Place sucks. Single cone is $60 - they give you a really small scoop. They seem to put out 30 flavors when looking from afar - but in fact the left display and right display are duplicates - they only have 14 flavors. Dumb marketing move.
The male server at 8:40pm Sep 21 was really rude, annoying, and gross. Every time we asked him for a sample he had a really annoyed look on his face, and almost grimaced. He’s the rudest server I’ve ever encountered in HK - how does he still work there? Also, his uniform was really dirty and had a lot of stains and marks on it - not stains from serving ice cream - it was basically unwashed for prob a week. Just grossed me out.
Shop looks amazing from afar, but once you get close and transact, it’s a disgusting disappointing experience.
What a joke. This place has screwed up something as simple as an ice cream waffle cone: the waffle itself is very flimsy and small, and slight pressure caused by licking the gelato will cause cracks in the waffle. It’s like a self-disintegrating ice cream cone - what an invention.
Even though gelato is in it’s name, the stuff isn’t even gelato - it’s regular ice cream. Gelato is supposed to have a chewy, stretchy consistency, which this doesn’t. It’s like regular cheap Diary Farm ice cream that costs $60 - just terrific.
WORST ICE CREAM EXPERIENCE EVER
