Le Big Fernand & Le Philibert 食开美式汉堡 第一次食法式 包本身唔太觉美法既分别 不过几好食系真前者系牛肉汉堡 后者系鸡肉 今次呢个叫法其实系只限个零月既汇丰信用卡优惠 包两汉堡同两薯条红白酒各一杯 盛惠$245折左一旧左右牛肉果个除左汉堡一块仲有芝士蕃茄同芫茜做馅 平心而轮size唔算好大 不过配料夹得唔错 落单果阵会问几成熟 我拣左medium出黎既肉质都ok 配他他酱有啲似老麦既升级版 当然呢度即叫即整够哂新鲜热辣 另一份鸡肉配料都类似 酱料就换左蛋黄酱 鸡肉几有鸡味都唔会韧 第日有机会可以试下加钱升级double meat double cheese岩哂大胃王另外不得不提下薯条 跟餐香草香蒜薯条各一份 香草超入味茄汁都悭返唔使落 香蒜就唔算重蒜味但系都够香口 薯条用粗薯份量又多 一定要开心share第一次食burger杯红白酒 感觉即刻法式左 虽然无饮开唔识分咩质素 至少酒量浅既我觉得唔难入口openrice咁多好评总算今次无中伏 提提大家餐厅员工同埋大部份客人都系老外 落单麻烦转channel 而当日好多客都系外卖 唔知同七人榄有无关

One of the best burger house in Hong Kong. Big Fernand is really amazing and propose a choice of goods burger with always the best ingredients. The recipes are uncommon and that's what makes Big Fernand even more rare and so desirable ! Hope you can enjoy there like me !

When Big Fernand first opened in Causeway Bay, I gave it a try and thought ... yeah. Pretty decent burger. But with so many new places that opened up near by, I forgot to return. Until one day I walked by and found ... they now have lunch sets!For $98, you get a choice of Le Big Ferdnand (beef), Le Philibert (chicken) or Le Lucien (vegetarian), a side of fries or salad and a soft drink. Menu is in Chinese and English and there is no 10% service charge. You pay at the cashier and they will bring the food to you when ready.I chose a salad. Or what they call a Falad. It came with a balsamic vinegar dressing. The crispy salad greens had a few slices of sun dried tomatoes. It was nice decent portion.I chose Le Big Ferdnand. It was a beef burger with sundried tomatoes, parsley, a delicious melty tomme de savoie cheese and Tara Fernand which is there secret sauce.The staff asked how I wanted it and I want it medium rare. And yes, it came out medium rare. The bun was delicious. Soft, yet sturdy. The meat was moist and tender. All held together properly without it sliding all over the place. It was a solid burger with a decent size.Great that they have lunch prices now. Like I said last time ... I'll be back.

法国过江龙🍔🍟其实我都几钟意食高质burger 所以呢间曾经被杂志评为欧洲数一数二既burger店 一直on my wishlist素食蘑菇汉堡$100羊肉汉堡$120套餐: 薯条+蕃石榴汽水 +$50好食指数:7/10同平时唔同 我今次无叫牛肉 相反我叫左同场比较少人叫既素菜同羊肉素菜 主要系两块超厚超多汁既大啡菇 芝士好有惊喜 系果仁香草味芝士 配油渍蕃茄同焦糖洋葱 所以甜甜地几好味 羊肉汉堡最有惊喜 用羊腿肉 有微量羊膻味 仲有d烤甜椒 不过因为要balance d膻味 就有放少少芫茜整体可试 不过薯条可以skip唔够脆 上面撒既香草无咩味 配既茄汁 蛋黄酱都无乜特别 野饮太甜😂好似我小学系小食部买果d冰条 叫可乐可能会开心d-----------------📍Big Fernand (铜锣湾)铜锣湾白沙道11号地舖

星期日下午微微雨出铜锣湾,本来想顺道去胜博殿食个炸猪柳定食作午餐,但去到午餐时间已经截单,无法了只去吃其他,经过Big Fernando被它的小店感觉吸引了,原来是一家法式burger店,就试试吧!看餐牌单买burger都要$95-125,如果加$50-70有combo set, 配普罗旺斯香草或香蒜红椒味道的薯条或沙律,还有饮品。我选了Le Bartholome的combo set $165,很好味,薯条份量很多又够脆是我喜欢的口味,还有两种dip, 比较喜欢honey mustard 的可能因为薯条本来已经有调味,配茄酱的话太重味。Burger的包包上有很多芝麻,脆脆的很有口感,因为自己叫了well done, 牛肉比较干,烟肉亦很硬,但配合的烧烤酱和racelette cheese,加上焦糖洋葱真的很棒喔!价格上老实说不便宜,但久不久吃也是可以接受的吧!对burger 有热情的食客一定要试试。
