在朋友安排及推荐之下,吃了一頓7千多元十二位的菜,裝修普通,不过不是主打,招呼可以,人手也算足够,頭盆花枝鸽片,咸了一点,算合格,跟着蠔,用上桶蠔,當然無味道,主吃翅湯,太多金華火腿,也覺得偏咸,不过同枱有人認為很鲜,班兩味,行貨,吃了一次就不再添,雞不錯,合桃糊好,其他鹅掌,飯麵乏善可陳,總结:試一次就好了。

😛回頭度:8/10😛-終於堂食食到皇仁書院舊生會 (中菜部),聽講係打咗好多次電話先book到,真係想食都有啲難度😂我哋揀咗「金玉滿堂宴」,每席$7,780~套餐包括有:• 糖桂花餞美國桶蠔• 翡翠鴿片花枝蚌仁• 原隻鮑魚佛跳牆• 柚皮生扣鵝掌• 椒鹽陳皮中蝦• 大海斑兩味:雲耳腿茸蒸斑球、薑蔥煎焗頭腩• 脆皮炸子雞• 生炒臘味糯米飯• 蝦子雜菌伊麵• 腰果露湯圓• 合時生果盆-除咗「原隻鮑魚佛跳牆」非常足料出色外,個人覺得「薑蔥煎焗頭腩」、「蝦子雜菌伊麵」特別出色!👍🏻👍🏻焗頭腩好夠火喉,焗得好香,調味亦調得好好,仲要冇乜骨,9成都係肉嚟👍🏻;而看似普通嘅伊麵就竟然係全晚最驚艷到我嘅菜式,冇諗過伊麵都可以整得咁彈牙,可以話係我咁多年嚟食過最出色嘅炆伊麵!😍👍🏻而當中「翡翠鴿片花枝蚌仁」同「椒鹽陳皮中蝦」我就覺得比較一般...前者調味鹹咗少少,炒嘅豆又唔夠爽脆;後者個調味就帶甜嘅,唔太啱我口味🙈🙈

終於食到傳說中的私房菜了!訂了差不多一年才食到!!!桂花蜜餞金蠔咬落外層香脆,煎過有桂花香及蜜汁香甜,內的蠔肥美香滑,口感豐富🤗原隻鮑魚佛跳牆一放上枱大家就嘩聲四起,除了三串大大粒的鮑魚,還有數不清的魚翅、金華火腿及雞肉等材料,隔水蒸足六小時以上,難怪魚翅鮑魚也蒸得非常淋,湯色清切,膠質感強烈,味道鮮甜,超出色,食完已飽了一半😆沙薑豬腳炆到有咬口得來而不鬆散,幽幽的沙薑香氣很誘人,好味道!脆皮炸子雞皮薄香脆,雞肉嫩滑,肉質一點也不乾,還保留了部份嘅肉汁。腰果露湯圓 腰果露又香又滑,芝麻湯圓細細粒,皮薄餡靚。其實其他菜也很好味,未能一一盡錄。免收加一又免開瓶費,超超超抵食。
