If you expect a smooth and simple meal. This place is NOT the choice.
The seating arrangement is bad:
My first time visit and on my own, asked the cashier if I need to get a number for the table or something. Even it is half full, I still have to issue a ticket and wait to be seated.
Someone standing at the entrance and not helping for seating, I have to ask him if I could take the empty seat there.
The ordering is bad:
I wasn’t introduce the order method, not even shown to the menu. And I told the guy I am ready to order, and he walked away and wondering around. After the order, a receipt already place on table, I notice the drink listed there wasn’t the one I order. And no matter how patient or how you try to draw the attention from the staff, it was like trying to wave at the zombie, you wouldn’t get respond from them.
Food delivery:
I couldn’t raise the issue about the misplace order of my drink. Of coz the drink came on my table wasn’t my desire choice. And another battle to get the right guy to figure it out.
I expect only simple food, a quickie and off I go. I want to try before I introduce this place to my friends, but I wouldn’t do it after I tried.
I am sorry for the staffs, 4 staffs including the cashier, they don’t seems to have the mood. There maybe things going on but that’s not my business, and I don’t ask for high end service, this place is worst than Cafe De Coral.
