Visited this restaurant for the first time this past weekend. The service is good overall, polite and fast, but the only question I have is that the smoked eggs (appetizer) came last...this was only a minor issue though. 4 girls, we ordered: 1) 燻蛋 tea smoked eggs (very good and soft in middle with good tea flavour) 2) 生煎包 pan-fried pork buns.. YUMMY, soft and juicy in the middle, with crispy bottom. 3) chopped chicken veg noodle soup. Very good chicken stock/broth. 4) 蟹 粉 小 龍 包 crab xiaolongbao.

Go to this restaurant quite often - always wanted to give it a comment, finally have the time to do it. The 素菜包 there are really nice, highly recommended. Other dishes like - 小籠包 - the "soup" are not oily and 湯汁多 and the wrap are thin. - 醉雞, my mom's favourite dish. My family go "yum cha" there almost every Sunday. First of all - food. If you are looking for some good Shanghainese food, Snow Garden is definitely a good choice. Snow Garden has a very good quality of service, as we requested a quiet atmosphere, they reserve a table a private for us (table for six only). I like their Chong Xue Wong Yu (fried fish with sweat and sour source), and it is very nice.Their jelly fish is very good! I like their Xiu Lung Bao (the skin is very thin). Their drunken chicken is not so nice...but their fried nin gao is very good!I like this restaurant!

2007-09-24在銅鑼灣逛來逛去不知道吃甚麼好﹐突然被媽媽發現了雪園﹐原來我還沒有來過﹐一於要試試這裡是否傳聞般好。星期一晚上只有零落的幾檯﹐感覺冷清﹐幸好服務不會也是冷冰冰的﹐我們一踏進酒家就立即有人來迎接﹐還好。坐下慢慢的看餐牌﹐但被某些有趣的談話內容分心了﹐很久都沒有點菜﹐但服務員們一樣耐心的等候﹐完全沒有要催促我們的意圖﹐讚。在不吃海鮮(魚類除外) 和豬肉的大前題下點上海菜委實不容易﹐勉強的點了個冷盤拼盤(醬牛筋和鹵水鴨舌)﹑冬菇扒菜膽﹑清蒸鰣魚﹑榨菜肉末﹑叉子燒餅﹑上海炒年糕。冷盤意想不到的大份﹐好像主菜般大﹐吃了這個我已經半飽了。牛筋很香滑﹐有少少煙韌﹔鹵水鴨舌大大隻﹐好爽口﹐鹵得亦很入味﹐非常不錯。清蒸鰣魚半扇($680)﹐原來即是半條(一邊)﹐但好大條﹐蒸得剛剛好﹐很鮮嫩﹐魚汁很甜﹐好好味。部長教蘸些醋更能帶出魚的鮮味﹐又試試先﹐又真的是啊﹐一點都不會蓋過魚本身的鮮味﹐反而另有一種風味﹐很上海。上海年糕很煙韌﹐炒得亦不算很油膩﹐不錯。不過一定要堂吃。我們吃不完﹐打包回去﹐第二天再吃年糕已經變硬了﹐再不好吃。明明點了冬菇扒菜膽﹐怎麼來的是冬菇小棠菜呢﹖不過冬菇很厚很有

次次來都因為我爺爺,因為他喜歡這裡.但講真,我就麻麻.D企枱知食客有錢,就成日幫佢地點貴價嘢(但唔一定好食),雖然我想有D食客唔mind,但我覺得好揾笨law!而且D service 同外面D餐廳比,都唔係好得.............

以前很喜歡去雪園吃晚飯，但經SARS一役後，相熟Manager都已走得七七八八，上星期六和男友一家前來飲茶，發現食客很少，場面冷清。雪園的包點一向唔錯，尤其是生煎包，個底煎到極脆，麵包軟熟。這裡的素鵝是熱食的，圍在素菜外面的腐皮被炸至微脆，比外間的香口。葱油餅有成個pizza咁大，厚身，口感像麵包多於煎餅，較適合怕熱氣者。菜肉雲吞的骰小巧，皮簿餡靚。另外推介這裡的煎八寶飯(甜品)，煎得乾身不油膩，豆沙餡不會過多過甜，頗出色，但份量大，我們一枱八人都食唔哂。順帶一提，雪園麵食一向不出色，嫩雞煨麵湯太漿，賣相反胃；小籠包水準一般，可以不試。

朋友生日,一行10人,叫左一個8人餐($3260)加左個咕嚕肉,見個火燑翅咁多人讚,有d期待....嘩!點知好失望,個湯好淡,唔掂!咕嚕肉好普通！炒帶子又細粒,個汁又酸又杰!樟茶鴨得半隻,個皮都脆,但D肉好乾!仲有4個冷盤同埋一個魚,就上生煎飽、蒸飽.....要左５罐汽水,埋單$4112.....完全唔值,無下次!

很久沒去雪園了，昨晚和姑姐一家重臨此食肆，感覺大致沒變，食物質素保持一貫水準。最好吃的依然是香酥鴨和獅子魚兩食(見圖)，香酥鴨比從前細了一個碼，外形瘦削，放入口卻完全兩回事，肉質居然鬆化軟腍；獅子魚魚肉甜美，炒球和鬆炸同樣美味。最可惜的是我一向鍾愛的素菜包比以前遜色很多。順帶一讚雪園的火燑翅，貨真價實，是請客和做節的必然之選。

小弟係半個上海人, 所以成日食上海野,雪園個名, 聽得多, 但係未試過,尋晚女友老豆生日, 一行7人去試下囉~以下係我地叫比較易用+傳統既餸:1. 燻旦: 唔錯, 味道正宗,2. 雞絲粉皮: 唔得, 醬汁唔夠香,3. 雲吞雞: 湯底OK, 雲吞都足料, 但係唔熱,4. 蔥爆牛肉: 好差, 牛肉雪到木哂,5. 咕嚕肉: 全晚最好食, 肉係用腩肉, 唔係排骨, 讚~6. 三鮮炒年糕: 其實唔錯, 不過又係唔熱,7. 小蘢包: 皮太厚, 湯(肉汁)少,8. 鍋貼: 一般貨色,9. 菜肉包: 都係一般貨色,10. 搖柱旦白炒飯: 好差, 無味, 唔干身, 無鑊氣...成晚D餸都唔夠熱, 可能係老人家既飯堂...HAAHAA~不過環境+服務+乾淨都係好好, 我唸無下次!!!

琴晚12個人一齊去食飯, 食物水準一流, 而且服務態度好好, 不斷幫你換碟, 侍應又有禮貌。我地叫左七個菜, 一個炒飯, 一個炒年糕, 小籠包, 高力豆沙同蕾沙湯圓。小籠包皮夠薄, 咕嚕肉肉質多汁又唔肥, 炸子雞個皮好脆, 三鮮炒年糕好好食, 蛋白炒飯夠乾身, 高力頭沙內有香蕉同豆沙好得呀! 而且價錢好合理, 晚飯有八五折, 埋單$1240, 每人都係$100多d!!非常滿意呀! 值得推介呀!

This is one of the best restaurant I have ever been too - very good service. If you are looking for a good value meal, then better go for lunch. Should try their "dim sum", special during lunch hour. Four words to conclude "十分滿意"

This is my favorite Shanghai food restaurant.. me & my family always come here.. the food quality and taste are good and not too oily.. it is definitely a high quality restaurant compare to other Shanghai food restaurant ..
