札幌元祖北海道拉麵 (已搬遷) 新店位置

朋友早前說起這間餐廳的拉麵很捧，雖然知道一碗麵也要六、七十蚊，但朋友highly recommended，所以今天特地到這間麵店試試。一開始就有點失望，放在桌上的茶是冰凍的，很少店鋪會使用冷凍的茶，而且而家的天氣還這樣寒冷，但最後我叫人幫我拿杯熱的，他們也給了我。由於拉麵沒有甚麼送伴隨，所以我要了個飯(後來知道原來拉麵是有兩塊叉燒)，點了個炸雞定食，味道還算不錯，但我沒有食過這麼多肥「高」的雞，一舊雞肉當中，肥高佔了三份一。定食當中有一小碗湯，裡面有一口拉麵，味道真的不錯，早知也點拉麵好啦。服務一般吧，裡面的侍應有點看似年紀很少，另外還有兩三個上年紀的女人，他們經常都是黑口黑面的。總括而言，味道是不錯的，但價錢我個人認為貴了一點，在其他地方三、四十元的拉麵套餐的質素也受得上它。也許是在中環鋪租貴吧。

First of all, two of the young boy (waiters) already started to laugh when we stepped in. When I asked for toilet key, he laughed again, not to me, but to the other boy. It used to be my favorite Japanese noodles place but I don't know what happen. The service has became horrible and the food is not the same as before. Before I would pay $80 per bowl because the chef would give you $80 worth of noodles, ingredients and their TLC. I tried it again last week and it was horrible.Can somebody keep up their standard even though they're popular than before????

Heard from my friend that the ramen here is really good, so i just went with my gf here to check it out yesterday. however, their service really disappointed. The waitress asked us to order food for 3 times within 10 mins. IFC睇Simpson the Movie, 在打烊前(closed at 10:00 pm, last order at 9:30 pm) 趕得及來吃個晚餐Two people Ordered:-濃味味噌湯拉面(HK$60) -- Good / 拉面好多海帶/芽菜/荀/葱/粟米, 叉燒好肥BUT very tender -豬骨湯拉面加餃子(HK$90) - Good / 餃子煎得不錯，肉質juicy皮又脆口-Today Special: 炸章魚餅(HK$50) -- Very goodTotal: HK$220, 個人覺得物有所值P.S. Service wise, it is acceptable to me, as I don't expect 5-stars service level in a Ramen shop. People should go to Four Seasons if requiring attentive service instead of complaining a cozy Ramen shop when paying HK$60.

一向去開銅鑼灣及香港仔分店食的,兩間都好食的,但好可惜這兩間都執咗了,搞到我宜家想食拉麵時,都冇得食,唉!有次經過中環交易廣場上面,見到有間札幌拉麵,心想正呀下次想食果陣去食先,點知有次真係好想食,咁我就去啦!入到去一坐低睇個餐牌時,發現唔見我食開果隻(蔥拉麵)既...D價錢又甘貴既...心知這間不是我食開果間札幌了,但都冇計啦..鬼叫我當日勁想食拉麵咩...而且見價錢禁價都爆晒彭...咁未即管試下囉,佢地有3隻湯底選擇(麵豉/豉油/豬骨)我要了麵豉湯底叉燒拉麵,因食開果間札幌係麵豉湯係非常好食的,所以就睇下這間得唔得囉,得未以後都幫襯啦,點知...我一食就已經覺得唔好食之餘,重要係好咸添,麵同叉燒係分開上的,本來佢地D叉燒個質地都唔錯的,但又係好咸,如果我當時唔係勁肚餓,我諗都唔會食得好多,平時我都算係幾大食的,最終個麵都係食唔晒,因為好大碗,叉燒拉麵$89碗+10%=$97.9,總括來說唔好食得個大碗,以後都唔會再去.PS.本人食個最好食的拉麵,始終都係紅色布D字頭的札幌拉麵.大家唔好去錯呀!佢地一個麵$60幾至80元的.

It is relatively pricey compared to other ramen places, but it does have many good things going for it. The portions are big, soup is hot and flavourful, plenyt of vegetabels and two slices of cha siu, the texture of the noodles cannot be found in many other places. Service indifferent at best, but not rude.

本來己經諗住行入另一間餐廳，但係都俾佢既傳出黎既香味拉番轉頭。行到熱辣辣，一坐低就有杯凍冰冰既麥茶，行番轉頭係值得既。牛油鹽拉既湯底係咸左少少，不過可以接受，牛油味同鹽味可以混埋一齊，值得加分，不過如果塊牛油可以濃味少少既話，我就會更加開心。質彈牙有咬勁，有分；叉燒夠大塊，而且肥而不膩，有分。加上一大堆既蔥同昆布，呢餐真係食得好飽好滿足！

Yesterday, I try the soy sauce ramen with fried dumpllings.The soup is tasty with lot of pork fat, best in winter.The price is reasonable and service very good.

散場，幸好在打烊前趕得及與老友來吃個晚餐。巧遇新婚的舊同學，寒暄一番後，隨即點了些麵食，燒牛舌、酒盜、漬三文魚脆軟骨（義譯而非正統學名）、燒銀杏，最後，一如以往的多了些前菜，又多了客煎餃子，唔好問點解，自己也解釋不到就是了。一系列菜式也有水準，尤其是燒牛舌，是日燒的恰到好處，肉質不過焦而微富彈性，鹽粒分佈平均，油甘豐盈，非常美味，是每次來都會點的一味。酒盜在這裡還是頭一次吃，用魚腩邊加甜麵豉及鹽來醃製的佐酒之物，一小客又腥又鹹又帶甜的小吃，已足夠幹掉大杯啤酒，是晚喝不得酒，以茶代酒感覺始終不夠盡興。漬三文魚脆軟骨，以醋漬的下顎軟骨，因骨膠原豐富，難以煮得入味，惟以醋浸之，吃起來帶點酸味，加上爽而黏滑的獨特口感，又是另一佐酒良伴，老友不好此道，偶是不客氣了。輕鬆的談了大半小時，竟忘了說聲「生日快樂」，是第十七年的「生日快樂」。

Even before you start eating, you'll feel nauseating by the insulting way you're treated. Customers are made to wait for a long time even when there are seats available and staff don't seem to care about providing any sort of service to customers.
