都不記得有幾多年沒有去東海飲茶,對上一次還要在魚則魚涌。很久很久之前這家的服務實在很強差人意,總之隔了這麼多年又去飲茶就是了。點心又是那些,要叫他們著名的黃橋燒餅,其他的如排骨,帶子腸粉,鮮竹卷,叉燒飽,蝦餃,灌湯餃,水準依然,不差也不低,問我評價,其實和海都鴻星桃源都一樣,可能比陶源利苑還要低一點點。服務就是一般,不好也不差,環境也是不好也不差。唯一有點詫異的是所謂廚點如豬骨粥,魷魚魚蛋要成$45,稍嫌貴。會不會再來?如果有人指定那就來吧,這裡的地點始終不算就腳。

Had dinner here twice,the first time was at April and my parents scared away by the 'quick' service by the waiters, though the food is okay.This time is to celebrate mother's day for my boyfriend's mother. and as expected, you can't take all dishes at one go and all tables asked for packed at least 2+ rice-boxes up!

The taste is satisfactory for all dishes except the 燉蛋. As the set is a 'traditional' set-up, the last dish is a bit 'deviating from the course'. Boyfriend's mother is amazed by the bun, which I didn't expect!

By the way, although the service is still 'speedy', the waitress' attitude is a bit more acceptable this time.

阿J親愛既姨丈牛一,先祝佢生日快樂姨丈提議去東海食飯,正值黃油蟹當造時期,於是點了6人黃油蟹套餐,包括:黃油蟹小籠包(每人2只)-味道幾好,可能係大家都肚餓既關係,食到黃油蟹既味道佛跳牆(每人1盅)-有魚翅,海螺,冬菇等等材料,份量好大,食完已飽了一半女兒紅黃油蟹(每人半隻)-味道可以,但覺得食得非常麻煩鮑片娃娃菜-鮑片上的茨汁好濃好漏,好彩份量不算多清蒸東星班-全個套餐至好味菜色,條魚真係好滑芝麻鹽焗雞-炸得幾香口,雞肉都好滑,不錯黃油蟹粥1窩-又係黃油蟹,因為之前已食了好幾味蟹既菜色,已感覺膩,其實粥味道都不錯,只不過又係蟹既味道合時甜品-杏仁茶或楊枝甘露,味道一般食完之後完全明白少食多滋味既道理,而家我睇怕好幾個月都唔會食蟹喇~~今餐表弟請客,多晒~~

黃油蟹粥1窩-又係黃油蟹,因為之前已食了好幾味蟹既菜色,已感覺膩,其實粥味道都不錯,只不過又係蟹既味道
合時甜品-杏仁茶或楊枝甘露,味道一般

食完之後完全明白少食多滋味既道理,而家我睇怕好幾個月都唔會食蟹喇~~

今餐表弟請客,多晒~~

(23/6)這些飯局比起工作還要吃力,全程作知客般的微笑,只是屬禮貌層面,還是食物與我最親近。叫了甚麼十二人餐($2400),吃了那些乳豬,皮是脆,但過咸;翡翠蝦仁,沒有蝦味;鮮菠蘿鎮江骨,味道過酸,肉汁油膩;海鮑片鵝掌,鵝掌尚算接受;紅燒雞絲生翅,沒有意見,因不支持吃翅;蒜茸蒸龍蝦伴伊麵,基圍龍蝦,伊麵及汁料過腍;清蒸游水東星班,機械組製作,汁料取勝;當紅炸子雞,沒有任何雞味;雪裡紅餃子,最可以吃的一種,內裡清菜,鮮甜嫩滑;長壽伊麵,沒有意見,因沒有吃;東海壽桃飽,壽包的包身鬆軟,原隻咸蛋黃,全晚最出色的;鯉魚香芒布甸,不值得另外叫。中國人社會,不離飲宴、請客,以此作招徠,實際是進行各自各的打算。上層巴結更上級的既可獻媚,兼可從中得利,另可謀略人心,取得下屬信任;另一邊廂下屬取悅上層既可獻殷勤,盡得老闆賞識,同輩級互相聯誼,交換情報。當然不能以偏蓋全,總有一些例外,如本官方網站的聚會,以食會友,因食制宜。

舅父一家黎香港玩, 住o係灣仔, 一家同佢地黎東海飲茶洗塵. 點心選擇唔多, 但係每款質素都好好. 其中最好o既係叉燒盞,黃橋燒餅同埋蝦餃, 其餘腸粉,排骨同燒賣都唔錯. 係最近最滿意o既一餐點心>.<

妹妹的同事請食飯(27/10),知我們喜歡食壽包,於是選擇這兒.三個人點了:芥辣牛肉:起初食那碟太辣,後來換過碟又冇味,於是自己加工撈埋一碟,之後覺得ok.唔知係咪怕有瘋牛症,牛肉像有點過熟啫啫生菜煲:呢個幾好味,個汁好掂蟹粉小籠包3隻:唔係好值,食唔出有蟹粉橡拔丰刺身:一些要來碌熟,一些生食.可能因為要三百蚊,唔算平,所以覺得幾鮮甜甜品要了馬拉糕,薑茶湯丸和芒果布甸:馬拉糕都熱辣辣,因為唔喜歡果仁,所以本人認為唔好食.布甸平平無奇,可以唔叫.湯丸無份食,唔知道.壽包仔3個:因為太飽沒有食.埋單660元,因為識人關係,己free了四個甜品.也可能因為識人招呼算唔錯,很有禮

Can't agree with passer-by more. I've had similar experience before. maybe they are too busy serving other "valued customer" like Gourmet KC and hence tend to ignore "not so valued customer" like me (cause I only had dim sum). I bet the service would be much better if I had ordered other expensive dishes, like crabs, shark's fin, etc. but anyway, I would not go there again. Couldn't stand their arrogant attitudes although the food is ok.p.s. I will give 0 to their service but there is no su

This is one of the worst experience I've ever had.The service is really very bad. The waiter just threw my chopstick to the table while he passed by. It made such a loud noise that I was shocked. Second, the price is quite expensive as it costed 170 for 2 small and 3 medium dim sum. The environment is very smoky and noisy and the food isn't that tasty so it definitely isn't worth that price (at least for lunch). Most importantly, the attitude of the staff really pissed me off. when I final

Second, the price is quite expensive as it costed 170 for 2 small and 3 medium dim sum. The environment is very smoky and noisy and the food isn't that tasty so it definitely isn't worth that price (at least for lunch). Most importantly, the attitude of the staff really pissed me off. when I finally finished the lunch and had the bill, I found that there was an extra item which I haven't ordered ($40 for 2 of their famous dumplings). I then told the captain about this and asked them why. They didn't say anything (no apology or explanation) and simply gave me another bill!!! There was, of course, no smile or "thank you" throughout the lunch. I really couldn't believe there is such poor service in a prestiguous restaurant nowadays. What have I done to deserve this service? I swear that I would not go there again, even if it is my friend's wedding/birthday banquet!!!

So so so angry!!!

在鍾錦的幾間酒樓中,東海比起海都係略為遜色,而價錢亦平幾蚊一兩。上年吃過以蟹來說非上品,一年才吃兩三次,不妨吃些好的。可以要求佢唔斬蟹,個人認為不是一個好的處理方法,我們在訂位時就一定吩咐落的。又如果蟹真的不足油,一定要堅持換蟹,呢個係行規,而比得幾十蚊一兩,實在不能容忍劣貨的。

we didnt go for the set menu and ordered separate 黃油蟹dishes. the 蟹粉小籠包was quite delicious. we had a 黃油蟹each, they were not of top quality, as gourmet kc said there were no oil at the 爪at all. the restaurant insist of having the crab cut into 2 halves, right in the middle of the crab. which means the stomach also get chopped up, they should really know better that the stomach should not be broken. the crab itself too was not cleaned. i am still suffering from minor stomach problem.the 蟹粉fri

the 蟹粉fried rice was bad, tasteless and hard.

as for the service, the staff were probably used to a empty restaurant, cleaning the ceiling while customers were still eating and lining up to leave when their were still a few tables of diner left.

dont think i will go back again.

daddy同fd食完茶, 打包左一打粉卷返黎係傳統炸左果隻, 要浸湯食的我去用pan再煎, 即刻浸一浸好食呀個湯冇味精, 俊粉卷唔油d料又多, 好似蝦, 豬肉, 菜等,我諗堂食一定正好多呀
