﹐係比普通咖哩甜D同唔辣﹐牛肉沙爹勁OK... 我平常外面﹐D肉會太熟而且太硬﹐呢個沙爹一咬就斷﹐肉質見少少紅﹐係我最愛﹐不過係個sauce唔夠花生~ 加埋我好耐無飲過既Ice Coffee (加雪糕個隻) 加埋都係300幾蚊~ 抵食~ 值得再去﹗auntie仲話個經理仲係同一個人添﹐以前後生仔﹐依家大左喇~

個人認為食得過,價錢係高左DD~~但味道唔錯~!一入去就有位好好笑容的女侍應安排左個SOFA位俾我...雖然好BUSY,但有咩要求都冇話唔耐煩!同老公食左海南雞飯,貴刁,GADO GADO,仲有HOT CAKE同紅豆冰,冇得彈呀....至今回味....

看過雜誌的介紹後, 昨晚第一到這餐廳,點了海南雞飯,福建炒麵及焗雪山. 服務是不錯的,也讓了張空椅給我放袋. 但起菜較慢, 可能是跳了單的關係...:-(海南雞飯($65)味道頗佳,福建炒麵($50)味道本不錯,但麵條太粗, 像上海粗麵. 但焗雪山($60)卻....還以為是在壞洗衣機內拿回的衣物!!! 酒精也燒了一半...最後, 未夠$200不能用信用卡!!! :-(((

我的朋友叫喇沙午餐時, 問後生男侍應有冇餐湯, 他說"有", 仲問紅湯定白湯。我的朋友說"白湯"。

我見男侍應落單時有點神不守舍, 刻意和他confirm 落咗咩單兩次之多。他亦有覆單, 無誤。

20分鐘過去了, 什麼也未到。我的朋友於是追單, 一名後生女侍應面帶笑容走過來, 我們說等了20分鐘, 先來飲品和餐湯也可以吧? 她第一時間拿紙筆出來, "你地想要咩湯? 凍OT幾多杯?"有點重新落單的感覺。

5分鐘後, 飲品和湯到。

再過兩分鐘, 當我的朋友將湯飲到一半時, 另一名感覺上年資較深的女侍應走過來, "不好意思, 你叫的湯不跟餐"。我的朋友答辯"但我落單時問過, 那位男侍應說餐會跟湯"。她嘗試企梗"但係我地真係冇湯跟餐",講完仲望住我地, 真係佛都有火, 唯有問"咁妳覺得宜家應該點?"
她想了想, 便很苦惱地走開。我們嘗試提他們食品已經差不多30分鐘仍未到, 但他們幾個侍應聚在一旁, 忙不迭地專心研究餐湯問題。

片刻, 完先落單的男侍應衝過來, 拋下一句"得, 我宜家幫你攪掂佢" 便一手將朋友的湯拿起! 當時我朋友仍手拿著湯匙, 我急忙截停男侍應, 喝問他在做什麼, 為什麼將客人飲到一半的湯拿起。他呆站著約3-5秒, 然後理直氣壯地謂:"宜家我要自己俾錢賠這碗湯, 咁碗湯係咪應該屬於我架!?"

去到此刻, 什麼火也起, 食欲亦早已全消, 只感氣憤難平, 食物又叫極不來, 空坐著為一碗湯不停受氣, 同佢講即時埋單, 並嚷著要見經理。這時那位中年女經理始肯死出來, 問咩事。真係頂佢個肺, 一直躲在一旁宜家仲要扮唔知咩事。向佢道出情況, 佢語帶輕挑地話"得啦, 我宜家俾你飲, 碗湯送俾你!"愈聽愈嬲, 只嚷著要埋單。她說"你冷靜D先, 可能D食物已經準備好呢?" 差點氣昏, 頭先係咁追單又冇人理, 宜家講D咁嘅說話我聽。話口未完, 全部食物衝衝送上, 唯有死死氣氣食埋先走。

食完叫埋單, 此時留意到鄰桌食客比我們早到, 食物卻仍未到!只因我們大叫大嚷, 他們就先服務我們。

這是什麼服務?什麼管理制度? 問題不是只出於那位後生男侍應,正常管理下, 如此質素的侍應根不不應該仍在那裡工作;那位女經理低俗地認為,公司願意賠湯我們便應該下了氣, 始終不明白問題所在。而事實係, 最後張單依舊CHARGE 我們那碗湯的價錢, 要我們其後再次投訴先被減去。

咁嘅一餐, 最後價錢係$340。南亞是老字號, 價錢有返咁上吓, 但已往位於密地臣街嘅舊店根本不是這回事, 侍應全用上老手, 話頭醒尾; 不會用上這些毫無經驗和訓練的後生人。本人於那一區長大, 廿多年的記憶中這個鋪位的食肆都做不長久, 希望南亞如果不是混水摸魚的話, 好好檢討不要自拆40年辛苦建立的招牌。

去看完死硬, 又過番海, 文迪有大製作. 再一次謝謝, 無言感激.搞完一輪, 放完亞妹飛機, 近近地, 行了過來食雞飯. 人客也不少, 都要等一輪先有得食.來這裡, 當然係雞飯, 文迪反而叫了匈牙利羊膝.海南雞飯$65: 8分, 來的是黑肉位置. 肉質係幾靚, 嫩滑, 也不太肥. 沒有了黑醬油, 對蔥油辣油都係麻麻, 就剩食雞, 味道也不錯. 雞油飯係相當硬, 或許小弟不好硬飯, 係吃得幾辛苦, 不過都有雞汁的香味. 菜乾雞雜湯就幾清淡, 不過無乜菜乾.匈牙利羊膝$75: 7分, 先來餐包同羅宋湯, 熱熱的餐包, 足料的湯, 幾好. 匈牙利羊膝, 匈牙利菜? 羊係相當騷, 個汁都擋不住那份騷味. 肉質就一般.雞飯算滿意, 不過又沒有再來的意欲.

8月12日下午三時與父母一起到那裡吃下午茶, 入坐後就叫了一個咖哩牛腩飯(正價), 及兩個下午茶餐, 分別為肉醬意粉,星洲炒米及一份Hot Cake, 為我落單的是個中年女店員, 其間她就殷勤地問那正價的會否多加廿五元多一個湯及飲品的set, 當下覺得ok答允(因為其餘的兩個下午茶餐各自有一杯飲品)! 食品上台後毫當然開動, 但Hot Cake就未上, 以為其餐廳等客人吃完main dish才上, 及後食完main dish便叫三杯餐飲, 在舉手叫人但沒人理, 等上約十分鐘後才有位男店員來, 當下才發現下午茶星米被當上正價品, 即是沒飲品的, 當下已經有多少火, 因為我在下單時己表明我要的是下午茶星米, 而那店員又叫了一個似是負責人來, 那負責人聲稱其廚房已紜星米當正價上台,碟頭是大了! 如果我要飲品, 就多加廿五元轉set, 我心想星米我已經吃了, 就當我『豪俾你』叫他上一杯飲品, 更追追之前未來的hot cake, 又過了三十分鐘, 仍未見hot cake, 就問問之前的男店員, 他就不禮貌地回應我一句『未整好喎』就走開了, 再過十分鐘又追問再另外一個男店員, 他就幫我問問水吧的一

星米五十幾元? 說實在不覺得好吃及大碟了幾多? 凍檸荼廿幾元一杯又見不得好飲到那裡! 問心食品及環境尚算可以, 但正價的話就一定不會考慮, 動輒一個main dish就接近一百, 另外又要加錢才轉成set, 而hot cake 是幾好味(我之前吃過一次), 但又不是傳媒說般的那回事! 我覺得那個價在銅鑼灣可以有很多選擇, 要我多加點錢吃好點也不成問題, 起碼我不用那麼受氣了! 各位, 去之前請多加考慮!!!!!

My friend and I were interested in this dish, and we ordered one.Guess not many ppl ordered that because when it was served, its look, together with the fire lighting surprised other sit-in.Anyway, I just wonder if there are any other tastes for the ice-cream inside.And we suggest to use 'suei-fong' cake which is more delicious.Nice try...It is always expected that the waiter can pay attention to the tables or customers when walking along the tables, instead of walking straight back to the kitch

都只係因為冇咩好食既情況下..最後選了在屋企附近的南亞1964.一打開menu.. 就唔想食。當時好好奇.. 南亞會如何化腐朽為神奇將茶餐廳菜式為高級名菜.以致可以收得起咁既價呢??心裡不禁一句:1964年都唔代表你可以收得貴咁多架?!最後還只係要左客比較抵d既海南雞飯($65)。其實都唔錯. 冇咩好彈. 但係又其實冇咩特別.看其裝修會覺得係一間靚餐廳..之但係入面d檯密麻麻既程度..加上個menu一列茶餐廳菜式...我有d後悔入左黎...

tonight i just had a dinner in Nam Ah with 3 friends of mine. we ordered 3 set meals and everything is fine at first. we eat and talk and eat and talk as usual. after a while, the meal has stop coming and we assumed we had all we ordered. then saying after 30 mins of the last meal being placed on our table. the waitress has told us that there is still one meal has not been delivered. we notice that only after she inform us, but by that time, we all feel full and we ask if the meal is being prepa

but look the whole point from my perspective is, she tried to demonistrate that she are actually on top of their customer. nothing about the cost issue since they never prepared for it. and saying the cost of the drink is $5? or $10? come on, you got to be kidding that the meal could save it for next time and the drink is not. and the bottomline is we paid for everything tonight, not a single thing being discounted or left unpaid for their delay of meal delivery continution. what did they lost actually? i guess probably any potential customer after watching this comment.

I think the food quality is really bad.....not worth to pay for such price. As usual, the hot cake is sold out. I dunno whether it's the problem of the food or I dislike Indonesian food, it just tasted really bad. I feel sorry for this restaurant. Also, the waiters were seems like dreaming ..What's going on with this restaurant?

以前有去過,生意很清靜.但由亞蘇介紹後,生意變得非常旺,還要等位呢.可能生意太多,所以食物質素及服務都不行.上星期晚上7:00到, 剛有最後2個位,要了炒貴刀,但看起來非亞蘇說的師傅炒,只屬一般,但勝在乾身不油.咖喱就非常一般,咖喱粉味略重,不夠滑, 至於hot cake就停賣, 數檯客人都希望可以一試,但等到吃完飯都停賣, 服務員水平又差. 故意先給我們埋單, 像要趕客似的, 真是生氣. 只聽到傍邊兩檯客都說以後也不再來. 亞蘇介紹的hot cake就無緣一嚐了.

我諗係阿蘇早幾個禮拜介紹完所以到而家都仲係好多人...我地七點幾黎到岩岩好坐到最後一張(木台)之後o個d 全部都要等..要左個gadogado...個沙嗲醬幾好味不過冇乜芽菜,好似有少少奇怪咁同埋我好個人咁認為個gadogado 應該係係凍不過佢d 菜全部都係熱辣辣,又加多少少奇怪anyway 個醬真係幾香仲要左個貴刁...d 河粉好碎,冇乜料,唯一好處係炒得好乾身唔油。干炒牛河反而幾好,牛肉醃得幾好味,d 河粉起碼真係一條條,唔太油,d 豉油都幾香干煎咖喱雞飯我覺得最好味=p 咖喱汁另上,仲有d 炒麵包伴碟俾你點d 汁食..雖然好肥但真係好食喎,又係feel 到佢醃左好耐所以d 咖喱味入晒兩大舊雞度。最後要左個肉絲炒麵同埋咖喱東山羊飯,前者普通後者d 羊冇味..係冇羶味同埋肉味,有少少奇怪服務真係幾好架,做到踢晒腳都ok 好笑容同埋做得好快手。可以encore,唯一唔好係我覺得嘈左少少,total 五個人食左$38x~

海南雞飯無特別...個湯好似加左好多水!當然就比坊間既味精湯好少少啦....個飯ok唔太油飯身都合格,但啲雞就死死實唔係太新鮮但有少少雞味,雞皮好厚明顯係荷爾蒙雞.....六十五蚊....唉另外叫左個咖哩雞球飯...都係一般,啲薯仔個種幾好幾鮮幾有味...可惜慳時間煮得唔好.....太諗....另外叫左杯雪糕紅豆冰, 一般人地有既佢有,人地冇既佢冇,當然佢唔係專做甜品冇計!

4/4(三) 12:30nn跟一對海南雞狂熱分子及另一同事一行四人到訪此家以海南雞打響名堂的南亞午餐.由於老早致電訂座,服務生為我們預留了靠牆的卡座;餐廳一室白色的格調,裝修非極型格,格局可算簡約整潔!四人要了海南雞飯$65,咖哩牛腩飯$55,秘製貴刁$50,克戟$40,火焰雪山$60.海南雞飯--雞味濃,肥瘦恰好,肉質嫩滑,沒黑醬油點綴總覺缺少什麼似的!附送的菜乾雞腎湯火侯足,反而油飯欠缺彈牙本性和應有的飯香.咖哩牛腩飯--牛腩件頭大大,唯牛坑腩不盡入味,肉質偏韌,可取是馬來咖哩香而不辣,送飯一流!秘製貴刁--毫不出眾的一味!五花腩,雪蝦仁乾涸不鮮,貴刁味全無,質感亦不見得優良!克戟--需時20分鐘;比飛碟更大的克戟焗至外層香脆,入口極格外富雞蛋香;質地也軟熟,塗上極具牛油香的軟滑牛油及糖漿,一道簡單美味的甜品!火焰雪山--賣相搶眼的雪山淋上白酒再其燃起;份量巨型,派場十足!合四人之食力也未能把其徹底征服!劈開雪山,內裏埋藏著椰子及芒果雪糕球,底部以薄薄的一層蛋糕墊底,蛋白焦香及酒香兼具,相當滋味!侍應們反應快,效率高,值得褒獎!這頓豐盛午膳盛惠$297!若為海南雞不辭勞苦而來的粉絲
