位於銅鑼灣登龍街既麵家裝修乾淨光猛加開放式廚房環境坐得舒服 !而餐牌上係主打食港式粉麵配以特色雞白湯底招牌雞白湯工序繁複 精心熬製8小時嘅湯底湯頭風味濃厚兼無味精 真係可以飲晒個湯💯🌟秘制慢煮牛腩撈麵店家自家炆既慢煮牛腩肉質軟腍且保留到肉汁而湯底揀左鹹鮮甘香大地魚雞白湯麵底係採用🇭🇰超過50年老字號永樂麵廠 超有香港情懷撈埋一齊食好好味🌟咩都有麵揀左雞白湯同河粉湯底色澤呈現奶白 味道清甜鮮香而河粉係採用超過70年既雙喜粉麵廠河粉滑溜且吸收晒湯嘅精華👍🏻而配料有店家自家包既新鮮包既雲吞雲吞好大粒夠晒足料加上櫻花蝦嘅香氣更特別另外仲有墨丸,牛丸,魚蛋,牛腩同貢丸夠哂豐富😋絕對係用心製作嘅小店 值得一試👍🏻 继续阅读

呢日放工行過銅鑼灣登龍街😜見到呢間新開嘅麵家好似唔錯💖我同朋友都第一次食,所以貪心啲每人都揀咗一碗乜都有嘅麵🥰咩都有撈麵面底好爽口,蔥油嘅味道食落好香🥰裏面嘅餸菜有勁大粒嘅雲吞,裏面有原隻蝦仁之外,仲有陣陣鹹香嘅櫻花蝦味道😜仲有肥瘦適中,唔會黐牙,炆到好軟腍腍嘅牛腩✨丸類方面有魚片同埋彈牙嘅魚蛋🫶另外有好香菇味嘅香菇貢丸、好Juicy嘅牛丸同埋墨魚丸😋咩都有麵另外朋友就叫咗碗湯米,更食得出呢度嘅雞白湯底都唔錯👍過嚟呢度食麵一定要落埋呢度嘅自家製辣辣地嘅菜脯,令到成個面更加惹味啊😇 继续阅读

今日同朋友去左銅鑼灣食麵,覺得呢間有人情味嘅小店。我哋叫咗-招牌櫻花蝦雲吞麵 -牛筋麵 同埋時令油菜招牌櫻花蝦雲吞麵雲吞是自家包,新鮮櫻花櫻花蝦,搭配彈牙麵條和清湯。湯底清淡而鮮美,讓整碗麵的味道更加突出。自家熬製湯底,可以飲晒碗湯。慢煮牛筋麵是自家炆特別適合愛好濃郁口感。牛筋燉煮至軟爛,與彈牙麵條形成絕妙的搭配。牛筋:肉質鮮嫩,醬汁濃郁。佢哋日熬少八個小時嘅湯底,湯底濃厚牛骨湯,充滿肉香,讓整碗麵更加美味。他們用既麵係超過50年老字號永樂, 河粉係超過70年的雙喜,香港制造。今次服務員非常之有禮貌,下次一定要再幫襯。Today, I went to Causeway Bay with my friend and found this little shop to be very warm and welcoming. We ordered:- Signature Sakura Shrimp Wonton Noodles- Braised Beef Brisket Noodles with Seasonal Choy SumSignature Sakura Shrimp Wonton NoodlesThe wontons are handmade and filled with fresh sakura shrimp, paired with chewy noodles and a clear broth. The broth is light yet flavorful, enhancing the overall taste of the dish. The homemade broth is so good that you can drink the whole bowl.Braised Beef Brisket NoodlesThis dish is specially stewed and perfect for those who love rich flavors. The beef brisket is cooked until tender, creating a wonderful pairing with the chewy noodles. The beef is fresh and tender, with a rich sauce. They simmer the broth for at least eight hours, resulting in a hearty beef bone soup that is full of meaty aroma, making the whole bowl of noodles even more delicious.They use noodles from Wing Lok, a brand with over 50 years of history, and the rice noodles are from Shuangxi, which has been around for over 70 years, all made in Hong Kong.This time, the waiter was very polite, and I will definitely come back again. 继续阅读

今晚喺銅鑼灣想食粉麵,見到有間新開嘅麵店。店內靚裝修,乾淨企理,環境幾好。再加上麵係用超過50年老字號永樂粉麵廠,性價比高。雙拼麵自選了雲吞和秘制慢煮牛腩,自家炆的牛腩的肉質非常嫩滑,慢煮的工藝讓肉吸收了湯底的精華,味道濃郁。雲吞的皮薄餡多,超大粒!搭配日熬至少8小時的湯底,招牌大地魚雞白湯湯底清甜,非常誘人。粗麵吸附了湯汁,口感十分滿足。三拼撈麵自選了雲吞、牛筋和秘制慢煮牛腩,牛筋同牛腩都軟腍入味,雲吞另上跟雞白湯,濃郁卻不油膩,忍唔住飲晒。總的來說,這兩款麵各有千秋,湯麵與撈麵的多樣化都值得一試。 继续阅读

走入登龍街揾下午茶嘆,看見有新店「麵家」,裝潢光亮簡潔,再看看窗櫥的餐牌,嚴選老字號麵粉廠各款乾麵,湯底熬製超過八小時,而且還有新張三重優惠大放送添,蠻吸引啵。我的下午茶湯麵:招牌櫻花蝦雲吞麵~先呷幾口招牌雞白湯,喚醒沉睡的味蕾,爽滑的蝦籽麵掛起濃郁雞白湯吃, 味道鮮香無比。比乒乓波還更大的櫻花蝦雲吞,櫻花蝦味道香濃細緻,鮮蝦爽滑,還有咬落脆卜卜的蟹籽,口感清脆,櫻花蝦雲吞麵揉合港日的味道,將傳統的美味保留,添加入新元素,將雲吞麵變得新穎,更具時代感。家人的下午茶三拼湯麵~牛丸~鮮味彈牙。秘製慢煮牛腩~肉味濃郁。金錢肚~不靭不爛,炆得火喉剛好。菠菜麵 ~麵質軟滑。招牌大地魚雞白湯~鮮香味甜。腩汁菜心~可選蠔油或腩汁。我們同選紅茶花伝檸茶~很喜歡櫻花蝦雲吞,外賣回家煑給家人享用,家人都喜歡櫻花蝦雲吞。 继续阅读
