土耳其烤芝士早餐 (Classified Halloumi Breakfast) $115
土耳其烤芝士味道濃烈,芝士烤過之後味道好香,但係我哋就略嫌鹹咗少少,最好配牛油果或者番茄豆一齊食會中和返個鹹味。值得一提嘅係佢個多士真係整得幾好食,炒蛋烹調時間剛剛好,保持到炒蛋嘅嫩滑。而且炒蛋係最遲先放上多士上面,令到多士上檯嘅時候都仲係脆,好容易就可以切開,依兩點都幫多士加好多分。
Grilled halloumi has a strong but slightly salty flavour, it best suits with avocado and tomato bean. The toast is exceptionally tasty with a nicely cooked scrambled egg on top of it. The egg finishes at the end, that keeps the toast crunchy while the scrambled egg remains soft and smooth.

草飼薄切牛扒配煎蛋 (Grass-grazed 5oz Flank Steak & Eggs) $128
依道菜嘅多士我哋就揀咗配煎蛋,質素同樣咁高,雖然冇炒蛋咁滑,但係味道上就會重返少少。薄切牛扒相對令人失望,味道尚算唔錯,肉味都足,但係明顯係煎得太熟所以好韌,好難咬開,牛扒要再處理得好啲先襯得起佢個價錢。
Instead of scrambled egg, we chose fried egg for the toast. Although it is not as smooth as the scrambled egg, it has a stronger flavour. However, the flank steak is quite disappointing, as it is overcooked and has a stiff texture. Overall, we expect tastier steak at this price of breakfast.
