美国人气蛋三文治专门店「Eggslut」系铜锣湾嘅店舖开到2月23日咋🥲把握最后机会会一会~Eggslut系主打以鸡蛋🥚为主题嘅汉堡包🔸Duo Fish Sandwich $92双重炸比目鱼三文治个鱼柳系厚切的,外层嘅炸粉系好薄脆,唔会好厚嘅炸粉咬落去比目鱼嘅味好浓郁又嫩滑再加上芝士夹埋软熟牛油面包食好夹正正‼️🔸 Bacon Egg & Cheese Sandwich $78烟肉蛋芝士三文治用左苹果木熏烟肉、半熟煎蛋、辣椒蕃茄酱、车打芝士🧀咬落去啲蛋汁流出嚟🤤 所以成个感觉都唔会好干身整体成个包好有咬口🔸TRUFFLE Hashbrown $33系有六粒松露迷你松露薯饼放得好整齐🤣用咗鸭油去整,好香又脆口🔸白桃梳打 $28🔸柚子梳打 $28两者都好清新嘅感觉,食饱饱汉堡再饮依杯嘢饮好好消化 继续阅读

之前试过来食薯蓉,觉得好味,再来试下其他款式。店铺面积颇大,又貌似唔会赶人走,几啱 hea 坐。松露薯饼 薯饼外皮非常松脆,但味道就同普通薯饼冇咩分别。负评系因为名不符实,已经非常细心品尝,但点都食唔到松露味。就系一个好脆皮嘅薯饼。 芝士汉堡 自家制奶油面包喺呢间舖头嘅店招牌。面包质感好柔软,又有甜甜地嘅味道同香味,同平时食开d 汉堡包嘅包有明显不同。咬落去,第二个卖点系即刻爆出嚟嘅半熟蛋汁,令到个口感几有新鲜感同惊喜。至于汉堡扒就正正常常冇咩特别。主要系因为个甜甜地嘅包,同埋个半熟蛋,令到成件事系好味嘅。 继续阅读

呢间开幕冇2年就快结业既汉堡包铺男朋友一知道话一定要结业前嚟食我地已经早3-4日嚟过,次次都排到7彩要放弃今晚我地早到嚟睇下点知排队比前几日少左一半人咁多!!唔执输下今次就排下包既款式唔算好多,同埋做包时间都要等下order完大概等15mins先做好去拎包男朋友拣左🍔Fairfax Sandwich 🧀炒滑蛋。洋葱。车打芝士包 $78个炒蛋都几厚,同埋酱汁几好味我觉得几适合早餐食而我拣左🍔Sausage. Egg. Cheese. Sandwich🧀鸡肉肠。蛋。芝士包 $78块鸡肉饼唔算好厚,味道好似麦乐鸡味佢地个包系几好食,大大个,但好软熟成个包系好味不过食完我唔系好够饱😂佢地小食太少啦不过系佢地结业前嚟食左觉得还OK既 继续阅读

I had strong cravings for Eggslut when I first saw its pictures online. I was so hyped up when I knew that it opens in HK and immediately gathered my friends to check it out. We’re shocked to know that it’s closing down in 2025. We sampled almost all of their menus that time, Fairfax; bacon egg & cheese; the slut; as well as the truffle hash brown bites. It’s definitely making simple breakfast buns photogenic and appetising. I had the bacon cheese & egg and the brioche buns tasted very good, fluffy, crispy on the outside and buttery on the inside. However, the egg wasn’t as slutty as I thought! We went in a group of 6 and only one of us got a really oozy egg from our buns. The Slut was toasted baguette chips dipped in a jar of steamed egg and mashed potatoes, garnished with pinch of sea salts and chives. As I remember it tasted quite nice but the portion was small. The hash brown bites had very tiny hint of truffle and was quite heavily seasoned with salt. I dipped them into the Slut egg to balance out the savouriness. 继续阅读
