當日往洗手間的途中經過酒吧處,看見一位四眼女生正在切生果,但她當時沒有配戴手套,實在很不衛生.當我如廁後折返還看見她用手把生果放入口中.我想經過這處的都會把她看在眼裡.沒想到在這還算高級的美心食府會看到這不可能出現的一幕這餐館其他(服務,食品)都)還算合格只是對這一幕很失望

餐廳裝修、環境和服務都唔錯。至於食物就一般,未必會令我再幫襯。其中一味招牌菜豆酥鮮魚,個豆酥很甜(可能傳統應係咁,但我唔喜歡),但魚都幾滑和鮮甜。不過以佢既裝修和環境,價錢都算合理。合唔合味就自己試下。另外蔥油餅都ok,我覺得蔥可以再多些,會更香。風沙雞唔夠嫩,皮又唔脆,麻麻。甜品唔知係唔係叫芋泥餅,個皮幾脆芋泥很香。

來這裡看了看食評,猜想在這裡還是要吃"招牌菜"吧!我幫襯了中環的店很多很多次,當然是有人請的午餐,基本上在IFC各餐廳的強攻下,多了很多選擇,不過基本上很多店都是食裝潢而不是食食物的,最終,想有好的味道我還是會選擇這兒。和男友偶然經過食通天才發現這兒也開了洞庭樓,平常不會和男友去中環吃晚飯,難得可以在銅鑼灣吃到,便一試了。服務真的值得一讚,基乎是全美心最好的吧!我們選擇套餐,因為有我最愛吃的豆酥魚和盅節雞(唔記得個名,係一人一盅的湯),男友第一次吃也覺得很美味很有特色,其他的菜色,味道不俗,很滿意啊!

首試洞庭樓, 裝修不錯, 坐得舒適.在坐大多不嗜辣, 故不能嚐太刺激的菜式.冷盆要了蒜香青瓜粉皮和海哲皮. 前者蒜粒醋汁很開胃, 蒜味不太重和辛辣, 好處是吃後不會有大陣口氣. 後者沒有什麼調味, 十分淡, 惟有加進附送的黄芥增添食味.主菜要了三杯雞, 蝦子窩搨豆腐, 雪菜毛豆百頁和小籠包.三杯雞用石窩上, 有幾重當歸味, 雞肉不算太入味和少許鞋, 雖menu説這菜有一隻辣椒程度的辣, 但我吃不出辣味來.蝦子窩搨豆腐清嫩不油, 豆腐滑滑, 蝦子味不算香.雪菜毛豆百頁清寡味也淡, 雪菜略嫌過少.小籠包好像比坊間細小, 有肉汁但不算十分鮮甜.今次試的菜色只覺普通質素, 但環境服務蠻不錯, 應該會再試一些出名的湖南菜.

首試洞庭樓, 裝修不錯, 坐得舒適.


在坐大多不嗜辣, 故不能嚐太刺激的菜式.

冷盆要了蒜香青瓜粉皮和海哲皮. 前者蒜粒醋汁很開胃, 蒜味不太重和辛辣, 好處是吃後不會有大陣口氣
. 後者沒有什麼調味, 十分淡, 惟有加進附送的黄芥增添食味.

主菜要了三杯雞, 蝦子窩搨豆腐, 雪菜毛豆百頁和小籠包.

三杯雞用石窩上, 有幾重當歸味, 雞肉不算太入味和少許鞋, 雖menu説這菜有一隻辣椒程度的辣, 但我吃不出辣味來.

蝦子窩搨豆腐清嫩不油, 豆腐滑滑, 蝦子味不算香.

雪菜毛豆百頁清寡味也淡, 雪菜略嫌過少.

小籠包好像比坊間細小, 有肉汁但不算十分鮮甜.

今次試的菜色只覺普通質素, 但環境服務蠻不錯, 應該會再試一些出名的湖南菜

乾鍋羊仔肉 - 四個肉類當中最好食的一個,羊仔肉夠味夠滑!

甜品:
洒讓丸子,高力豆沙 (ok)
椰絲糯米卷 (真正的名唔記得了) - 煙煙韌韌,唔錯 very good!

自携两支red wine, corkage fee: $50/bottle

講真,對洞庭樓啲食物我真係有D失望,可能我對四川和湖南菜有要求啦! 但裝修就真係好靚,好有歐陸風味而且服務態度又非常誠懇!

以二佰幾蚊有一個咁舒服的環境,又可以試下外省菜的話就不妨一試.

但我就情願返大陸食正宗的湖南菜!

spicy prawns - spicy, okay, but too wet, too much sauce, last time it's better.

海琛鍋巴- this one is good taste

overall, food quality is okay, but feeling on a decreasing trend. the first time i came shortly after CNY, the dishes were excellent. then a bit less good during a company lunch, and tonite, it's less less good.

and it's quite noisy inside... very noisy.

well, anyway, had some good chats and laughters tonite, and also no need to pay, so, still feeling good! ^_^

美心集團的酒樓去多了,如此良好服務還是第一遭,水準直迫五星級酒店,吃中菜而有西餐服務,還是第一次。細心周到而不過火,不會讓人感到給人盯住,值得一讚。食物就要看那款了,三杯雞味道不太差,只是雞肉不夠新鮮,想來是冰鮮急凍之類了;豆瓣魚是不錯的,很味美,就是貴了點,40大元一件,只有寸半乘寸半左右;炒萵苣絲很美味,不過清炒更佳。前菜貴了點,十八元一碟前菜,外加十五元一碟的辣椒,可惜我們吃不了多少。

We had 6 people going for an afternoon lunch at Hunan Garden at Times Square. I have to say the decoration is very nice and especially the entrance (the restaurant's decoration does not look like a typical chinese restaurant). For the food, firstly we ordered 2 cold dishes:漕肉&牛肉--taste pretty good, 漕肉is very 爽口. Then, we had boiled sharkfin soup w/ ham & chicken. Since we had already reserved the soup a day before, the sharkfin was very 腍and the soup is not too salty despite the ham. After that,

After that, we had 花膠, 花膠is quite chewy, and the sauce is just about right, not too thick nor thin. We also ordered 豆酥鮮魚塊, they used cod fish 配豆酥and the fish tastes justlike fish w/ miso sauce in japanese cuisine, which is very good. For 點心, we had 擔擔麵& 叉子餅, 擔擔麵is not spicy and tastes just about right. 叉子餅的stuffing is a little bit too 淡味, but the 餅is very crispy and sesame on the 餅is very香. Lastly, we had a very good dessert called 妃子茶(which is free). We were told that we could only taste this dessert at Hunan Garden. 妃子茶is made w/ 腕豆, water chestnut & 龍眼肉...very yummy! Btw, they have very good service too (waiters/waitress keep changing our plates and make sure we have enough tea/water)...and they even give u a different type of tea after the main dishes were served.

Much better than the Central Hunan Gaden, but price is not competitive as compared to similar restaurants in CWB.Environment is ok. Food quality is acceptable but the serve time is too long. Ordered the shrimp in Hunan style, bean fish, etc, and good taste in general. Spent $250 each. However, this price may mean less competitive amongst the similar restaurants in Times Square.The coupon in Open Rice for this restaurant oly applies for lunch time. Generally, ok for first time visit.
