It has been long time since last time having seafood at Lei Yue Mun. We came to 威龙海鲜酒家 this time.I think the chef does really good job on cooking all dishes. All dishes are so fresh and tasty, esp. the port wine oysters and mantis shrimp. The texture and the taste are perfect. We also ordered the abalone there, the taste is very rich. The OZ lobster is super sweet and fresh!! And i like the way they cooked the rice vermicelli, it's so crispy and so nice to eat with the sauce.Price is relatively reasonable. Also, the staff, Mr Yan is very nice!! Would definitely come back for next family/friends gathering again.

有朋友回港聚旧,我们安排左一餐富丰嘅海鲜餐。 通常都会系鲤鱼门大家姐果边买海鲜,再拎去餐厅加工。 鲤鱼门 大家姐嘅海鲜真系货真价实,海鲜大大件,又鲜甜。 我地一共拣左5样海鲜,包括西澳龙虾,海螺,蛏子,花斑龙趸,同埋濑尿虾。 椒盐濑尿虾啖啖肉又鲜甜,炸得好干身,椒盐味刚刚好豉椒炒蛏子蛏子肥美和嫩滑,好出嘅豉椒味同埋够火喉清炒海螺第一次吃清炒大海螺,难得吃到海螺嘅鲜甜味道龙趸两吃个人好喜欢吃呢间餐厅煮嘅龙趸两吃,西芥炒龙趸可以保留鱼嘅嫩滑同鲜味,而脆骨龙趸就可以吃到鱼嘅香口味道,调味方面做得好好焗芝士龙虾个人都很喜欢呢间餐厅做嘅芝士焗龙虾,龙虾煮得刚好,吃到鲜甜嫩滑,而芝士汁就是比较cream的那一种类

好耐冇去鲤鱼门食海鲜,今日约埋一班朋友去食,餐厅呢期推出呢个套餐,十分抵食,我地每位食到非常满足。龙虾刺身刺身爽口弹牙,味道鲜甜。原味冻食松叶蟹松叶蟹啖啖肉,冻食更加令到蟹味更浓郁鲜甜。清蒸苏鼠斑鱼肉嫩滑,蒸嘅时间刚刚好,姜葱龙虾头爪炸面将头先龙虾刺身头再用姜葱煮,完全唔会浪费,龙虾变得好惹味,炸面炸到脆卜卜。豉椒炒大蚬完全没有沙,酱汁味道唔会过咸。秘制咕噜肉味道酸甜开胃,食落外脆内多汁。风沙豆腐豆腐外脆内软,带有少少麻辣味道,好惹味。面豉酱唐生菜生菜爽甜,加上面豉酱咸咸香香。一品海鲜汤超级浓郁嘅鱼汤,味道鲜甜。皇牌瑶柱蛋白炒饭炒到粒粒分明,好有镬气。是日果盘有西瓜,哈密瓜,菠萝,芒果,水果鲜甜多汁。

香港鲤鱼门出名食海鲜,今日嚟到《威龙》,好好食餐海鲜,餐厅有房间可以方便大家包厅,有房间落地玻璃望到日落黄昏景,好写意。龙虾刺身~龙虾好新鲜,肉质鲜甜;原味冻食松叶蟹~冻食更能带出鲜味,蟹肉香甜;清蒸苏鼠斑~好大条,肥嘟嘟,片片鱼肉嫩滑;姜葱龙虾头爪炸面~炒得特别香口,炸面十分香脆;豉椒炒大蚬~豉椒味道非常惹味;秘制咕噜肉~厨师巧手,食到咕噜肉外层脆卜卜,咕噜汁酸咪咪好醒胃;风沙豆腐~小小辣,避风塘风味;面豉酱唐生菜~生菜索满面酱汁;皇牌瑶柱蛋白炒饭~真系要赞下呢个炒饭,热辣辣炒得香喷喷;一品海鲜汤~入口啖啖香浓鱼味,正!是日果盘~咁样食都只系每位收$500,8-12 位,免收加一包茶芥,酒水另计。

同事们夹份买六合彩,中咗三奖,大家异口同声话要食餐好嘅,有人提议去鲤鱼门食海鲜,威龙海鲜酒家系同事提出,佢话之前食过,招呼和食物都有水准,一于齐齐去庆祝下!酒楼设有多间贵宾房,玻璃窗外望到海景,环境都唔错。入座后先送上小食和茶水。经理见我哋人多,介绍话酒楼近期推出左个套餐好抵食,好多食客食过都赞好,大家都话想试吓!龙虾刺身:餐厅选用澳洲龙虾,即捞即㓥,龙虾鲜味十足口感有弹性,点少少豉油及wasabi食啱啱好。原味冻食松叶蟹:松叶蟹肉质鲜嫩,味道鲜甜;蟹脚更是啖啖肉,肥美软嫩,滋味十足。清蒸苏鼠斑:苏鼠肉质爽实雪白,鱼油丰富,食味甚佳。姜葱龙虾头爪炸面:用做刺身嘅龙虾头爪做成两食,用姜葱爆炒龙虾头爪,面条炸至香脆可口,吸收咗龙虾嘅鲜味,十分美味豉椒炒大蚬:镬气够,鲜甜蚬肉加上惹味的酱汁可算是十分配合。秘制咕噜肉:是家传户晓的广东菜.味道酸甜,非常醒胃。面豉酱唐生菜:生菜食得出有镬气,而且好爽口,面豉酱有提鲜作用,能够突出生菜最原始的鲜味。皇牌瑶柱蛋白炒饭:用蛋白和瑶柱一起炒,感觉较清新不腻,名贵又好味。风沙豆腐:豆腐炸至金黄色再爆炒有点像避风塘煮法,不过厨师就加多咗豆豉去爆炒,令味道更惹味!一品海鲜汤:奶白色的汤够火候,鲜味十足!是日果盘:份量十足,芒果、蜜瓜、西瓜、菠萝,每种生果都好新鲜,爽甜美味!
