同事帮我补祝生日饭，一行七人去食，份量超大碟，味道唔错鸡肉沙律 菜感觉一般 但调味唔错 而且亦有好多其他配料 例如烟肉碎 蓝芝士 车厘茄蕃茄意粉 冇食到 但最快清碟既佢应该味道唔错望落劲多蕃茄肉焦糖咖啡同事话太甜蒜香鸡肉蝴蝶粉 蒜味好香 蝴蝶粉比较弹牙 味道不错美式肉饼几浓肉味 有同事话好似有羊既膻味咁😂薯蓉同粟米都好食！Nachos 好食好脆 送酒唔错👍素汉堡味道还好 薯条唔错太饱结果食唔落甜品 下次要再试！

今日大概下昼三点，嚟到cheesecake factory，食weekday set lunch，plus a piece of cake。食过几次weekday set lunch，都系叫云妮精选，但因为今日想食蛋糕，所以就决定叫沙律。黑麦包set lunch附送餐包，通常我都会先食黑麦包，因为味道类似outback黑糖面包，但外层较脆，咬落少甜。Luau Salad无耐就上主菜，叫咗个 Luau 夏威夷沙律，要求走dressing，因为想留quota畀件蛋糕。除咗沙律菜，菜式仲加入脆脆，英文系crisp Wontons，质感都似云吞皮，豊富口感。除此以外，菠萝都系重点。虽然冇罐头菠萝嘅甜度，但酸甜嘅味道同甜椒、果仁都好夹。总括来说，份量甚大，配菜种类多，颇有诚意。食完主菜有少少饱，决定放弃芝士蛋糕，试吓Linda's Fudge cake。Linda's Fudge cake试过好多间rich chocolate cake，觉得Ralph's Coffee嘅朱古力蛋糕 同Lady M嘅棋盘蛋糕都好高分，所以都想试吓Cheesecake factory嘅水准。结果非常满意，flavor is soooo rich，海绵蛋糕够水润，layers好多，每一啖系至少食到两层海绵蛋糕同两层cream。size好大好大，完成唔到最后，但真系好好食好好食。非常推荐朱古力爱好者尝试。
