去到只有4圍檯,好寬敞好清靜…見唔到侍應,要等一陣先有人岀嚟…

坐低叫咗兩壺茶,但只嚟一壺,要叫兩次先俾…

要問先會俾個下午茶餐牌,見到原來加咗價($208/4位,免茶芥,另加一)…

埋單原本應該$208加一($228.8),但又收多$44茶芥…(埋單要睇清楚)

服務真係一般…

食物就唔錯,整體全部食物都唔會太咸,味道好好…

蘿蔔絲酥卷: 外皮鬆脆
黑松露菇餃:幾特別,好菇味
陳皮銀杏粥:非常好,仲配油炸鬼,好綿

I've got nothing against vegetables, but I usually pass on vegetarian food. I shouldn't though. We were here with a visiting animal rights activist (among other things) and he related an interview he did with , where PIX basically told him, "I'm convinced by your arguments that it's wrong for me to eat meat, but I just don't like vegetarian food that much." That's pretty much my own position, but it's not entirely the most rational or ethical position to take.Anyway... onto the review.So we were

So we were 13 in total, and it's pretty difficult to get that many people organized enough to order things. Thus we asked if they had a set menu and indeed they did (they don't bring it to you automatically). They had a set for 12, and were able to adjust it for 13-- so, for example, we got 13 dumplings instead of 12.

There were two kinds of dumplings and they were both filled with the sorts of things you might expect: mushrooms, green onions, lil tofu bits, that sort of thing. They were good and exactly what you'd expect from vegetarian dumplings. B

This dish was great though. Really big chunks of what had to be an enormous mushroom, sprinkled with some seasoning. The mushrooms were meaty in a way that could make you forget meat ever existed. Firm and juicy with a really intense flavor. Highly recommended. We asked what it was, and the server brought back over the menu and pointed to the Chinese which said, "abalone." This mushroom I didn't really care for. It was cold, had a kind of funny texture, and came with some sort of wasabi sauce. Carrots were nice though. OK, C

This isn't the world's greatest picture. Anyway, you can tell that the exterior ring is broccoli, and I will say that I liked both the presentation at this place and the bonus veggies. The things on the inside were little tofu-cloth sacks, filled with the usual suspects: green onions, mushrooms, etc. I have to say that I wasn't really a fan-- the tofu cloth stuff is just flavorless and an awful texture, in my opinion. C-

I guess this was supposed to be fake shark's fin soup. It had glass noodles, mushrooms, and some tofu skin strips. Quite filling, and pretty good flavor-wise. Texture wise it was a little over gelatinous and again, I'm no big fan of tofu skin. Still, it was good. B

This was an interesting dish. These packets had a crispy fried up exterior and were filled with mushrooms and vegetables. A little saucy, a little messy, but still quite good. B

This was a dish of nuts and beans. Other people eat way faster than me so again, I didn't have any. [No Rating]

Before I continue, I should mention my favorite dish of the meal, which I apparently have forgotten to photograph. I'll call it 'kung pao tofu' it had cashews, bell peppers, large, fresh green chilis, lots of small dried red chilis, and cubes of tofu, with a fair amount of Sichuan peppercorns. I give that dish an A+. The veggies were nicely stir fried-- charred but still crunchy. And the tofu was quite flavorful.

The fried rice was good. The grains were separate and glistening without being greasy, and there was a nice interplay with the other elements for texture and contrast: corn kernels and green onions, for example. B

Long story short: I love noodles; lots of the places around here consider them an afterthought or not at all. These noodles were good. Certainly nothing mind-blowing and maybe a little soft for my taste. Mellow and filling. Good, B+

There were three desserts: fruit, these gelatin thingies and a lotus-paste filled bun. I did not make it to dessert. [No Rating]

Here's my view: I can definitely see how some people could come here and be disappointed. Some of the things we had weren't particularly good. Additionally, if you're into the fake meat, that's not really as much a thing here. Nevertheless, I do think the food is good. My personal recommendations are the "abalone" and the "kung pao tofu". Final score: Great, B+

This is my second visit to this vegetarian place with, again, friends who drive – this was of utmost importance since the restaurant was really located at a rather awkward location accessible only to drivers. The Buddhist decor found favour with my friends. They were also taken by the quality vegetarian cuisine.
The preserved gluten appetizer was fresh and slightly zesty. The sliced white fungus was served as a cold platter and, interestingly, tasted like abalone sashimi – there was a spicy wasabi-like sauce which matched it quite well. The sweet and sour breaded konjac was not spectacular, but the vegetables including pineapple, bell pepper and plum/berries that went with it lent a special flavor to this slightly old-fashioned dish. The breaded enoki mushroom was prepared in parody of fried calamari with salt and pepper, and the separate breading and deep frying process must have been time-consuming. The “guava purse” formed from beancurd with fungus and diced celery inside was nice but there did not taste of guava as the name suggested. The miniature siu lung bao tasted of bamboo shoots or water chestnuts and were not particularly impressive. The beancurd roll wrapped with seaweed and added with fermented soybean sauce to imitate a traditional Cantonese dish (“fermented soybean mud carp”) and was surprisingly similar. The impressive and aesthetically pleasing “lotus beauty” which was designed to look like a giant lotus seedpod – it was formed from zucchini wrapped around boiled lotus seeds built over broccoli and the taste was light but not bland. For desserts, there was no trace of “bitter gourd” in the “bitter gourd sesame glutinous ball” which might be masked by the red bean paste; the moist date cake consisted of traditional herbs and had a chewy texture but was not too sweet.
The service was better tonight and we figured $323 per head was good value for money. We were also introduced to the membership scheme with various boon – which we would seriously consider for future gatherings.

Found this vegetarian eatery hailed as a great place on an expatriates' website thus decided to eat here for our monthly gathering.

The location is awkward for those who don't drive (you might need to consider a long trek or a taxi from Pacific Place or Central), but for those who do drive, there is a parking Iot at the building. It was a bit confusing as there was no directions on how to reach the restaurant (one needs to change escalators at a certain floor), anyhow we managed to settle down after ten minutes. 

With Buddhist teachings on the wall, this looks like one of the traditional Chinese vegetarian restaurants. In fact, it provided innovative choices to the menu and many tables were eating seasonal vegetarian hotpot - we saw the prices were quite affordable. 

First came sweet and sour fried gluten as the appetizer - likely one of the most traditional forms of Chinese vegetarian product - and this was a pleasant surprise as it was fresh and did not taste like it's been soaked in oil for ages. Then another sweet and sour dish - breaded konjac posing as pork with fried bell pepper, this was crispy and crunchy and tasted quite good. The stir fry mixed greens included lily bulbs, asparagus and bamboo fungus, again they were fresh but a bit heavy in seasoning. The breaded deep fry golden mushrooms with salt and pepper looked like fried calamari and was just like crispy, though my dining companions found it slightly too salty and spicy. The soft vegetable buns were soft with thin coats (I personally loathe buns with thick outer coats). The pot rice with matsutake or pine mushrooms was very tasty and cooked soft and hot - great choice in winter. The pumpkin stew with vegetables stew was fulfilling but one couldn't really taste any pumpkin in it (we chose this as the dragon fruit one was out of season). The desserts were traditional Chinese ones; the sesame roll was initially light but it grew in sweetness with each bite. The date cake was rich with a strong herbal flavour (that some would call pungent) but I liked this unique taste. 
The service was fair, but for the price ($283 per head) this was really great Chinese vegetarian cuisine marrying traditional and creative elements - we decided then and there we would return for a revisit.

主菜是原隻菠蘿炒飯(加咖哩)--平時vietnamese都不時食菠蘿炒飯, 齋版的炒飯沒了我喜歡的腰果, 不過仍然有脆口的粒粒在飯中, 飯炒得非常乾身, 所以炒得頗香而且入口咬到一粒粒, 咖哩沒有很辣但就是有陣香氣~~ 食到尾段挖了點菠蘿肉, 少不免有菠蘿汁流出, 加上菠蘿汁後的飯酸酸的濕濕的更易入口!

星期日的下午都沒有滿座, 交通不便大概是主因, 餐廳主要的客人好像都是外國人, 皆因我經常聽到英文... anyway, 我頗欣賞這裡的食物, 雖然是齋, 不過賣相跟味道都不錯! 價錢亦合理, 有機會都不介意再上山帶媽媽來試試~

第一次吃素食點心, 又多種類, 又快又好味道! 吃點心一定要多人才有多選擇, 一早訂好小菜, 一到達就可上菜.必吃: 心齋第一飽, 皮薄的菠蘿包!羅漢齋紅米腸粉, 紅米不多, 也是醬油腸粉.必吃: 松露雜菌餃! 好香松露味,又好吃.必吃: 蘿蔔絲酥餅. 外脆, 內軟, 熱乎乎的. 原個菠蘿炒飯 + 羅漢齋炒麵 (個人LIKE 炒麵, 因為脆又不油膩. 飯其實炒得好, 好乾.必吃小菜:荷塘吐豔, 外觀一流,這是一心機菜, 要把冬瓜一片片包一粒白果, 每粒白果去芯, 西蘭花作底部成一荷塘, 味道清新.糖醋魔芋:有香脆外表,鮮菠蘿配菜, 感覺良好!必吃: 鮮茄湯鮮竹卷, 鮮茄湯好飲, 鮮竹好鮮甜.栗米竹生粥: 同其他素食店不同, 加了竹生, 粥底厚. 必食: 棗茸千層糕. 棗茸味道濃郁!

一行幾人gathering, 開頭諗食邊間,聽過朋友講lee 間出名兼好食,同埋唔好成日邊爐於是係lee 度食。雖然位置非常吊腳,到金鐘站仲要轉程巴士,但食物質素已經值返,waiter 好熱心推介各樣菜。仲有估唔到有素啤酒,飲落有D 似凍啤酒。酸甜咕嚕肉:酸酸甜甜好開胃,朋友不斷諗點解似麵醬素肉碎蒸茄子:好似魚香茄子幾得意 椒鹽金針菇:味道香口擔擔麵:咬落爽口,辛辣程度可以接受,湯底唔算濃另外,甜品叫左杞子桂花糕、棗茸千層糕、 香滑芝麻卷,每樣都唔太甜,合符低糖,值得一讚另外,我地有朋友生日唔想再切蛋糕,於是問果度有d mei, 原來可以早兩日訂壽包,子母壽包或者細壽包。

There was no easy way of getting there that we knew of, so had to walk about 20 minutes up a load of hills from admiralty to get there. We got put around the corner which was quiet and had no atmosphere, but on request they did put us on a new table when one freed up. The atmosphere and interior is quite nice but it doesn't have much of a buzz or a special feel to it.We were disappointed to see there was barely any mock meat on the menu, it was just vegetable dishes, some woth tofu. We were disappointed to see there was barely any mock meat on the menu, it was just vegetable dishes, some woth tofu. I had mock chicken and tomato stew which was way too hot for ages but did taste quite nice. The garlic bread it came with was rock hard and greasy. My partner ordered a mushroom in XO sauce dish which had chillies in it (not specified on the menu) so was too spicy and quite boring. I had a dragon fruit juice which was bland.

The prices were too high for the simplicity and basic quality of food  so we will not be returning. The staff were attentive.

今天是媽媽的生日,由於爸媽的宗教信仰,所以生日當天一定會食素。去年曾經來心齋打素邊爐,知道心齋有午市中式點心吃,所以今天特別帶家人來試試。一行四人點了共八碟點心:心齋第一包,壽桃包,羅漢齋腸粉,素粉果,煎鍋貼,小籠包,銀杏白果白粥,齋滷味,再加上一碟素肉片炒河粉。心齋第一包:外面是菠蘿包面,裡面是素叉燒,一來到還是熱熱的,很美味啊。心齋第一包果然沒有說錯。壽桃包:略嫌太精緻,而且皮比較厚羅漢齋腸粉:所有腸粉類的點心都可以選擇白米或紅米,我們選擇了紅米,所以外表看起來就好像有淡淡的的粉紫色,很漂亮。皮很薄,餡料也很豐富,不錯煎鍋貼:這個一定要趁熱吃,皮煎得脆脆的,裡面的都是蔬菜,其實不用醬油也很好吃。小籠包:做得比較小,真的一口一個,咬下去,裡面滿滿的汁,跟肉的小籠包其實沒有分別。素粉果:皮薄餡料豐富,不錯銀杏白果白粥:真的是白粥一碗,如果多點點的白果,可能會更好齋滷味:略嫌乾了一點素肉片炒河粉:這個非常讚,很有,料很多食物方面其實都很好,而且根本是一煮好就上桌,熱熱的,很好吃。再來就特別要說一說心齋的茶,我們點了鐵觀音和普洱茶,那壼鐵觀音很香,就是沒開始喝,打開蓋子就已經聞到濃濃的茶味

心齋第一包:外面是菠蘿包面,裡面是素叉燒,一來到還是熱熱的,很美味啊。心齋第一包果然沒有說錯。

羅漢齋腸粉:所有腸粉類的點心都可以選擇白米或紅米,我們選擇了紅米,所以外表看起來就好像有淡淡的的粉紫色,很漂亮。皮很薄,餡料也很豐富,不錯

煎鍋貼:這個一定要趁熱吃,皮煎得脆脆的,裡面的都是蔬菜,其實不用醬油也很好吃。

小籠包:做得比較小,真的一口一個,咬下去,裡面滿滿的汁,跟肉的小籠包其實沒有分別。

素粉果:皮薄餡料豐富,不錯

銀杏白果白粥:真的是白粥一碗,如果多點點的白果,可能會更好

齋滷味:略嫌乾了一點
素肉片炒河粉:
這個非常讚,很有[鑊氣],料很多

食物方面其實都很好,而且根本是一煮好就上桌,熱熱的,很好吃。再來就特別要說一說心齋的茶,我們點了鐵觀音和普洱茶,那壼鐵觀音很香,就是沒開始喝,打開蓋子就已經聞到濃濃的茶味。

環境方面令人感覺很舒服,有很多佛教的佈置,令人感覺很平靜。

心齋一向被視為素食界的米芝蓮,它午市點心如何出眾,大家早有聽聞吧?至於晚市,有些時候水準比較飄忽,早前跟家人飯聚,整晚餸菜的質素都很穩定.一開首,我們先來個蘿蔔絲酥餅,酥脆的外皮跟清甜的蘿蔔很搭檔,是每次必吃的點心.隨後的煎素餃子,雖然不賴,但說不上出眾.有點平平無奇.熱盆方面,鮮草茹野菌腐皮卷亦是摯愛,煎得香脆後淋上適量汁獻,外國朋友尤其喜歡,因為一件件,不精於運用筷子也可夾到.如意煲味道奇住,黃耳,冬菇,腐竹,加上濃郁湯汁和生菜,家人笑言活像羊腩煲,我希望這不是食店本意,因為最怕齋口唔齋心,用素食去扮葷類菜餚的味道和口感,以滿足心癮.嚐過九龍城一間著名素菜館的齋宴,每道菜都扮得很像,令人驚訝之餘,其實很嘔心.麵醬素肉碎蒸茄子,是没有必要扮魚香茄子,為何要加素肉呢?我常嘀咕這些素肉產品的營養價值,相信加入了很多添加剤和化學材料,才可造成那些味道,口感和外觀吧,人吃得多,會否越來越塑膠?其餘的炒雜菌,牛肝菌豆腐也處理得很好,香氣四溢!松子炒飯,米飯很乾身,不油膩,我滿滿的吃了兩碗.最後的杞子桂花糕沒有畫龍點精的效果,只是可有可無的甜點.整體上是輕鬆愉快的晚上,心齋仍是我偶然素食的首選.

其餘的炒雜菌,牛肝菌豆腐也處理得很好,香氣四溢!
松子炒飯,米飯很乾身,不油膩,我滿滿的吃了兩碗.
最後的杞子桂花糕沒有畫龍點精的效果,只是可有可無的甜點.
整體上是輕鬆愉快的晚上,心齋仍是我偶然素食的首選.

今晚帶阿姨嚟試下心齋,因為阿姨食齋所以餐廳選擇不多。聽講嚟間餐廳唔錯,又係半山,所以對佢期望都頗高。1)咕嚕魔芋睇個名諗住係芋頭,不過上菜食咗都唔知係咩。空心豆卜?唔抵食。2)灌湯小籠包有無食過鼎太丰嘅香芋小籠包?size就係咁細粒,有一滴湯嘅,普通。其他都幾好食嘅。中意食齋嘅可以去試,唔中意嘅就唔洗去啦。

下班後三五知己去了心齋,朋友介紹下第一次到該店,場內環境整潔。打開餐牌,已被椒鹽金針菇吸引,本人比較喜歡吃煎炸類 香脆可口!] 另外叫了冰鎮白靈菇附秘製醬料,好爽口,有陣陣的芥末味,醬料偏咸,不宜太多!]接著,酸辣湯,酸辣開胃,飲了兩碗!! 乾炸白頁豆腐(適合喜歡吃辣味東西人士!!!)配料有腰果紅椒青椒……附有四川麻辣味道!豆漿浸豆腐咖哩南瓜蒜蓉包,初時看見餐牌時候,看到圖片為新鮮南瓜盅,誰知上菜後是一個玻璃盅! 蒜蓉包未夠脆!不過還可以吧! 竹笙扒時蔬 甜品。。。大家都應該認識吧!!!! 是日晚餐大家都非常滿意, 一人五行大概二百元左右。。。 下次會帶家人一起吃飯!!!!

Made a reservation and they said the dining time was from 6:30 to 8.45 because the restaurant was fully booked.When I arrived, it was empty and it remained empty.Anyway, when I got there, they allocated me the TATAMI.Why the hell would I want to sit in a bloody TATAMI, do I bloody look Japanese?Ordered the hotpot but they forgot the wontons and some other dumplings which really annoyed me because their hotpots are more expensive than normal non vegetarian hotpots.The service was shit and appauli

Why the hell would I want to sit in a bloody TATAMI, do I bloody look Japanese?

Ordered the hotpot but they forgot the wontons and some other dumplings which really annoyed me because their hotpots are more expensive than normal non vegetarian hotpots.

The service was shit and appauling as well and a shame to the vegetarian society because people like David Yeung and the Green Monday organisations are working very hard to promote Green and vegetarian awareness.

God knows how long those chestnuts have been kept in their fridge because it was dry and oxidised (brown) should be binned, you could tell they've gone bad because they've just sliced the rotting surfaces away.

The Bak Kut Teh broth was interesting because they used a soup bag which was obviously bought from somewhere.

What pissed me off even more was the bored waitress who kept coming over to my table and watch me eat did not even tell me there were sauces for the hotpot.
I only found out about the sauces when I got home and read the previous reviews.

The bored waitress was useless as well because she saw my hotpot heat up with the broth spilling and she did not even bother to come and turn down the gas.

If the restaurant was busy I could understand the lack of service (if any at all) but there were only 2-3 tables which shows how busy they are.

Anyway, the taro dumpling was quite good, it was filled with sticky thick taro paste.

This is my favourite Chinese vegetarian restaurant in Hong Kong. As usual, we started off with their specialty burdock tea which is not common in other Chinese restaurants.  It is not a strong tea, but has a great aroma and tastes a little bit sweet.

It was a cold evening and most of us were quite hungry, so we all went for the all you can eat hotpot.  The menu offerred various interesting soup flavours.  The choice of food items was quite extensive considering the vegetarian limitation, including different kinds of dumplings, mushrooms, tofu, fresh vegetables, balls and noodles.

After ordering our first round of food (by ticking in the boxes on the menu list), it was time to head to the condiment station to choose/mix our own sauces!  Being a strict buddhist vegetarian restaurant, garlic and spring onions were not available, but there were some awesome items such as minced ginger and red beancurd paste.  Great to experiment with different combinations.

We had two hotpots.  One was a combination of Vegetarian "Bak Kut Teh" and Chinese herbal soup.  The former was rich and full of strong flavours, which was a contrast to the later which was quite lighly and refreshing.  Both went well with the various balls, dumplings and fresh vegetables.

The other hotpot was the Sichuan spicy soup, which was filled with spices and hot chilies.  Went really well with the assorted mushrooms and tofu, as well as the noodles (especially the Sichuan green bean noodles).

Apart from the various organic fresh vegetables, I would recommend their dumpings which looked and tasted great.  The dumpling size was small and the skin was thin, so you can have quite a few and experiment with different soup bases and sauces!

怎麼端來的是叉燒包?向侍應查問,我要的菠蘿皮,叉燒餡的包點,原來叫天下第一包,是我選錯了。

叉燒包用上切碎的齋叉燒作餡料,叉燒汁做得不錯,蜜甜味香,可惜包皮太厚了,不是我杯茶。

欲再點天下第一包,但已告售罄了,唯有下次再回味!

鹹水角做得很精細,比右手邊的豉油碟還要小。乾爽、不油膩,與及煙韌鹹香的鹹水角外層,水準依然,顯出廚師的用心,而鹹水角的餡料則運用了切碎的菜脯,爽口而透出點點蘿蔔香。

老死試了一口,即謂燉湯很美味!燉湯色澤深厚,想必是經老火燉製,入口清香味甜。以自己功力,多次在家嘗試,仍未能烹調出如斯韻味的燉湯,這無肉勝有肉的境界,還需要多少的歷練才能達到?!

混上紅、綠、黃燈籠椒粒的錦滷汁,酸甜味道調製得很自然,完全沒有嗆喉的醋味,再配合炸得酥香、乾爽的雲吞,開胃又醒神,無論小朋友或大朋友也會喜歡上它!

吃過點心後,我仍沒有一點飽意,跟老死的食慾似乎形成了強烈的對比。

老死喜歡吃濕潤,如湯粉的主食,於是要來了擔擔麵,乘機讓老死多吃一點。

到心齋多嚐炒粉麵,對擔擔麵反而沒什麼印象。

麵條滑身,帶輕微的煙韌感,嚼勁不算強勁,但聽到老死覺得麵條合意,我頓感放心。至於擔擔麵的湯底,不是太稠密,但也做出擔擔麵惹味的神韻,恰好的花生鹹香味兒,素的擔擔麵也不會令人失望!

老死的容貌沒多大的改變,但在長期不良的睡眠狀態下,不單影響她的食慾,肌肉酸痛與頭痛長期出現,長此下去,她的身心將承受莫大的折磨,希望她可盡快回復正常。我倆相隔那麼遠,我的心意只能寄予點心和化作文字抒發,祝願她身體健康!

题外话/补充资料: 這次再到訪心齋,發現侍應的服務水平下降了,沒有以前那般專業,希望心齋能檢討一下。
