大除夕心情特別悠閒自在，放工後亦有心情周圍逛逛，閒享下午茶。C'est La B是好友介紹，聽聞蛋糕賣相小巧精緻，用料佳，終有機會試試。餅店座落太古廣場2樓，分內外用餐區，佈置別緻。當然，放工後的時間其實也不早，High Tea Set 早已售罄，其餘蛋糕款式亦選擇不多。隨心挑選了一甜一酸的蛋糕款式，另加一份甜品杯試試。Paradise：香芋口味的蛋糕，其他餅店所見不多。面上香芋忌廉唧花細緻，口感幼滑，香芋濃度恰到好處不膩口。中間的海綿蛋糕亦泛着清清香芋味，質感鬆軟。Lady in Red：荔枝味蛋糕，相較Paradise，口味酸中帶甜，出來感覺更清新。細嚐蛋糕，更會吃到細小荔枝果肉。面上有一小塊Macaron，甜而不漏，和酸香紅莓啫厘味道反差匹配。Mont Blanc Cup：栗子凍杯甜品，栗蓉的確滑溜，品質上佳，面上有一小塊金鉑裝飾顯貴氣。當然款式上就不算罕有了。結賬連加一二百元正，價錢一點也不便宜呢！

相信大家都認識C'est la B，最為大家熟悉都應該會是它家超有名又超級貴的蛋糕吧！今次，我並沒有去大坑的總店，反而去了位於PP的金鐘店，不得不說位置不算易找，除非你從金鐘廊那邊過去。從兩點開始的下午茶時間，星期天有著大量空座，嗯！水準有多高，大家都應該都幻想得到吧！C'est la B的menu，依舊是大打花蝴蝶的色彩繽紛。老實講，今次的高茶系列真是＂反推介＂！PP金鐘店的C'est la B相比大坑的總店，真的比下去。要坐在走廊上用餐，已經令我感覺很不討好，加上餐廳的佈置更是差太多。當三層層架還未到的時候，由於沒什麼茶可以點，所以就先來了一杯咖啡，不錯不失啦！但涼得很快！一直都覺得咖啡不配出現在high tea桌上！三層下午茶層架，終於來喔！單看的話，應該都會覺得不錯吧！至少看著會覺得蠻開心、歡樂，心情都會跟著好起來！頂層是蛋糕層，本來我對這層的期望很高，不竟C'est la B最有名的是蛋糕。心想這三件蛋糕應該很有水準，但再一次證明希望愈大；失望愈大的道理！真的一點都談不上好吃，芝士蛋糕的味道也濃得有點過份，其他兩件都是過酸！（黃色那件叫SunShine，聞說很有名，但真的不解

前排睇完介紹, 知道 ms b 又出左特色野, 今次唔係甜品而家咸既三文治, rainbow club 係我地今日既target~黎到ms b, 睇到menu rainbow club 係要 $125, 另外我地再叫左 三文魚青瓜cream cheese 三文治, $105 一齊share。睇到價錢其實已經覺得幾唔值, 不過都想試一次咁多啦。 不過最唔滿意係想叫柸暖水, waitress姐姐話, 叫水都會比埋lemon 同 honey 你, 即係熱檸蜜啦。 即係同你叫柸咖啡一樣既價錢囉。 所以我地叫左一柸 decaf lattee & Hot Godiva Chocolate 試試。果然係ms b, 食物既賣相真係出色, 真係好靚, rainbow club 即係每層既包都用唔同色做. 有黑, 黃, 青, 粉紅。 你話, 點會有人唸到丫, d 錢真係底佢購賺。另一份 煙三文魚青瓜cream cheese 三文治, 都係用上黑色包, 切到四四方方咁, 仲整左好多層添 , 賣相真係幾吸引。 雖然我覺得2款三文治都好味, 不過要過百蚊食一份三文治確實唔多化算。 到我柸 Hot G

下午食完lunch 路經pacific place , 竟然o係一個轉彎暗角位見到一間好靚既 cake shop, 望真d 原來係人氣 sevva 老闆娘既 ms b cakery 分店。 我當然想成為第一位食客啦~ 入到去見到d 裝修好靚呀, 好colorful , 用左灰色底做主色襯上色彩繽紛既 decoration, 見到cashier 後面既柸隻隻都唔同色架~ 我超like! 我今日都買左一個cake 走, 好靚呀~ 有個咀唇係上面架, 仲有焦糖脆脆。 下面係加有caremel 既 朱古力蛋糕, 不過佢唔係普通sponge cake, 佢係另一種食落比較 thick 。成為 $60, 可惜我個人唔係太like, 下次會試其他~~
