Can't agree with passer-by more. I've had similar experience before. maybe they are too busy serving other "valued customer" like Gourmet KC and hence tend to ignore "not so valued customer" like me (cause I only had dim sum). I bet the service would be much better if I had ordered other expensive dishes, like crabs, shark's fin, etc. but anyway, I would not go there again. Couldn't stand their arrogant attitudes although the food is ok.p.s. I will give 0 to their service but there is no su
