Went here with my sis after lunch for a drink, as I noticed that they had a half-priced discount for drinks in March. .We ordered the Fresh Milk Tea with Pearl. To be honest, it was quite disappointing. The drink was watery with little to none milk flavour. The preal was luckily chewy and slightly sweet, but it couldn't compensate for the plain taste of the milk tea....It was a bit sad that their drinks were not as good, as I rmb their taro balls and pudding being nice. Even though it's a discounted drink, the quality shd be ensured too, so hope they will improve in the future🙈.

First time coming here to eat inside City plaza. The service is so bad especially the cashier. She was playing on the phone non stop and didnt greet me, Didnt even say welcome or what i want. So i just approach and order. She didnt even say thank you or response after i paid for my order.I ordered a iced grass jelly with taro. It taste so bad and over sweet. Also they juat dump everything on it without any layers. I will never come here again with these bad service and food taste bad. Don't waste money coming here服务态度超级差。收银员成日话手机和黑面。去买嘢食嘅时候完全无招呼或者问要什么。比完钱之后完全无讲多谢。食物好难食，求求其其啲仙草，冰放落去。要后唔会去以间食。

假期分别同姪仔姪女黎食牛奶冰，原来后生仔女好钟意食冰，攻陷佢地个胃佢地自然肯同长辈食野，感恩～芋薯圆Q麻糬牛奶冰 $68呢个真系份量十足，而且好多料，有排食，又有饱足感～根据资料，入面有有芋薯圆、麻糬、冬瓜冻、小芋圆。珍珠奶茶布丁冰 $68呢个冇上面𠮶个咁多料，但都唔错嘅，如果本身系珍珠控嘅话，应该就会好钟意啦～又有雪糕又有布甸，大满足。呢啲牛奶冰真系好吸引年青人，所以做长辈嘅，唔好下下Ban左佢地嘅提议！年青人就系钟意挑战冬天食好冻嘅嘢，加上佢哋好少出现敏感牙齿，点食都冇问题！做长辈嘅，呢个时候就要识do，同佢哋一齐开心下～入座安排繁忙时段，需要排队，有员工会安排入座。如果想快啲食到嘢，就一定要安排一个家人或者朋友派买嘢食𠮶条队，咁样入得做嘅时候，就好快可以食到甜品啦。有晚去到非常之多人，有啲顾客因为唔知道呢个安排所以有啲嬲～仲有啊，原来最低消费只系每人20几蚊，所以一个冰两个人食都好抵！
