中午來了到灣仔食午餐,見到新開的麵店叫麵檔,而且裝修都非常有香港風味。原來這間店主打是食車仔麵,啱晒我口味所以即刻入去試新野!車仔麵可以點3-5個餸,今次和朋友一齊點了個5餸車仔麵食飽飽~我地分別點左:牛筋,牛腩,雞翼,滷水蛋,蘿蔔,牛丸,豬紅,牛肚,豬手和豬潤一上枱見到大大碗已經好滿足,一試個湯底好濃郁,仲有牛味配上少少辣醬真係非常惹味。咁多樣配料入面我最欣賞就係豬紅和蘿蔔,呢度嘅豬紅每一件都好大拿,而且食入口非常滑身,同平時喺出面食嘅豬紅口感真的很不同,連隔籬枱都大贊好食😋而蘿蔔煮得非常之入味,而且很甜,一食便知是靚蘿蔔。值得一讚的是這裏的雞蛋是用蘭王蛋,所以食入口蛋香非常濃,製成留心蛋,真的是一流啊整體來說這間店食物都好高質,而且裝修又有特色,值得再來

As my friend was craving cart noodles, we visited this cart noodle resto in Causeway Bay. .I ordered Cart Noodles with 3 Toppings. For the ingredients, I chose Spicy Pig Blood Curd, Food Stall Suckling Pork Liver and Chinese Chives Dumplings. I selected Rice Noodles and added the House Special Spicy Sauce. The Pig Blood Curd was huge and well-marinated. The Pork Liver was pleasantly chewy with no unpleasant odour. The Dumplings were mouthful and fulfilling. The spiciness of the spicy sauce was on point. My friend got Cart Noodles with 4 Toppings. For the ingredients, she chose Satay Pork Rind, Fish & Meat Dumplings, Sweet & Sour Beancurd Dough and Radish in Clear Soup. She selected Oil Noodles and added the Homemade Satay Sauce. .The resto was adorned with vintage Hong Kong-style posters and decorations, evoking a nostalgic ambiance. They played Cantonese songs from the 80s and 90s as well. .We placed our orders by filling out a paper form.

每次去時代廣場,都去呢間車仔麵食個下午茶。我通常叫三餸湯麵-豬皮、豬紅、豬大腸粗麵,豬紅爽脆,豬皮夠腍,豬大腸好有風味。因為個粗麵都好大個。我老公就會叫五餸湯米-炸魚角、雞腳、蘿蔔、牛腩、墨魚春卷。炸魚角彈牙、雞腳夠諗、蘿蔔又諗又甜、牛腩夠諗又入味、墨魚春卷又正😙每次我哋都互相交換餸,因為每款餸都有幾舊,該店吾會因為價錢就將貨就價👏🏾加杯凍檸檬可樂又吾貴😍舖面的裝修好懷舊,令我想起兒時的味道🥰

全部餸都係同一個湯浸熟,連瑞士雞翼都係,仲要好鞋。麻辣係比pack豆瓣醬你,好難食。蘿蔔得一舊,會唔會太孤寒。湯就勁大碗,好似喺個海度打撈啲麵咁,食得好辛苦。呢世都唔會再幫襯。

路過的時候被千千闕歌的音樂所吸引,lunch就揀這家吧!餐牌好懷舊,隻蠟筆🖍️也特別我選擇了三餸,菜底、牛肚、豬大腸、黃沙豬潤,沙爹醬,共49冇加一好快就端上來了,好大一碗,蔥芫荽給好多,沙爹醬盛在匙羹內強調:碗真的好大。好好味,尤其是豬潤。牛肚差少少你可以看到圖片左上角調料蓋上的水珠,可能是剛從冰箱拿出來掛……買單時先知只可以現金/八達通,我問點解冇支付寶openrice上又寫可以?店家話個個都係咁寫啦fine,最後轉fps俾佢
