Have passed by Healthy Chicken a few times as it's closeby my place, but this is my first time. I ordered the half chicken meal which is $108..the portion is really generous with a good balance of vegetables and the chicken...the half chicken is fairly big, juicy and meat is tender...with a small portion of brown rice (you may also choose white rice, tomato mix rice or spinach mix rice)...i tried the green sauce which is not chilli...although the plate seems a lot but i didn't get the over-eatin

早知道蘇豪區的餐廳有外賣速遞服務，但以我的生活模式實在不需要，但見網上外賣平台宣傳不少，似乎有規模，亦得到三數家我曾光顧的店子參與，好奇心驅使下，就下載了手機app，並登陸體驗。因為家有剩餘意粉，打算找家燒雞店，選擇全只雞的，因為相信點算原只雞更能保持水份不流失。最後在App內找到了Healthy Chicken。雖然在App上選擇了中文語言，但Healthy Chicken菜單只有英文，估計是外藉人士經營，而全雞無單點供應，只有選餐，一只雞包6款配料及飯一客，售$188。醬汁有6款，前四款以顏色代表：White, Red, Green, Yellow。每款皆附上醬汁名字，及卡路里計算，非常適合keep fit人仕，有見地。白色的是一般蒜汁，估計用作添辛香；其餘三款可能是不同辣椒材料製造及辣度的選擇。非顏色選擇的就是橄欖油及牛油果醬。還是辣辣地惹味，於是選了Red，即Sriracha Sauce，這個是源自泰國的醬汁，混合了紅辣、醋、蒜、糖及鹽，一般伴以海鮮，辣味是spicy，即少辣。跟著選擇額外配料，有2款麵包，2款飯，7款蔬菜可選。我的選擇是番茄紅飯，配料是雜豆、生菜、番茄、粟米、

早聞這兒開了間以健康燒雞為主題的小店，而老闆認為自己能長得個子高大，肌肉結實，就是因為自己從小到大都愛吃燒雞和沙律等健康有營食品，當然需配合他愛做運動的習慣  既然如此，今天就特意來到中環一試它究竟有多健康 在這兒點菜很簡單，只需選擇不同雞部位，如1/4隻雞、半隻雞、全雞、去皮雞胸、雞翼等，再選配飯(有三款)和沙律菜等；如果不愛吃飯或沙律的人士，可以只單點燒雞，不要套餐，又或是選點他們的chicken wrap；客人還可以如常點燒雞沙律餐，再加配tortilla等自己捲~ 套餐選配十分有彈性  而我倆為了能一次過嚐遍各個雞部位，故點了個燒全雞套餐~店員很好人，主動問是否要耐全雞一開四，我們當然答需要啦，否則要徙手撕開一隻雞未免有點困難~ 飯方面有三款選擇，糙米飯、蕃茄飯和菠菜飯，我們要了蕃茄飯；沙律方面則要了黑豆 (另有扁豆選擇) 和所有沙律菜 (牛油果需另加$15，但我們沒有要，因擔心太膩了)，還配有芝士碎條，醬料有五款，不大記得有哪幾款了，只知其中三款是辣的，我倆都愛吃辣，故要了聲稱最辣的yellow sauce~可能外國人始終不太懂如何煮米飯吧，蕃茄飯煮得太腍太爛了，份量不

I ordered Chicken Leg meal and it came with all the side dishes. I love their tomato salsa as well as Spinash Rice.
