Long time didn't see Viet French bread in central! I have been longing for a good (cheap) banh mi in Hong Kong, and finally there is one opened in Central. The Original Banh Mi is $48, which is alright for Central. It comes with in-house baked French baguette with pâte spread, Vietnamese sausage slice, pickled carrots, coriander and chilli. It is not as thickly packed with Viet sausage slice like the ones I used to get from Vietnamese supermarkets in Chinatown (for like $12hkd), but this is good enough to fulfil my crave for banh mi.
