•生牛肉粉 raw beef pho米芝蓮嘅光環底下,我本身對brass spoon有好多期望,但最後有點失望。😥上菜嘅時候,個staff完全分唔清邊碗打邊碗。牛肉切得好薄,但肉味同油脂都唔重,帶有少少韌。🥩👎🏻反而,個河粉嘅質素離奇地高😮,喺我暫時食過最好食嘅河粉,好Q彈。🍜🤌🏻好鐘意佢哋比咗好多唔同嘅herbs,好清新!🌿 Under the glamour of Michelin award, I have a higher expectation on brass spoon, but turns out fairly disappointing.😥The staff couldn’t distinguish the differences between the two beef. The thin sliced beef was not either beefy or luscious,and tasted tough. 🥩👎🏻Surprisingly, the noodles really stood out😮, maybe was the BEST pho noodle I have ever had, bouncy.🍜🤌🏻 Really like they included various herbs, refreshing the pho.🌿•特級生牛肉粉 premium beef pho唔係好食得出佢哋兩者嘅分別,所以個人更推薦叫平啲嘅普通生牛肉pho。😂💸Couldn’t tell the difference between these two raw beef pho, thus I would recommend to order the basic pho, as it was cheaper.😂💸•蒸粉卷 steamed spring roll個粉卷可以skip咗佢,因為好唔抵食!😓皮好厚、好細舊、又少饀。裡面得少量嘅豬肉碎,冬菇碎同粉絲,加上調味好淡。👎🏻I reckon you can skip this spring roll, as it was not a good bargain! 😓The wrapper was thick, small portion with stingy amount of fillings. 坐低嗌完嘢食之後,見隔離個個女食客都waiter主動比杯水,我枱面就空空如也,問咗兩次都唔記得俾水我。最不可思議嘅係,上菜居然係將個盤直接疊落啲餐具度🫠我真係成頭問號阿侍應仔,移開少少啲餐具,或者請我移開餐具,有冇咁難做?如果我嗌嘅係麵,倒瀉辣親咁點Lunch hour繁忙時段並唔係藉口,咁冇禮貌嘅侍應同埋餐廳,啲嘢幾好食都唔會有回頭客。食物方面公道講,個蕃茄醬汁甜酸適中,仲有啲蕃茄粒增加口感,牛腩亦都炆燉得幾淋。價錢就貴啲,呢個份量係完全唔值$103,不過開得喺中環都預咗,只係冇預計到咁嘅服務態度。 继续阅读

呢間係人龍店,以為米芝蓮推介會好好食,所以都抱有期望咁去食,點知好失望。同朋友兩個收左工去食,我叫左配扎肉湯河,我朋友就叫生牛河。扎肉河同生牛河既份量都好少,唔單止肉既份量少,河粉都係一樣咁少,食完都唔係好夠飽。而且味道都好一般,用咁既價錢去食一碗pho,應該唔會有第二次。 继续阅读

呢間米芝蓮推介中環越南湯河🍲成日都排長龍,今日大約1:30去到,因為過咗食飯時間,所以唔使排隊直接就入咗去坐🤣叫咗最出名嘅生熟牛肉河$90和春卷$61。生熟牛肉可好快就到咗,湯係鮮味牛骨湯底,加咗牛油,雖然冇味精,但係略嫌感覺太油膩🐮湯底非常清無味精,但係個人鍾意牛味重啲嘅湯底🙈河粉有啲驚喜因為口感彈牙🍜生牛肉好食,反而熟牛肉太肥😫春卷即炸熱辣辣唔太油,不過唔係十分好食🤫可能期望太高,反而無乜特別✨靚景指數:💛💛💛好食指數:💛💛💛抵食指數:💛💛💛 继续阅读

一到lunch hour都係大排長龍,難得見佢今日少人,話晒米芝蓮推介,決定入去試下。餐廳入面環境舒服,勝過中環好多越南餐廳。我叫左個普通生牛肉粉,佢有個premium 可以揀,但諗住試下個普通先再加個牛丸。一黎到即刻試下個湯,個湯底係好鮮同濃郁既牛骨湯底,唔會飲到得味精味。生牛肉肥瘦剛好,厚度適中,唔會好薄,我個人認為普通既已經好好食!牛丸彈牙,係會爆少少汁果種黎。至於個河粉係最值得讚,好彈牙,有咬口。呢個生牛肉粉真係係香港食過數一數二好食😋😋👍🏻 继续阅读
