Big Fernand 最近在銅鑼灣白沙道開了分店，為食客提供一眾法式漢堡美饌。餐廳裝潢上和坊間的美式漢堡店分別不大，最貼心的設計是店中的洗手盆，方便食客飯前飯後洗潔雙手。 筆者要了一個 Le Bartholome，牛肉漢堡扒産自澳洲，肉香頗濃，在少量肉汁的襯托下口感上不會太乾身。漢堡的醬材是 Tata Fernand (home-made cocktail sauce) 及 caramelized onions，口味上比一般茄醬甜，另建議增加芝士份量，不論觀感上或味道上皆更豐富。另外，漢堡中亦加入了數片 pork bacon，原意是好的，但質感略硬反而影響了享受。隨漢堡加 $50 可多享一客薯條及飲品。薯條是脆炸幼身款式，少吃滋味。飲品可在多款 French Lemonade 中任擇其一，這枝檸檬口味的 French Lemonade，味道清新，配上漢堡炸品十分合適。 擔心薯條上火的朋友，可選擇享用沙律。Our Home-made Salad 以清爽的田園雜菜作主軸，面上的濃甜蕃茄乾作點綴，是薯條健康的替代品。 相比美式漢堡，法式漢堡的確予人一份較細膩的感覺，喜愛
