已經好耐冇去過沙田行街，諗住飲杯咖啡，本來想上去7樓Sensory zero, 但係諗諗吓不如去好耐冇去過嘅18 gram😌咖啡豆偏向nutty,不過略嫌水溫熱咗少少，頭一啖熱到味覺都冇埋🙈咖啡入口算滑，不過真係比以前退步咗🥲

Dunno what’s happening this this coffee bar. Have they sold it to someone else? 🥲😭Give me back the old barista the 2 girls who were like great partners together. Last time I was disappointed with the CWB branch and threw the coffee. But their Shatin one used to be always consistent and produce good coffee. Used to go every weekend and always went away happy with a good cuppa coffee. This time Ordered my regular flat white. The coffee had way too much acidity and the milk texture and froth just wasn’t right. They were not making as much effort. You can’t rush through a good coffee.If u just do one thing, u better do it right

本來諗住買杯咖啡拎走落公園坐下既，點知黎到一肚氣。黎到打算買齋啡，但店員連今日既daily single origin coffee 系咩豆都唔願講，落單要一杯ice long black，店員就一句冇凍既就算，一副想打發你走既態度。最後叫左杯ice americano，味道正常一般，但服務態度唔專業同太差，冇下次。

星期日去開沙田city super 專登去買兩杯咖啡，叫兩杯凍long black，個女咖啡師態度勁差long black冇凍，完全唔會介紹下咖啡問下想飲乜，好似阻住佢地咁，最後是但叫左兩杯凍americano，兩女一男趕客態度，基本禮貌都冇，咁唔想做就唔好做，或者唔想做外賣客就掛個牌出黎「謝絕外賣客」買你兩杯咖啡睇埋你地面色，冇禮冇貌，咖啡幾好飲都冇用，唔係要你幾尊貴既服務，唔該比返少少禮貌！！！！！！

同朋友行沙田citysuper竟然係超市轉角位見到間coffee shop原來係18 gram咖啡店·上網搵一搵資料原來係打入亞洲頭50間最佳既咖啡店Cafe係開放模式有小小既bar枱同數張高腳櫈設計簡單。♡ 𝙈𝙤𝙘𝙝𝙖 （$𝟱𝟬）🍫☕️𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙨𝙤𝙮 𝙢𝙞𝙡𝙠(+$𝟴)🥛唔知係咪女咖啡師好大力咁放低杯咖啡一打開拉花已經散左有點少失望因為我飲咖啡係會睇埋拉花既人Mocha係用朱古力醬調味所以朱古力味幾夠濃咖啡味幾重豆漿無影響個咖啡既綿密程度整體而言$58一杯咖啡中規中距🤭女咖啡師服務態度麻麻連咖啡蓋都無蓋好🤨
