入左去先知係景樂集團既,其實平日都比較少食連鎖餐廳既,但尼間餐廳既員工都好得意,我地講廣東話佢就講英文,話唔識中文。好啦咁我地講英文啦,佢就死都要講半鹹淡既廣東話。講番食物羊腩,幾肥,朋友話好有似牛腩,無咩羶味。芝麻腐皮雞肉卷,正正常常,口感唔錯,幾脆口。鵝肝長通粉,鵝肝太焦,其他算係勉強合格。田螺大啡菇,應該係即食田螺,無咩田螺味。唔記得咩炒飯,濕到飛起,完全唔得。唔記得咩沙律,六個人六件燻蹄,ER..係鴨胸,堅唔似鴨胸。羊鞍,D肉梅既,朋友話臭既,完全唔得。牙籤羊肉,乾到無味,無其他野講。菠菜蛋,真係菠菜蛋自己水煮差唔多。土耳其糖果及榚點,士多啤梨幾好既,其實真係砂糖咁樣。Blue Ocean,尼個唔錯,有少少益力多既感覺。西瓜唔記得咩,好難飲,完。總結:不可一,不可再。

Dragged by my friend all the time, he has an obsession over this bar somehow. Here for the shisha and was never impressed. Classic flavours and traditional pipes they serve, all I got was burnt charcoal taste and choky coughs after few puff.Foil packed but no frequent change of charcoal, the ash kept falling into the tobacco through the foil holes. They were way too burnt when the shisha was first served, overwhelming the non-existent flavour. Around 30 minutes and flavour was gone, changing charcoal did not help.Won’t recommend to any level of shisha smokers - plenty of better choices for beginners anyways. Outdoor area is rather crowded, tables are way too packed. The indoor dining tables are slightly better, but all in all, just don’t.

第一次食新疆菜也太驚喜了吧🤤作為南方人很快新疆菜吃不習慣終於有機會去一嘗新疆菜的滋味叫了個新疆大盤雞、手抓羊肉、牙籤羊肉和煙鴨胸火箭菜沙律❤️❤️新疆大盤雞吃下去很像韓國版的部隊鍋喜歡吃辣的朋友一定很喜歡這道菜裏面還有炸過的土豆可惜手抓羊肉的羊騷味太過濃烈不能接受重騷味的朋友就不太建議點這一個但出乎意料牙籤羊肉就很好吃可能是被孜然粉蓋過了味道令羊騷味不會太吃得到一口小酒加一口羊肉🤗🤗人生樂事呀

去開諾士佛台既朋友都知道呢到一人係酗酒、Shisha既天堂,但同時亦都係美食既匯聚點。明知今晚實會醉硬,所以打定個靚底,起碼識返屋企先呀!呢間餐廳「瑪哈巴-Merhaba」就主要做新疆主題既招牌菜,係門口已經見到一排露天茶座擺滿哂阿拉伯水煙。店鋪裡面都係有種係大草原上帳棚裡面既宴會,以暗黃既燈光突顯整個氣氛。食食下飯,仲有個好靚既後生女跳肚皮舞,隔離枱班鬼妹玩得好開心仲跟埋一齊跳,出面既餐廳的確好少見,係欣賞既!👇📌Signature Xinjiang - $240👉必定要試既新疆菜之一「正宗新疆大盤雞」,淨係睇賣相都不得了,原來聽Staff講佢地呢個係招牌菜黎,每一枱既客人都必定會嗌一盤。相機食先果陣已經聞到香到不得了,深知道個醬汁一定係超好食。當中主要以薑、蔥、蒜、紅椒、青椒、辣椒乾、泡椒乾、麻辣醬做調味同爆香,所以每啖醬汁都極度惹味,好彩我地成班都係食得辣,如果唔係真係哂左個醬汁呀。雞肉非常入味,食落係好鮮嫩,加上個底部仲有好多手工刀削麵,索哂d汁每啖都夠哂滋味。📌Toothpick Lamb - $80👉唔怕比人話係牙籤仔,咁就一定要食呢個「牙籤羊肉」啦,顧外思義,就係用牙籤串住羊肉粒。睇落其實幾趣緻既,最好既配搭當然係一粒羊肉一啖啤酒啦。要大讚既係羊肉既羶味唔會太濃,不過面頭上孜然粉非常香口,咬落肉質好軟腍,有少少似牛柳粒咁呀,完全停唔到口!📌Deep Fried Lamb Chop with Chill Pepper - $230👉作為新疆菜既特色,羊肉一定唔可以比佢停,再黎就係「麻辣羊扒」,份量十足,表面香蔥經過油炸,脆口得黎又夠香,真係食指大動呀!不過主角先係羊扒,係三個菜裡面最濃既,所以留到最後先食,羊扒有好香既燒烤味,夾雜少少羊膻味,完全開正我胃口,呢個時侯送白飯係無得輸。📌Smoked Duck Breast with Arugula Salad - $98👉最後食埋個清新既「煙鴨胸老虎菜沙律」,做一個完美既結局,煙鴨胸肉切片上,份量都幾多。第一次食老虎菜,口感幾獨特,仲幾新鮮爽脆,唔錯。📌The Giant - $78▪ House Whisky ▪ Passion Fruit Syrup▪ Lime Juice▪ Pineapple Juice▪ Ginger Ale▫ 主要以青檸、菠蘿、熱情果汁cover返Whisky既苦澀味,入口十較甜,加埋薑水吊返個味出黎,層次幾豐富。📌Seabreeze - $78▪ Vodka ▪ Cranberry Juice▪ Grapefruit Juice▫ 用Vodka做Base,再加返西柚、红莓汁做返層次,酒味比較淡。📌Fairy Gift - $78▪ Gin▪ Raspberry Syrup▪ Peach Syrup▪ Peach Tree▪ Lime Juice▪ Soda▫ 用梳打中和返琴酒既割喉感,再用蜜桃、覆盆子、青檸汁較返個味道,呢個我最鍾意。btw最後係返到屋企既LOL..

依間餐廳位於尖沙咀諾士佛臺,個到就出哂名放工飲酒勝地🍻 但有冇諗過個到都有唔錯嘅嘢食呢~ 餐廳入面嘅佈置充滿中東風,除左出名土耳其菜式🇹🇷,仲有個新彊菜menu,選擇非常多😻 夜晚8點有仲有肚皮舞表演欣賞,飲住cocktail食住shisha睇真係乜嘢壓力都冇哂。-牙籤羊肉 ($80) 份量少左啲,但就好適合作為開胃前菜。羊肉好香孜然味,一口一支,唔覺意就食左好幾十支🤣*新疆大盤雞($240) 作為新疆嘅名菜,外型同份量都冇令人失望🤩 雞塊同薯仔份量都好足~ 加左辣椒,蒜等香料調味🌶️,好惹味。中間仲會有啲闊麵,食落滑身,仲吸哂啲湯汁🤓*香酥羊排骨($198) 羊肉外皮炸得金黃酥脆,油脂香溢平均,落埋炸蒜夠晒香口,唔會太騷🐑 下面仲有啲炸薯仔,係食落油左啲。-羊肉抓飯($128) 個飯加左羊肉、洋蔥、紅蘿蔔丁、蒜頭切末、黑白芝麻等。飯中帶橄欖油香,唔會話太濃味,但鑊氣就十足😋*飲品選擇幾多,其中芒果乳酪沙冰(hh$50) 幾香芒果味,係甜左啲😗 Strawberry Magarita (hh$60) 份量多到滿瀉,酒味幾濃,夏天飲一定爽到暈❤️
