There is also a salad bar and appetizer bar, after you have order what you want, you can go there to get what you want.
On the table, there is different sauce for the Thai Cruise. I think it is quite caring for them to name each one by the plate, so we won't mix them up.

This is the fried cheese tteobboki and the thai fried fishball and shrimp paste. they wont be too oily and is quite nices, especially the cheese one.
Tempura shrimp, pumpkin, sweet potato. GOSH, i have to say that the tempura pumpkin is super amazing, very naturally sweet and tasty! THe sweet potato is fab as well.
Thai spicy squid. The squid is nicely cooked which wot be too chewy and the spicy is slightly spicy which makes us just want more
the sashimi in general is satisfactory for the quality of japanese buffet. surpisingly the quality of the shell kind is quite good. Besides, the salmon are cut into thick slices, so you can really taste the flavour of the fish andthe fat-thin ratio is quite nice. Tho we can not say it melts in the mouth, the fat of it does add joy in our mouth.the fish is quite fresh and sweet i would say, better than expectation.
Not to miss out this Thai grilled pork neck. The outer layer of it is grilled nicely to slightly overcooked, so it would be quite crispy and the inside is still smooth, tender and juicy. Adding it to the sauce is perfect, simply like what you order from thai restaurant.
Grilled BBQ of pork, beef and chicken. The sauce here is amazing, the satei sauce is adding marks to it. Slightly spicy, nutty taste and a bit sweetness make the original flavour of the meat more stand out.
Fried clams! Thai food here is generally better, this one is nice as most restaurant may not clean it clearly and the clams may have some sand inside. and you wont find the scenario here, the clams are cleanly washed and the sauce is supreme
I just found out i had more thai food here than japanese one.the noodles is quite huge in size relatively, so i would suggest you to share it among friends. NOt to get full!THe soup of the noodles is clear, not too salty and just add taste to the vermicelli.and the ingredients is so generous. The veggie is nicely cooked, wnt becomes yellow and the pork is nice.
The shrimp is in high quality as you can find them in a good chewy manner. The sauce makes the natural sweetness of the shrimp stands out and it is slightly spicy. But you have to get rid of the shrimp shell!
Before talking about its quality, i have to praise about the mini size sushi. As most Japanese buffet restaurant woud present the sushi with quite a large size of the ice dumplings,so they can get the cusomer full. But you can observe, the rice here is simply around one joint of the thumb. So you wont become very full after it and you can still enjoy other food!the wagyu beef sushi is not really strong in wagyu beef taste, but who can blame for that when you are just having buffet.
the uni sushi is quite nice when you can still taste the sea saltiness of the uni which means it is still quite fresh. The grilled salmon is nice as well as the fat is halfy melt and make the taste of salmon more outstanding.
as the size of rice is tiny, the portion of meat on top would enlarge, and you can taste he flavour of it more clearly.

you can have the mega size shrimp as well!!! its around the size of your hand.
THe beef is superb, the tenderness and the taste of it and the sauce is perfectly matched.
the garlic scallop. the scallop is quite sweet in taste regardless of the saltiness from the garlic. The butter also add in more complex falvour to it
the octopus from the appetizer bar is so huge in size!
