Hidden in Monster Mansion, you'll know you've found the right place when you instantly recognize the IG-famous spot (if you haven't been there already). The shop is stylishly decorated, with mirrors lining the walls on two sides, making the space a photo-worthy spot in itself. There was barely a queue when we went at around 3pm on a weekday. We were told it only usually gets busy during lunch hours.
We ordered the latte (you can choose between blend or single origin) and matcha latte, both with oat milk.
Latte with oat milk
The coffee here is the smoothest in town! The coffee is well-balanced, and blends well with oat milk, with neither taste overwhelming the other. The exceptional quality of the coffee will sure secure this shop some loyal customers, despite the numerous coffee shops nestled in this area.
Matcha latte with oat milk
This has to be one of the richest-tasting matcha latte I've had in Hong Kong! Very smooth drink without the usual grainy texture that comes with most matcha latte drinks. A word of warning to those who are lactose intolerant: I was told that the matcha powder itself included trace amount of dairy, so substituting the base with oat/soy milk (+$5) may not entirely solve the problem.
