福助居日本料理 (已結業)

喺太古坊搵食其實都唔易，一係要12:30前去到餐廳，避開人羣先食到好少少，想食d出名受歡迎d嘅12:15前就要到，否則就慢慢排隊等吧！所以有時都想避開人羣買外賣，今日行過見到福助日本料理變咗只提供外賣，不設堂食。其實平民價外賣都有可以有質素，呢個洋蔥牛肉飯，份量絕對足夠，牛肉同洋蔥份量都相當多，洋蔥係有用心炒過，軟淋入味，醬汁唔會好多但係足夠送晒d飯，只需$36！真係好抵！支持小店！見佢滑蛋豬扒飯都幾多人叫，只係$30！真心抵！

係芬尼街個間日本餐廳轉左手後，就無左燒鯖魚食，係openrice 見附近係呢到有得食，所以嚟試下！叫左個燒鯖魚定食，有湯，舖面唔算好大，目測80呎左右，坐到12個人左右，但有兩部天花嘅冷氣機，未有野食前一直吹住個頭好辛苦，但個姐姐話上星期只開一部，有客人食到好熱，我轉左位，都仲係吹住，我發覺店舖太細，應該坐邊個位都係吹住，後來有其他食客要求，店員先將冷氣吹高d～等左一陣有湯飲，飲住熱湯都仲好凍，到鯖魚上枱，見一開始係熱的，但好快都吹凍晒，越食越無心機，因為真係好凍，唯有拿拿臨食完走人！下次如果要去再食，一係外賣，一係著件有帽嘅外套先得，唔係吹到病左真係得不償失！

鰂魚涌一向都係充斥著各式各樣，不過呢間係巷口既日式小店一直都係我心中既隱世小店。位置唔多，得十個位多少少，所以大家都坐得迫迫地。 服務都好有家庭既溫暖，會成日幫你加水，杯既熱茶長期都有茶味，唔似用啲左幾日既菜包。我既最愛就一定係呢個鯖魚定食，鯖魚表皮烤得少少脆，魚肉保持香嫩滑口，點少少焦鹽，味道更加吸引。不過，就沒咩配食，可以唔會好飽肚，下次應該就會再試下叫其他既小菜。最後，佢地仲會送個橙俾你食，真係笑出左聲

Don't bother getting takeaways because they prefer you to dine there as it costs double the price.For the assorted sashimi, you can see they are really generous, but the problem was that the sashimi was not that fresh.The egg was too sweet and the rice was too hard.There was only one piece of tuna so that must be really expensive.

Had the scrambled egg with pork cutlet and usually the egg is on a bed of cabbage but here they mixed the egg with shredded lettuce.The egg was so salty and and it wasn't even scrambled.The texture of it was like boiled strands of egg when you put egg in hot water.It was super reassuring to find egg shell in it too because it was reassuring that it was a real egg, but hopefully there was no salmonella or bacteria because people don't wash eggs before they crack them.Lastly, they prefer people to

這家日本料理位於海光街街頭多年, 可能是被地產商加租而搬進了橫街小巷內, 但新店內的廚房是半玻璃的設計, 可觀望到老闆努力又用心地準備料理, 更添親切感 搬了店後的食物質素和價錢不變, 一個套餐平均在$55-70, 不論午餐/晚餐, 是絕對超值的。我從前最喜歡的是:辛辣牛肉麵配什錦魚生拼盤, 超讚! 但現在戒了紅肉後, 新歡改為: 帶子烏冬配三文魚壽司 或是:鯖魚定食。一定要試啊！！
