I felt very hungry after doing my shopping at IFC, so I didn't want to go somewhere too far away to have my dinner. Hence, I chose to have a quick dinner at Dressed.I went to take a menu before making my order as usual. I discovered that they changed the menu a bit. We can now make our own pasta according to our preferences. We can select the type of pasta we like e.g. penne or farfalle as a base of our pasta. We can also choose 4 toppings free of charge. 話說呢個星期五去左中環同好朋友食飯, 咁佢帶飯但我happi fri當然要搵好野食喇  未去之前已經搵定呢間salad take-away! 好似都無咩係ifc係食過野, 幾乎搵唔到間舖係邊... 係一條我未行過既走廊...1235去到已經好多人, 又排左一條長龍等買野, 比我見到有onilne order pick-up, 早知就使用呢個服務啦! 不過其實都唔洗排好耐...  一開始擔心salad會唔夠飽, 好似都係食sandwich穩陣少少, 不過見到sit-in既人個碟salad大到... 都係學下foreigner試下salad做lunch! 等左無耐就有人拎個紙袋比我, 行左2步有d口渴諗住飲野發現紙袋入面無左杯飲品!? 好彩未行遠, 返去問佢拎返杯飲品先! 因為呢度無set, 飲品係on top加錢買架嘛!  之後同朋友行左去碼頭個度好好享受喇~叫左個southeast chicken salad(唔係好記得個名...), 原本dressed有customize salad, 可以自己揀配料同醬, 不過時間緊迫都係揀chef choice! 見都幾多人推介呢款就一於試呢個,

今日相約好友外出食lunch,唔想食得太heavy，所以就決定去dressed食下沙津，三文治等輕食中環食晏最麻煩嘅地方就係人太多，基本上間間餐廳都必需等位，當然dressed亦唔例外，找到坐位後又要再排隊買野食，幸好友人早到了，預先找好位置，才不至於要匆忙地進餐Dressed 嘅招牌及餐牌以綠色為主，店內環境亦比較簡約，選色較為光鮮，以給人一個清新，輕怡，健康的感覺食物種類大概分為7種：沙津、三文治、意大利麵、烘包、湯品、小食及沙冰另外，還有自選沙津及意大利麵，有大量配料供選擇，部份更是於街外少見的,花多眼亂,以自選沙津為例:先選 青菜>配料>沙津醬沙津菜 : 5款  ( 如:羅馬生菜、西生菜、火箭菜 ) 芝士    : 7款  ( 如:發達芝士、瑞士芝士、羊奶芝士 )肉類及蛋白質類 : 19款   ( 如:鯷魚柳、地中海烤雞、烤蝦、牛柳、豆腐 )蔬菜水果類 : 超過 40款   ( 如:鷹咀豆、日式醃蘿白、洋薊心、烤龍葵菇)即使沙津醬也有多達25款  ( 如:牛油果醬、田園牛奶醬、紅酒醋汁、檸檬水瓜柳醋汁)非常厲害，可以自由配搭出最合自己口味的沙津或麵食食物即叫即製

今日蘿拔妹相約女同事一起吃午餐，兩位女士都不約而同想食d清新輕盈既lunch，甘當然係離不開沙律啦！同事就提議不如去IFC既dressed食大大兜salad~大約一點黎到都易揾到位，不過條龍就超級長！排左20分鐘先買到，而且仲要坐系位等佢送過來。蘿拔妹亂挑左個chicken cordon bleu, 材料有 romaine, roast chicken, ham, swiss, grilled portabello, crouton, dressing 就系butter milk ranch！我想講呢個沙律係蘿拔妹既至愛！Dressing夠奶香夠rich，而且最重要係沾滿每一塊生菜！生菜切得大小剛好，唔會好似好多餐廳切得大快到撩到快面，而且夠多汁爽脆！雞胸肉有點硬及鞋口，不太好吃，但配上的cheese cube及crouton卻為平淡的沙律配上新鮮感！雖然個沙律90蚊真係有d貴，但地卻好味到經常心思思想食!

成日出街搵食,有時都會覺得唔太健康,所以特登會有幾日比腸胃休息下,食點LIGHT FOOD,今日在IFC辦點事,事後有點HUNGRY,就想起呢間DRESSED.這店以賣沙律和包為主,亦好像有點粉麵.主打當然係沙律,有成18款設計好既沙律比你簡,$85至$115不等.當然可以自選,但係我呢種無咩讀過書既人,唔太識英文,都係費事講唔出配料名,簡一款唔洗溝通既.最後簡左COBB科布$97,材料有西生菜,羅文生菜,烤雞,脆煙肉,碎蛋黃,藍芝士,牛油果,車厘茄配上第戎芥末醋汁,單睇材料就知豐富,實食得飽啦坐係位約10分鐘服務員自動送上.份量果然足料,撈得十分均衡,藍芝士的確很濃味,牛油果很CREAMY,生菜爽脆,加上煙肉脆脆調味,亦有烤雞令到不單調,醬汁不太濃,芥末汁唔會辣,只取其味,醋既味道亦不嗆喉.食呢份沙律都要起馬十五至二十分鐘,慢慢享受.但亦有改善既地方,烤雞太硬,雖然食出燒烤既香味,但實質不合格,調味也不足,另外藍芝士放落呢度亦太過OVER,搶走左不少平衡.或者係個人口味問題,好多人都愛藍芝士食哂呢份野,吸收了一天纖維所需,實在令人輕飄飄,好似拍緊衛生巾廣告既感覺

The photos of the salads look like the portions are really small, which led me to get a panini sandwich, supplemented with an bowl of bland artichoke cream soup. I was craving for some avocado smoothie today and I came to Dressed! Their mint avocado smoothie ($35 for 12 oz) was really delish! It was made of real avocado and yogurt with subtle taste of mint!!! Dressed Salad it is always one of the hot spot for Salad, where else can you get fresh ingredient and mix and match it according to your preference. The décor its simple, with an open kitchen with clean area. It is not something that you can complain for a quick turnover restaurant.
