Dan Ryan's Chicago Grill (已結業)

專程從cwb到金鐘只為一試它們的心太軟入到店內menu是沒有這個甜品的, 但只要向店員order便行.等了大約二十分鐘......molten chocolate cake ($68) w/ vanilla ice-cream ($28) - 第一個感覺係...好細呀... (大慨手掌不計手指的大小)一切下...朱古力醬澎湃的流出, 朱古力味不錯但也吃到一點粉味...扣分, 蛋糕底有小小脆...加分~ 雪糕是hagen daze出品當然有一定水準.不用五分鐘便被完全消滅的蛋糕, 值得一試但在我印象中的心太軟是可以更好的.

本來已約定朋友去Vanilla食甜品當午餐，但見到Yan的心太軟後，我同朋友十分心動，立即打電話訂位。其實每次去Dan Ryan，心太軟都是必叫之選，每次保持水準，絕少失手。今次一坐落立即order心太軟，侍應哥哥説沽清，還說昨天有、明天有，今日下午都會有，唯獨是今日中午沒有，原因為沒有材料做，要遲一點材料才送到。大家心情頓時跌落谷底，唯有在餐牌上揀類似的作代替品。Dan Ryan的muffin是公認的不差，吃了面頭的脆脆後，再不敢食了。由於只得兩人，又主攻甜品，只叫一客薯皮就算，Dan Ryan的薯皮十年如一，勁多芝士。甜品是Brownie加兩球雪糕及Tiramisu。Brownie內層不覺有合桃等果仁碎粒，口感十分像一塊朱古力磚；再淋上一層朱古力醬，更加倍朱古力的濃烈。而兩球雪糕唔夠大，下次要求大一點。Tiramisu-我對Dan Ryan的tiramisu愛好程度一般，我覺mascarpone cheese比例較多，不是軟滑而是濕潤，我鍾意食較有實在的質感。心有不甘食唔到心太軟，與朋友約定下星期再來一戰，不過事前會問定有否心太軟才會來。

多謝OR的戲票，上週六可以同友人去PP AMC享受靚院架勢，順道滿足私心：離戲院數步之遙就是Dan Ryan's，很想回味它的甜品!開場前，拉了友人去食個early lunch：　Muffin-Dan Dyan's的麵包籃有奉送muffin的優良傳統，這也是我的回味目標之一。這個免費的muffin香甜熱暖，每次吃都十分的開心，不過吃完也就少了20%胃納，另一款麵包就被逼要放棄。Cup soup-侍者介紹是忌廉白湯底，再加上火腿、粉糰等食材，但我吃來卻覺得很似中式粥?今趟有點失準。Club Sandwich ($78)-麵包烘得香口帶脆，火雞肉及其他配料新鮮又份量充足；還好只是半份，再多就吃不下了!Strawberry Smoothie ($42)一望而知果肉多例多、冰的比例少，因而果味濃厚、鮮香清新，不錯!　好了，是時間介紹主角了，沒錯，就是我最愛的Molten Chocolate Cake心太軟!(注意：這款甜品只在甜品餐牌上出現，主餐牌是沒有的)這裡的心太軟份量比坊間大約三成左右，而且中間的朱古力熔漿極為濃郁，感覺興Steak House的出品有九成相似。友人一來時間早未開胃，二來

The lamb chops were tender but with little taste.I expected better taste at this price range. I have certainly eaten a better lamb rack before. Had to filled ourselves up with mashed potato and bread. The bread and muffins are nice.5 Stuffed mushroom with minced shrimp and crab. $89. Yummy.B had a great time with crayons and a helium balloon.

同阿姨去食水尾下午茶,叫左2件cake同埋一個crisps,先講下cakecheese cake:硬硬地,好香芝士味,個餅底係酥皮,好香脆!tiramisu:勁大件!好香咖啡,朱古力,酒味同芝士味,簡直perfect!而且D cake好大件,完全同delifrance個D無得比,眼住已經好滿足!crisps:好似係用cereals焗出黎,金黃色,好脆飲品就差少少,勝在佢可以無限添飲,而且坐得好舒服,又唔會趕你走下次一定要同D FD去坐下傾計!

剛過去的星期六，又再約了大學同學看戲，因電影只有金鐘和奧海城上畫，故此買了這兒的戲票。放工後，趕來與友人會合，因時間關係，不想走太遠，提議來這兒晚膳。三個女仔點了半份海鮮湯飯和個 regular 凱撒少律。凱撒沙律的味道跟九龍塘那間分店差不多，海鮮湯飯就第一次試。原來是用蕃茄煮成的湯底，配上青口、鮮魷、蜆、蝦等海鮮同煮的湯飯，味道超鮮，半份其實都只夠兩人 share，不過因為我們都不太肚餓，吃了兩小碗已覺飽肚。最驚喜還是只要出示當天戲票，每 $100 便可減 $15，非常抵。

今日, 是老婆大人的生日, so 經過無數的腦力...想到想死.....終於選了這間店做我們的晚餐。餐廰的環境很有 60 年代美國餐廳 feel, 而且都 ok 靜, 暗暗的又多畫, 有howarts 的感覺, 幾好在老婆大人沒什麼心水下, 我們請了店中的服務員推介, 他推介了一個排骨, 一個沙拉, 而老婆仔就要了一個雜錦頭盤.....免費的包, 因為是免費 so 不要要求太多了, ok 啦, 有橙皮圓包 及合桃muffin各2個頭盤, 個芝士薯皮, 薯味重好香口, 雞翼味道特別得來也是好好味微酸辣辣的, 炸洋蔥圈不油不淋 so good!沙拉. 紅酒? 你真是加了下去? 食唔到....我就覺 ok 的, 我最 like 是它之中好有味的芝粒, 但老婆大人反而怕了沙拉中的芝士粒....她話太芝士了....排骨ribs, 好正正, d 肉勁鬆化, 而且類似bbq醬燒汁味道好好, 很好食, 而且d隨碟薯條粗粗的很好食, 不油不淋, 耐左仲好脆! 仲有伴碟的椰菜沙律, 是已絕種KFC的味道今日是老婆大人生人, 所以餐廳有蛋糕送給我們, 是傳統的蛋糕carrot cake, 之前我可是沒食過的

睇完blueberry pie, 即刻想搵間餐廳試下~約埋兩個朋友仔黎呢度食大家都係想食藍莓批為住, 其他都係配角, 所以只係order左d salad個藍莓批都唔錯!批底好香牛油味, 中間既 filling好似有d太甜既感覺亦有d似blueberry jam...不過也值得一試!

this place is perhaps my favorite restaurant for quite many years... whenever i don't have anything special in mind i like to eat, i will go there as it guarrantees satisfaction in terms of food, service, and speed... if you have plenty of time... you can enjoy a nice steak or ribs with beer or wine with decent prices... if you are in hurry, you can request foood to come quickly and enjoy a luxurious good quality fast food... like a great burger or pasta or salad or something... i have been ther

Dan Ryan's Molten Chocolate Cake is the best I've ever had!!!!!!The outer layer is very crispy the middle layer is chewy and the molten chocolate taste just right, not too sweet and not too dark and there's isn't the strange sour taste that many lava cake has.........highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!

It's indeed vy nice to be with friends enjoying good food. However, the environment is too noisy. To be honest, the seafood platter is rather disappointing. The lasagna is much worse compared to my memory. It is indeed not recommended. But I do appreciate their bakery which is very fresh.

I’ve been a fan of Dan Ryan’s since it opened in HK. For many years, my family and I frequented the restaurant and absolutely loved it, but the last visit was a big disappointment. The receptionist has a serious attitude problem. We didn’t have a reservation so she told us to wait. Then another Westerner family came and apparently had no reservation either. 9點幾同朋友睇完夜行悍探,揀左就腳既Dan Ryan's. 點知佢一坐底又話唔餓又話承...麻鬼煩煩!冇晒mood下求其叫左:- Caesar Salad: 預期中既好味,菜好爽脆,但係呢晚d醬唔夠反而芝士太多,有d怪;- Clam Chowder: 以原個大麵包裝住,忌廉白湯好濃, 飲完湯已經飽左七成;裝湯既麵包包身較硬,好睇唔好食;- Baby Back Ribs(half): 真係唔錯,好入味,個ribs又腍又鬆化,連伴碟既薯條都好正;以前黎Dan Ryan's 一定會食我最愛既tiramisu, 不過對住呢個食少少就叫飽既朋友,仲點會有胃口?? 原來除左要識揀地方食,仲要識揀對像....今晚錯晒....
