ℂ𝕎𝔹 • 皇仁书院旧生会﹝中菜部﹞📍铜锣湾高士威道𝟙𝟚𝟘号:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: 预约困难店之今年预约已满,终于一睹龙飞凤舞的手写菜单~✽ 翡翠鸽片花枝蚌仁✽ 佛跳墙✨✨✽ 陈皮虾✽ 虾籽柚皮鹅掌✽ 枝竹凉瓜炆花蛤蚌✨✽ 鱼肚浸豆苗✨✽ 炸子鸡✽ 荷叶笼仔乳鸽饭✽ 腰果露芝麻汤圆✨招牌佛跳墙用料珍贵,花胶鱼翅瑶柱样样足料,有好几串的鲍鱼,炖汤入口黏杰浓稠,里面的金华火腿咸香得来送酒一流!枝竹凉瓜炆花蛤蚌酱汁浓郁,花蛤蚌肉质鲜嫩,配入味的枝竹及清爽的凉瓜,让整道菜不显得油腻。鱼肚浸豆苗当中的鱼肚充分吸收汤汁的鲜香,豆苗新鲜清甜;荷叶笼仔乳鸽饭呢个人认为饭比乳鸽好味,饭粒湿润带红枣甜;最后的腰果露芝麻汤圆奶香滑顺,不会太甜。下次再食要点糖桂花饯美国桶蚝及生炒腊味糯米饭!

在朋友安排及推荐之下,吃了一顿7千多元十二位的菜,装修普通,不过不是主打,招呼可以,人手也算足够,头盆花枝鸽片,咸了一点,算合格,跟着蚝,用上桶蚝,当然无味道,主吃翅汤,太多金华火腿,也觉得偏咸,不过同枱有人认为很鲜,班两味,行货,吃了一次就不再添,鸡不错,合桃糊好,其他鹅掌,饭面乏善可陈,总结:试一次就好了。

😛回头度:8/10😛-终于堂食食到皇仁书院旧生会 (中菜部),听讲系打咗好多次电话先book到,真系想食都有啲难度😂我哋拣咗「金玉满堂宴」,每席$7,780~套餐包括有:• 糖桂花饯美国桶蚝• 翡翠鸽片花枝蚌仁• 原只鲍鱼佛跳墙• 柚皮生扣鹅掌• 椒盐陈皮中虾• 大海斑两味:云耳腿茸蒸斑球、姜葱煎焗头腩• 脆皮炸子鸡• 生炒腊味糯米饭• 虾子杂菌伊面• 腰果露汤圆• 合时生果盆-除咗「原只鲍鱼佛跳墙」非常足料出色外,个人觉得「姜葱煎焗头腩」、「虾子杂菌伊面」特别出色!👍🏻👍🏻焗头腩好够火喉,焗得好香,调味亦调得好好,仲要冇乜骨,9成都系肉嚟👍🏻;而看似普通嘅伊面就竟然系全晚最惊艳到我嘅菜式,冇谂过伊面都可以整得咁弹牙,可以话系我咁多年嚟食过最出色嘅炆伊面!😍👍🏻而当中「翡翠鸽片花枝蚌仁」同「椒盐陈皮中虾」我就觉得比较一般...前者调味咸咗少少,炒嘅豆又唔够爽脆;后者个调味就带甜嘅,唔太啱我口味🙈🙈

终于食到传说中的私房菜了!订了差不多一年才食到!!!桂花蜜饯金蚝咬落外层香脆,煎过有桂花香及蜜汁香甜,内的蚝肥美香滑,口感丰富🤗原只鲍鱼佛跳墙一放上枱大家就哗声四起,除了三串大大粒的鲍鱼,还有数不清的鱼翅、金华火腿及鸡肉等材料,隔水蒸足六小时以上,难怪鱼翅鲍鱼也蒸得非常淋,汤色清切,胶质感强烈,味道鲜甜,超出色,食完已饱了一半😆沙姜猪脚炆到有咬口得来而不松散,幽幽的沙姜香气很诱人,好味道!脆皮炸子鸡皮薄香脆,鸡肉嫩滑,肉质一点也不干,还保留了部份嘅肉汁。腰果露汤圆 腰果露又香又滑,芝麻汤圆细细粒,皮薄馅靓。其实其他菜也很好味,未能一一尽录。免收加一又免开瓶费,超超超抵食。
