Got this from Ivy which is a Green tea croissant brownie.It looks like a Pain Au Chocolat but filled with a green tea brownie.Tasted quite nice but the green tea paste was quite starchy.

Walked past and saw some new items so had a look.The cream roll looked good but $148 is a bit expensive for just cream.The cream puffs were only $25 for 4, available in four flavours packaged in a nice box.The four flavours are:-chocolate-custard-caramel and almonds-mixed berriesI got the the caramel and almonds.They were too soft to handle which made it difficult taking it out of the box.Anyway, they were extremely delicious and not too sweet with quite a bit of filling inside that is waiting t

春天到臨，亦即日本白桃來港季節。原本今年生日準備一如過往兩年，購買Italian Tomato個白桃蛋糕慶生，點知行到其合和中心分店門外，發現旁邊新開咗間德國餅舖「A-1 Bakery」，咁啱又正在推廣緊白桃系列蛋糕，XO仔當然係想比較一吓啦，所以就不加思索地選擇咗幫襯新店！置身於超市入面o既「A-1 Bakery」，舖面好開揚，溫文有禮o既姐姐喺方形counter中央工作，四面被麵包糕點圍住，望落去寬闊衛生，慳位又企理。落餅流程簡易快捷，五分鐘內迅速搞掂，取餅當日蛋糕亦準時有得攞，效率絕對有保證。白桃忌廉芝士蛋糕White Peach Cream Cheese Cake（$208/原個；$28/件）：原個蛋糕只有一磅裝，份量剛剛好供十人作甜品。實物與相片唔算得上係差得太遠，不過就外表睇黎，個人覺得Italian Tomato嗰個稍勝一籌。一刀切落去，已覺底面兩層海綿蛋糕鬆軟，入口更覺夾喺中間o既芝士餡層輕巧軟熟。面層雪白o既忌廉滑溜非常，就連嫲嫲都能輕易吞嚥下去，實屬難得！主角白桃軟身得黎又帶點兒爽脆，味道清香甜美得令不愛吃生果o既大肥亦大為讚賞，唯一家人都略嫌白桃份量唔夠多。糕面其
