越來越喜歡上環、西環，因為有太多餐廳，真係食足一年都未試得晒 (只計星期六日放假上環尾原來別有洞天，皇后大道西一直走到荷里活道，都有唔少海味店，及舊式小店今次搵左一間有兩層的小店，corner kitchen cafe西營盤站A1出口轉左keep住直行，走到一個位見到斜路 - 荷里活道 就找對了沿斜路一直上就會找到餐廳，正正位於荷里活公園對面門面就已經有座位，有不少外國人坐著，而收銀櫃位亦設有英文餐牌 (仲有講埋不同款式咖啡的分別)店員告知樓上亦設有座位，咁當然落左order後立即上樓上睇睇啦上到樓上，感覺比較寧靜，有梳化位，亦有望窗的bar枱位選擇左望窗嘅bar枱位，正正可以望到對面荷里活公園及街景近樓梯位設有自助調味bar + 水bar影左一陣相，店員已經端上一杯small flat white，不過有別於一般咖啡店，呢杯咖啡冇拉花再隔左陣，就已經有得食啦有別於一般all day breakfast，呢份country kitchen breakfast冇sausage, beacon，反而有一條南瓜條 (多士下面突出少少嘅就係)仲有potatoes, mushrooms, tom

They serve great salad! pumpkin salad with soft boiled egg crab cake is nice but the salad doesn't taste as good as the pumpkin saladI tried their chocolate cake as well but I didn't take any photos. It tastes fine but not impressive - similar to SaraLee cake which you can buy at $29.9 from the supermarket.

越來越喜愛上環，除了中西文化融合，特色歷史建築，還有不少Gallery，自從欣賞過全光榮作品後，便開始愛上逛藝術館。走過海味街，轉入荷里活道，柔和陽光映入一幢樓宇的玻璃幕牆，乍見一幅幅抽象油畫，是呂山川先生的«江山如此多嬌»畫展。呂先生的作品在此不多談，有興趣的可以去看看，見識一下他充滿活力，衝動的作品。離開畫廊再往斜坡上走，看到一群可愛的外籍小朋友從粉紅色外牆的幼稚園走出來，旁邊是一間棺材鋪，小孩子的生命力與棺材代表的死亡形成極端對比。再往前幾步，就是我的目的地，Corner kitchen cafe。在樓下點餐後走到樓上雅座，找了個望到對面公園的位置坐下，紅牆綠瓦的建築充滿濃濃中國風。先來一杯Flat white，一看顏色及杯面拉花便心感不妙。味道微酸，奶泡很薄弱，跟其他食客上載的照片不一樣，猜想這杯不是由原來的咖啡師沖調的Fluffy vanilla pancakes質感類似麥記的熱香餅，是較薄身的那一種。淋上 maple syrup, 水果有香蕉，士多啤梨，藍莓，份量比較少食物質素比預期低，但環境不錯，希望下次再來會有警喜!

The only thing I dislike about corner kitchen cafe is waiting for a table and the slightly comfortable seating if you get a table downstairs. 每個星期日我都好中意去cafe..早2星期係中環行去上環之時，咁岩呢間cafe就出現係我眼前，見到啲蛋糕同碎花既碟好吸引加上行到成身出曬汗，雖然岩岩食完lunch，飽到想死，但見氣氛野食賣相不差，就同男朋友2個一齊入去諗住大家一齊叫件cake坐一陣過下冷河先再起行。。我好記得一入去地面個幾張枱係full曬，無人招呼，諗住行上上一層之時，有個店員係黑人女人hey我地，用英文叫我地買左野食先上去坐。。我地都ok ge，明白要買野食先可以係cafe坐下，見唔到有每人最低消費，於是我地淨係買左一件接近70蚊既cake 2份share..因為我地真係5餓，同埋只係想影下相，涼一陣先出反去。。買完件cake，個黑人女人都無講話要最低消費之類，我地就無打算再叫其他野食，當食左3個字左右，個女人就上黎勁無禮貌咁用英文問"what's wrong with u??what happened there???"我地呆左，佢既意思係想話我地2個人叫得一件蛋糕咁少就覇住佢張枱，佢話正常要打電話黎留位先得，我地又無留位咁話我地。。但當時樓上根本計埋我地只有2枱客，枱又無寫住留座，，我地都諗住拿拿聲食埋就走人！點

中上環cafe臨立各式各樣嘅cafe都有有啲食物飲品都好但坐位就比較少所以好難真正係cafe啖咖啡坐一日不過係荷里活道嘅Corner cafe and kitchen 就可以滿足兩個願望啦位於角落頭嘅Corner Kitchen and Cafe共有二層，上層比較多位，亦有兩張梳化所以可以好chill好舒服咁hea一日又有甜點亦有咸點正餐咖！不過兩次去都只係飲嘢同食蛋糕香港應該唔太多地方有得食紅絲絨蛋糕所以就一於試試佢其實佢嘅味道都普通雲尼拿蛋榚差不多而白色嘅並唔係cream 而係硬嘅芝士一軟一硬嘅口感令成個蛋榚變得特別而new York cheesecake 亦都非常好食芝士唔太漏，亦做得唔太硬飲品就叫左ginger tea勁足料勁辣哈哈哈食物同飲品質素都好好連杯碟都好靚呀 （厄like一流）坐係呢到同朋友笑吓傾下再啖下茶食下蛋糕真係好適合係呢到hea 呀唯一價錢係偏貴一件cake 太約$68-$7x 不過可以坐咁耐，環境又舒服，乜都抵呀PS 呢到除左coffee and tea，仲有紅白酒，啤酒提供。每日3-8都係happy hour，紅酒都係$38咋！PS 2 呢到所有staff

It's the second time I've been here for lunch, the food is still as great as before. 某個週末，跟友人逛完PMQ後，就特意在荷里活道一帶亂逛一下想發掘一下有無放空嘅好地方。最後，走到一個小轉角，就見到呢家兩層嘅CornerKitchen café。我地停低望一望menu ，大家都揀到心水嘅野食，就決定要坐低了。因為下面已爆滿(其實很少位置) ，服務員就帶咗我地上二樓坐低。餐廳主要提供wraps, sandwich, burger, 仲有甜點同埋酒品。我地就點咗一份juicy beef burger($125)  + banana toast($70) , 再加凍朱古力同咖啡。等咗大約15分鐘，banana toast率先上桌，嘩好香肉桂味，再加埋大片大片香蕉片同埋超多糖漿，感覺超滿足!再過多一陣，juicy beef burger都嚟喇，食burger就當然係配薯條啦~牛肉夠厚身，一咬落去個包真係幾juicy~加埋煙肉芝士再配埋旁邊嘅醬汁，小小辣，又係另一滿意之選。就係咁，喺美食嘅陪伴下，我地坐咗喺度近3個小時，就係咁過咗一個好慵懶嘅週末~ 

工作了一整個星期，終於到星期五，決定食好些，給自己一個 happy Friday lunch!平時午飯時間上環永樂街、熟食中心附近都是人山人海，其實行遠少許去到荷里活道那邊，已仿佛進入另一國度，人流少了，見到角落有家小 cafe，環境好像挺悠閒舒適，便選好 happy Friday lunch 的地點。餐牌有很多食物可選，選擇困難症發作，最後點了 lemongrass chicken wrap。店員把食物端上，未打開wrap已聞到香氣。wheat wrap 包著生菜、蕃茄、洋蔥、雞肉片，看似平平無奇，但吃下去非常美味，香茅及少許辣的醬汁讓整個 wrap 很惹味。Happy Friday lunch 怎能沒有一杯咖啡，可惜這裡的 cappuccino 味道淡了些，有點美中不足。這裡的環境及食物皆吸引，不過附近實在有很多餐廳，先發掘下其他美食再來。

週日的下午最好是找個cafe hea下，今次就試下友人介紹既Cafe。雖然地方不算很大，分上下兩層，但好快就搵到位。店內大部分都是外藉員工和客人，跟一般樓上cafe路線不同唷! 餐廳空間不算大，但整體感覺都幾舒服，可以令人暫時忘記明天就是恐怖星期一 首先來一個雜莓班戟，樣子不錯呢!! 食落去暖暖的，好明顯係即叫即煎。唯蜜糖已倒在班戟內，班戟吸哂d蜜糖，略甜! 都係比較鐘意自己倒蜜糖 ....跟住到Juicy Beef Burger 配薯條，牛肉好有肉感又多汁，包如其名! 旁邊有個橙色醬汁以為係千島醬，食落去原來有點點辣味，同個薯條幾match wo! 3點後有happy hour，啤酒有特價...配薯條，正! 最後加個咖啡~

I often go to Corner Kitchen Cafe at the end of my street and have mostly been happy with the coffees and breakfast wraps but today's experience was a huge disappointment.
