麵包🥯的確好食🤤，牛角酥🥐有質感，好脆、唔太油👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 不過一個已經夠飽，要下次先可以試吓其他類型嘅包。咖啡☕️好好飲，個人覺得有種意大利🇮🇹風味，份量啱啱好！🤘🏻👍🏼 成間舖好舒服，座位唔迫，店內有提供叉電🔋同埋Wi-Fi，整體感覺好warm, 有別於一般打卡coffee shop得個樣。 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🙏🏻😬

日售九十個法包，有自家焗爐和物理學家研發的獨有麵粉，多種酥脆口感。即使平時不好法包，都會被多種包點吸引-除了包，再配上果醬、奶油或咖啡，猶如置身歐洲。在忙碌生活中，找點慢活滋味，很是愜意！

經過，門半開，好香麵包味，忍唔住走入去望下，地方好大，有堂食，門口放咗x mas 水果包，定價HKD 250-500，好誇張，cashier 附近有其他包種類，牛角包，酸種包.., 唔係自助，要同cashier 講佢幫你攞，揀咗意大利包，其實即係法包。包長大概10寸，HKD28, 第二朝切開焗返嚟食，好香好脆👍

One of my regular spots for pastries and first sit in for their cafe. I actually used to go and buy artisan doughs when they were in PMQ ages ago but then haven’t been back for several years.I’m a big fan of their brioche and you may heard of their sourdough etc.The bakery here is very safe! Everything is spot on and fresh from the ovens behind (it’s unbelievable big kitchen size for 852!)Ok on the cafe side - first it’s self service. The i ngredients and menu options looks acceptable to me. But

Very high quality sour dough with good service and good food ! We ordered turkey panini. And tomato mussels. Black olive bread with rosemary matched perfectly well with the pesto sauce and cheese. Staff are polite and friendly , will definitely go often☺️

呢間店每次經過都比嘅麵包香吸引住一入去輕快嘅音樂令我諗起巴黎而且玻璃櫥櫃都擺放住店舖裏面各式各樣嘅麵包真係好難選擇！睇完menu揀咗Sourdough with smoked salmon and avocado $108 Ice latte $42主食係以葵花子酸種麵包為主 配撘青醬(香草醬) 有温泉蛋 牛油果 煙三文魚作為配搭 再以碎芝士作調味 個人覺得份量好足 因為sourdough 好飽肚 而且配搭青醬令佢無咁乾 略嫌調味比較淡 不過可以自己再加黑椒同鹽 整體黎講係高質素嘅！咖啡方面 底比較苦 我見有得揀豆 但比錢個時佢無問我 所以我就跟佢比嘅 我估係nutty啲 如果鐘意飲濃烈啲嘅咖啡可以一試！有機會下次經過試埋其他套餐不過餐廳裏面嘅感覺真係俾人一種好舒服同法式風情 環境我個人真係好鐘意！

每個人經過都會對呢間舖頭感到好奇，因為舖面實在好大好大，入邊裝修都幾特別。原來佢係一間非一般的「麵包舖」，主要係食健康嘅酸種麵包。因為近屋企，所以都試過好幾款。今日終於有機會坐低食早餐。的而且確，佢係坐得舒服既～Sourdough with Parma ham and gruyere Cappuccino 除咗第一個之外，其他都不包飲品。呢個簡單早餐，一舊水。個人覺得味道普普通通，唔特別驚喜，偏鹹。抵唔抵就見仁見智，偶然一餐可以嘅。 同埋都係自助服務！

假日經過英皇道被呢間落地玻璃窗嘅麵包店吸引著入到店內，右手邊一個大玻璃櫃裝滿林林總總嘅麵包和曲奇餅，店內標榜天然酵母菌做嘅麵包，响玻璃櫃後面係一個頗大嘅廚房，幾乎係佔店內一半。玻璃櫃旁有收銀機，店內除了售買麵包之外，更在左邊設有座位堂食享用麵包店面積都幾大，又有些植物各樣小擺設，我聽見店內傳內鋼琴聲，原來店內深處更有一座鋼琴，剛巧有位外籍女顧客在彈鋼琴那朝一大早，堂食顧客並不太多，飲杯香濃咖啡，加幾片麵包，更附有自製的果醬，非常寫意堂食完，忍唔住買咗個天然酵母提子橙皮麵包回家慢慢嘆，由於新鮮出爐熱辣辣，所以沒有叫店員幫忙切開。麵包重量十足，麵包外皮脆，內裡軟熟加埋橙皮提子，又有咬口兼質感，不用搽醬已經很可口美味不似一般連鎖麵包店，係十分有心製作健康真材實料的麵包店。

放lunch嚟咗公司附近嘅呢間餐廳餐廳人流都不少 但地方非常闊落 就算人多都唔會感覺好逼餐廳座位可以清晰見到廚房整麵包 廚房位置都非常整潔今餐分別叫咗avocado sourdough同country pate sourdough toast個人覺得country pate相對有特色啲Avocado sourdough 正常水準 芝士味略嫌太出整體而言算不錯 係一間會再去的餐廳

It took a long time for the making of bread.    How can this be easier?!I saw that the coffee was made 5+ minutes before the preparing of my panini,  clearly they cannot control the timing.Counter service was exceptionally rude.

Walked pass Quarry Bay and saw this bakery shop along the way, got attracted by the sourdough and pastry display and went in to have a look. The shop is much more spacious than expected, with plenty of seat-in area and also provide lunch food like pasta or sandwiches, the interior is kind of similar as “Sour Dough” in Wan Chai. 近期愛上酸種麵包，明知價格較高也去光顧。可惜，服務人手不足，兼顧不銷售及向客人解釋各種麵包做法，客不多但仍然要等很久仍未能落單，最後只好離去。感到可惜，卻只能說沒有緣份，不會再嘗試了！

個個都推介要試Levain 麵包，佢開左幾個月今次有機會試啦～佢係主打酸種麵包，款式琳瑯滿目，去到買嘅時候都唔知揀咩好。鰂魚涌店宜家都仲係話Soft Launch, 午餐menu 全部都係以sourdough 為主。佢地廚房都好大，睇到佢地整麵包嘅過程！今次叫左個Assorted Sourdough 同Mushroom and Pancetta Panini.Assorted Sourdough 佢會揀幾款唔同嘅sourdough 配上紅莓醬同牛油。佢嘅包軟熟得黎唔會太硬，容易入口，配埋牛油少少鹹味，可以中和少少sourdough 嘅酸味。不過佢嘅紅莓醬就無咁好，甜味有點似人造甜味，太甜，唔太配搭麵包。另外嘅Panini，即叫即整，上枱時芝士都可以拉絲，Panini仲烘到脆身又唔會太乾，超惹味，但可惜唔太食到Pancetta ，蘑菇份量都正常，食完都幾飽架！希望佢快d 正式營運，有更多嘅野食啦！

Sourdough is great! Coffee is not bad, but the choice of oat milk they use does not match with the coffee.Music too loud and gets irritating.A lot of fruit flies.

Baked goods are overall tasty and delightful. The one time I ordered coffee it turned out to be surprisingly good. The cashiers on the other hand always sound off-putting, impatient and annoyed, and sometimes miss items… so there’s never the impulse to grab something and go. Shopping at a bakery should be one of the most satisfying things in the world.
