相信大家 蚝吧就听得多;龙虾吧又有冇听过呢?兰桂芳一号的 正是吃主打龙虾,大部分来货加拿大。虽然对于海鲜我并冇特别的喜好,但我就如一般香港人一样对于龙虾是不能对抗拒的。Classic Lobster Bisque $98 以真材实料用上大量虾膏烹调,质感浓稠,味道已超越了鲜甜,感觉如在吃虾膏一样,入口顺滑,充满罪恶感的龙虾汤。我们对沙律挺有要求的,一般的Green salad 绝对不能满足我们。颇有趣的是餐牌中会有日式沙律出现。Skiller Seared Yellow Fin Tina Fish $298 经烧过后的吞拿鱼肉质变得结实,但也不失本身的鲜味。伴以牛油果、磨菇等。最特别是以味淋和日本豉油调出日式酱汁。完全没有违和感。Steamed Mussels $270来自加拿大青口,肉厚鲜甜,白酒忌廉将青囗鲜味进一诱发出来,蒜香浓郁,入囗嫩滑,非常 creamy 好吃。终于来到期待已久的主菜部分 Lobster, Grilled with fresh herbs and garlic butter (approx 1.3/4 lbs) 非贴地价位,但吃过后会发现每份$768 是物有所值。首先卖相充满压台感,除了巨型龙虾外,其余的配菜色彩缤纷,令人挑起食欲。同様以来自加拿大龙虾,大厨做这道菜也是别出心裁,运用了牛油及多种香草烤焗开边龙虾,但香味略盖过龙虾本身的鲜香,反而龙虾钳部分则保留原来们鲜甜,肉质细嫩,非常不俗。

据说的酒吧近期生意麻麻,有经营多年的无奈地结业,如果在这地段只卖酒而没有食物的话,实在很难生存。地舖确实难挨,楼上舖可能多一点吧!这幢商业大厦,楼上就有不少酒吧餐厅,这晚约了两位好友,到大厦一楼吃龙虾餐!开宗明义是一间卖龙虾和香槟为主打的小酒馆,内在面积不大,座位也不多,Cozy而宁静。酒馆老板是加拿大人,对自己家乡的食材便份外支持,所以店内用的龙虾亦是来自加拿大。酒品选择多,除了香槟和葡萄酒外,还有经典或自创的Cocktails。我偏爱Gin酒,这杯 ($150),看似很轻很淡,实则上Gin份量也不轻,青柠汁和蛋白令整体感觉富微酸和滑。虽说是龙虾餐,也不是只点龙虾菜色的,不过,店内的食物也以海鲜类为主。先来一杯龙虾汤,一只咖啡杯的份量,但龙虾味超浓郁,咸度跟奶油滑度配合得宜,入口不会觉得太咸,郤感到啖啖滑溜,另还有一串龙虾肉浸在汤内,虾肉爽口,浸了在汤后,更增添鲜甜。吞拿鱼扒煮成半熟,外皮用火枪烧过,有微焦香, 可惜内层煮成熟了点,便失去了Juicy感觉,反而伴碟的牛油果沙律更美味和软滑。原来不只是龙虾,连蓝青口也是来自加拿大,我很少吃加拿大青口,似乎比欧洲货稍为大粒,而最值得一提的是个汁料,十分香滑,用来蘸法包就最适合了。店子以Open Kitchen形式设计,食客便可以看到厨师处理龙虾的过程了。迷你龙虾包一客三件,虽然是迷你包,但龙虾肉大大粒的,十分爽口,加上蛋黄酱和牛油,七分邪恶,十分滋味。全只加拿大龙虾,一个人肯定吃不完,三个人分就刚刚好。龙虾明显用上大量的牛油、蒜蓉和香草去焗,香气十足,蒜味尤其突出,而虾肉上又铺了不少面包糠,目的是令肉质松化,但个人认为重手了些,如果面包糠略为减少,效果会更好,如果要我评分,我会给这道龙虾八分。这店的价钱略为进取,总体而言,食物水准尚可,我仍颇欣赏这店的用心,专心做龙虾和海鲜,加上不错的酒品,这店应该可成为一些人的兰桂坊「私窦」。

这间餐厅的地址很易记,就是在中环兰桂坊1号的一楼,孖一,易找。 龙虾虽不算我们最常吃海鲜的三甲,若说最喜欢应该会属头三位。 餐厅顾名思义是主打吃龙虾和喝香槟。店主是加拿大人,店内的龙虾主要是来自加拿大海峡,每天来货: 店的面积不算太大,却骨子,是蛮适合举行私人派对的那类。半开放式厨房设计: 出面有个小露台,可以给人客喝喝酒,倾倾计: 每张枱已放有一支香槟,可作为装饰,也可以开来饮。当然开咗就要计钱啦,若作为装饰也可增添浪漫气氛。 「Our Classic Lobster Bisque」$98 汤的味道是鲜浓到不得了,配上一条龙虾肉插在汤内,漂亮。说真,光是喝那杯汤已是心机之作,再可以用它来拌多士吃。$98 一客,个人觉得是必点。 像一道沙律菜的「Skillet Seared Yellowfin Tuna Fillet」$298 吞拿鱼用火灼至半熟,里面仍保留嫩红,切片后伴上牛油果片、菜丝,带少许日本菜的 fusion 影子。我觉得就这样吃会有点清淡,用旁边的酸汁点来吃就醒胃得多。 「Mini Lobster Sliders」$340 四小个迷你龙虾汉堡,虾肉佐以蕃茄、清爽生菜和烘热面包,大厨配搭少许沙拉油来调味,令味觉多一重层次。三小口一个汉堡,不会令人吃得太饱,我也豪气地用手把它整个吃掉。 「Steamed Canadian Blue Mussels」$270 鲜甜的煮物。汁料一定是这菜成功的一半,喝得出的鲜活,调味没有手高眼低,又是可用来沾多士吃 (其实斋喝是最好的享受 XDDD) 青口肉不太大粒的,却很嫩,在我来说肉嫩是比大小更重要。 「Whole Fresh New Brunswick Lobster - grilled with fresh herbs and garlic butter」$768 这里的名物,怎能不潮拜一下? 原只约 2 磅重加拿大龙虾开边,够三、四个人吃,伴大量蕃茄、蔬菜一大盘。虾身已经起肉,加上香草与牛油同焗,有将肉的鲜味升华。 拑的 size 比 iPhone 6 还要大!啖啖肉,谁不爱? 近年越来越多朋友喜欢吃龙虾,一来是它的美味,二来也是它的做法越来越普及和受欢迎。想浪漫地享受一下龙虾的温柔,可以来这里。

ordered oyster rockefeller, whole lobster, lobster bisque, foie gras, lobster roll (2 pcs), lobster sliders (4 pcs), salmon shared between 5 personsbeware that there are only 3 tables in the restaurant so book early if you plan to dine here. the only thing i want to mention is that the preparation time is waaaaay too long and our dinner lasted nearly 3 hours which is very odd given the small capacity in the restaurantgreat service with detailed explanation of the dishes and recommendation. food is no doubt tasty especially the main ingredient being lobsteraround 600hkd per person for dinner thats not bad at all!

Bisque is a classy lobster and champagne fine dining restaurant located just at the bottom hill of Lan Kwai Fong. The dining area has 4 cozy round tailor made wooden table with a super chilled champagne bucket. On the other side, you may enjoy a few drinks on the terrace of building, overlooking the buzzing Lan Kwai Fong, the heart of this prosperous beautiful city, Hong Kong. A new cocktail menu has recently been in place to pair with the lobsters and other seafood items on the food menu. à mon amor (to my love) An egg white based drink made with G-vine Gin, St Germain, Apple Sour, Grape Juice. the sweetness and sourness perfectly balanced with each other with a slight bitterness from the bitter on the foam top. Bourbon Schrapps A stronger ice chilled cocktail made with Jack Daniels, peach schrapps, chambord, basil leaves. Refreshing with a kick to start your night. Baked raspberry point oysters $430/6pc Bisque stopped serving raw oysters but these baked freshly shucked oysters were just as good. We started with this sweeter and creamier oysters topped with Philippine mango, tomato concassé, mixed peppers, purple onions and fresh cilantro topped with a Parmesan white wine béchamel. The topping was really cheesy and creamy, yet not too overpowering. Classic baked oysters 'a la Rockefeller' $430/6pc Then some more Atlantic oysters topped with original recipe of fresh herbs, parsley and garlic butter, baked until golden. The sauce in this oyster is a bit sour like the Italian dressing, with a strong mixed herb flavour. The fresh oysters were plumped and juicy, not a bad way to start our meal with! Classic lobster bisque $98/cup , $220/bowl The signature dish from the restaurant prepared by using only lobster head, meat and shell and it takes 2 days to prepare with 9 hours cooking with some fresh cream. Then using a big blender imported from Spain to blend 3 times until very smooth before sifting until very fine. Finish with a little bit extra cream at the end. The very rich and heavy soup was serves with a piece of buttery toasted bread, poached lobster claws, and creme fraiche. Pan seared US jumbo scallops $370 The al dente linguine pasta served with black truffle, fresh Italian parsley and sugar peas in a heavy, buttery and creamy sauce. A few truffle was being used including some grind truffle, truffle pieces and some truffle oil drizzled all over before serving. The serving size was pretty generous because the dishes at Bisque is meant for sharing. Whole fresh New Brunswick lobster approx. 1 3/4 lbs live weight $768 Brunswick lobster tasted slightly different from Boston lobsters with a softer texture and a lighter sea water taste in my opinion. You may choose either steamed or grilled and we have chosen the latter one which is grilled with fresh herbs and garlic butter. Besides, there was quite a few choices for sided veggies including baby corns, snow peas, cream spinach, tomatoes on vines, and young beautifully roasted golden brown potatoes. The lobsters had been grilled until perfection with the flesh being pulled right off the shell easily. The whole piece was covered in garlic, herbs and a layer of crumbly bread crumbs to create a nice golden crunch on the surface. The very on-point roasted young potatoes were another highlight of the dish with an aromatic peppery rosemary flavour rushing through the buttery and powdery texture of the starch. Vanilla peach & apple crumble $98 It then came to the end of our meal with a sweet finish. A bowl of crumble goodness prepared with a mixed of fruits including green apple, peaches, bing cherries with vanilla essence, topped with a layer of oat based crumble crust, served with some fresh sweet pouring cream on the side. The tartness from the cherries complimented nicely with the sweet finish from the soft peaches, not too sweet but you may still find the slightly burnt caramelised flavour from the sugar. Double espressoNothing beats a good cup of espresso after a very satisfying meal. The aromatic cup was served with a cute little piece of chocolate biscotti, just a beautiful finish to a fancy dining experience.
