✨白鮨 SHIRO📍 金鐘金鐘道88號太古廣場1樓132號舖同朋友經開太古廣場 諗住搵下野食經過見到哩間日本菜 裝修唔錯 座位都算寬躺 就一於試試佢😗野食種類同選擇都多有得散叫、有二人餐、亦有定食set今次我地就叫左兩個定食set▫️特上便當定食 $448一開始先上前菜 - 海帶沙律伴溫泉蛋沙律醋加沙律醬既酸甜味 再配搭埋溫泉蛋的蛋汁 口感好清新😋之後既食物以為會一道道上 原來係會一個便當咁上哂😂- 銀鱈魚西京燒西京燒醬汁味道不嬲都偏甜 加上銀鱈魚冇魚骨之餘 魚肉都唔會太鬆散 兩樣配搭埋一齊 好好味😋值得推介👍🏻- 大蝦配蟹肉天婦羅天婦羅就不過不失 味道還好 唔會太油膩大蝦比較厚身 口感彈牙而蟹肉就係蟹柳棒 冇咩特別😗- 香煎鵝肝伴牛柳因為有牛柳既濃味醬汁 雖然令到鵝肝冇咁油膩但掩蓋左鵝肝本身原有既味道🙁而牛柳就煎過左火🥲比較老同硬- 和牛烏冬每碗大約有2-3塊切片和牛另外加入左蔥，紫菜，腐皮😋湯底係濃湯 加上和牛肉汁 有一份甜味🤤- 三件什錦特上壽司有牡丹蝦，吞拿魚，三文魚刺身都算新鮮😗正常發揮▫️銀鱈魚西京燒配天婦羅烏冬 $388食物其實同上面個定食set差唔多只係小左香煎鵝肝伴牛柳同

This is first time visiting this restaurant. They made me wait at the entrance even though I have a booking, even when other staff are talking and only few customers were inside. They particularly chose to serve walk-in customers that wear branded apparels first. I have done all the LHS scanning but the staff just ignore me. I had lunch with my friends without booking. I was waiting in front of the reception guy for him finishing his 5-min call. Then I asked if there is still available table for three. That guy, using his arrogant tone, said "you can sit in the table next to entrance". While that table is supposed to serve 2 ppl. I then asked if I can take another empty table inside. He was like "that one is reserved", with a super rude attitude.Fine. I understand most local HK restaurants don't train their staff fo

The seems to be manager receives us with a black & dead face. I arrive at 16:00 for happy hour & ask for a table at the corner outside. He says that the table is booked at 16:45 with a plain & indifferent attitude. I just wonder if the owner & the landlord are aware of the staffing problem. Never recommend except someone you hate!

難得放平日，梗係同媽媽去食下好西。呢間餐廳平時經過都已經好想試，如果假日去可能會多人，亦都會嘈啲。選擇亦都多，有雞有魚，啱曬我呢啲少食刺身嘅人，雖然價錢略貴，但係味道係成正比的。最尾仲送咗甜品畀我哋試！甜品更出色

tempura炸得幾好，炸蝦或蔬菜也好，唔油膩。炸蟹好像印象就不太深刻。，屋企人話銀鱈魚好吃，見到唔錯。帶子也很新鮮。其他都算不錯。豬骨湯拉麵的湯好飲，濃而不咸。

Longing for sth from shiro again, I went here for one of my birthday dinners with my fd. This time I ordered some sushi with jelly topping and they are just as yum as I expected. However, I didnt have dessert as they said only ice cream left by the time I was going to order a tiramisu:/ the cocktail is a bit disappointing tho. I think the waitress can be more patient as well, maybe she was in a hurry lmao水晶壽司組合又好看又好吃，雞肉串燒有驚喜！那個汁不是只用上蛋黃，還有醬油做底。好吃的東西不嫌多，下次再試拉麵吧。

Boss請食飯，所以嚟太古廣場食好嘢。雖然太古廣場有好多比較貴嘅餐廳，但都唔係間間好食嘅。今次嚟咗試呢間日本嘢，叫咗個特上雜錦魚生飯定食，所謂嘅定食就係跟咗個麵豉湯同埋一啲中華沙律同埋漬物，成為328蚊再加一，都真係唔平。叫得特上咁佢入面都有海膽、油甘魚、八爪魚、三文魚、鰻魚、吞拿魚等等，海膽係鮮甜嘅，份量唔算特別大，但係因為魚肉係唔少嘅，雖然唔係厚切，但係食埋都幾飽嘅。Overall我覺得雖然味道ok, 但都係偏貴，係人地請我先食嘅餐廳。

復活節假期第一日約了舊同事去食Shiro，享受了一個悠閑的午餐，不會人迫人，坐得很舒服，又冇香港一般歺廳好討厭嘅限時九十分鐘平時我多數order Shiro 拉麵便當，今日為咗慶祝四日假期嘅開始，order 咗Shiro特上便當先上三件壽司，有三文魚、魷魚和蝦，再來便是主角便當特上便當嘅大蝦天婦羅加咗蟹肉，好鮮甜，香煎鵝肝伴牛柳一啲都唔油膩，西京燒銀雪魚甜美嫩滑，最後以和牛烏冬作完美結束，成個便當滿足咗我多個欲望，有壽司、天婦羅、燒魚、燒肉同烏冬，雖然樣樣份量少少，但心情好食物都特別美味。老實講Shiro 嘅便當男士食可能份量有啲唔夠，但女士食真係剛剛好仲可以留肚食甜品，滿足100%

帶位連Type C Type D 都吾清楚。有好多吉位都一定要我坐reception 旁邊，外賣又在我旁邊下單，食客攞位又係我旁邊，沒有顧及我們感受。有外國客人到，有冇訂位都可以坐其他位置吉位。不如佢話外國人優先，識講英文優先。

每次食日本廚師發板❤️都會有唔同既感受,例如魚生種類,或者係前菜小食今次既前菜好特別,例如紫色同綠色既配菜味道各不同,綠色偏甜,紫色偏甜帶酸,魷魚非常嫩滑,加上極上鮮感覺, 口感刺激主菜有我最愛A5和牛及極上鵝肝開頭我以為有3塊鵝肝結果係有2塊係A5和牛🤣鵝肝入口即溶,皮帶燒肉的味道入口啖啖層次,加上超級新鮮香味鮮味撲鼻海上天婦羅,海鮮海老蝦肉質甜滑,蟹肉鮮滑秋葵內軟外脆, 口味十分刺激超滑魚腩, 配上柚子汁, 味道清新, 配上甜醬油,鮮味突出,再配上關東煮,汁燒磯煮烏冬,湯底層次非常！ 食過返尋味再配上中華沙律,海藻嘅味道,十分清香, 甜甜酸酸十分惹味發板廚師都有唔同嘅感受❤️
