繼續我嘅尋找酒吧之旅，今次嚟咗呢間以Tiki為主題嘅Honi Honi. Tiki酒吧一般充滿熱帶風情，通常佢哋嘅雞尾酒酒精會落得比較重，而且普遍會用碎冰，基酒方面主要圍繞加勒比地區出產嘅朗姆酒。成間鋪頭最吸引我嘅除咗係佢比較chill嘅裝修之外，就係佢做飲品嘅杯！全部都係有熱帶主題，簡單啲來講係好有土著feel，啱晒而家「手機食先」嘅文化由於今次係一個人，我選擇左坐係吧頭享受飲品，店員都好努力咁講解佢哋酒吧嘅特色，特別着重介紹咗好多隻朗姆酒，聽講呢間吧係全香港Rum酒最齊全嘅地方!整體來講我覺得呢度好適合happy hour, 感覺好適合同三五知己casual drinking！

Thanks my friend inviting me there, love you 💕 This is my first time to come here! I could see a giant cup cabinet behind the bar. It’s rum library🤩 I was really relax because of Hawaiian music. The bar setting and environment is enjoyable🍑Many people came here for a chit chat. I was glad to meet Max. Relaxing vibe here, its a good place to chill and have a long chat with your besties. I like the outdoor area here, its like out of Hong Kong. Made me forget my urban life instantly. I ordered Honi Honi Collins, its a refreshing drink with mint and lemongrass. They are very generous in the booze, I am so tipsy after drinking this. Good seat spacing, won’t be too close to the other groups.Nice and polite staff there, great service.

呢間酒吧喺蘭桂坊附近，放咗工想chill一chill又唔想咁嘈就來呢度就最啱啦。佢有室外同室外嘅環境，好有夏威夷風情，色彩好鮮艷奪目。1️⃣Zombie (1934) $160我琴日就有少少行屍走肉，所以就叫左呢個🧟‍♀️佢嘅酒精濃度比較高，佢主要用咗好多唔同嘅rum酒調配而成，而且一路刺激着你嘅味蕾。杯嘅造型比較特別，有好多俘虜骨係上面☠️，店員總會用火槍燒青檸，打卡一流📸。唔係好飲得嘅就唔好叫呢杯啦🍸，不過我自己就比較鍾意飲呢杯多啲，夠晒似我剛烈嘅性格。🙆🏻‍♀️好味指數: 8.99/10 2️⃣Honi Honi Cocktail $200呢杯就會比較適合女仔飲多啲，佢主要用咗七種冧酒，蘋果汁，玉桂糖漿同柑橘🍊嘅混合而成。上面有啲玉桂粉點綴，飲落去甜甜地，而且酒精濃度冇咁高。🙆🏻‍♀️好味指數: 7.85/10 -💡星期五放工最啱去酒吧同朋友chill下🍸，來呢個世外桃源真係最適合不過，好有遠離繁囂嘅感覺👍🏻

A very exotic bar in Central, Honi Honi Taki Cocktail bar offers a variety of tasty cocktails. Super friendly staffs, interesting decor, and most importantly amazing cocktails!🍹 I’ve ordered a pina colada and a Honi Honi Collins. They were both amazing. 挨多一日先到Long Weekend，點頂呀？决定放工後同同事去happy hour 打打氣！今次揀呢間喺中環異國風情嘅Honi Honi Tiki Cocktail Lounge 。一坐底就每人叫番杯嘢飲先！1杯cocktail - Mojito，同2杯mocktail - Mango CoCo & Passion water 。Mojito不過不失，味道正常;而兩杯mocktail 都好fresh ，分別好酸嘅芒果（啡色杯） & 熱情果 (面頭係冰粒嗰杯)，兩隻杯好靚，係Tiki culture 的雕刻。味道就大家都好酸，但好開胃。至於餐牌入面嘅食物選擇，種類比較少，全部都係小食類，今次我地叫咗：1）Prawn Skewers (蝦串燒）呢到嘅蝦串燒係一串4隻，上到枱面時好熱，加少少檸檬汁，襯熱食，好好食，但價錢有d貴。2）Mini Quiches (迷你法式鹹派）有3款口味，叫咗9件（每個味道3件：三文魚、蘑菇、洋蔥）。食落似芝士撻加好實嘅蛋撻嘅感覺，每個口味都食咗一件，但分別不大，都係好重牛油味，三文魚味太特出，較為味道出少少嘅係蘑茹味。3）Large Poke (刺生吞拿魚粒

一星期第二次同朋友上黎 今次我地一齊飲左shoot Tiki Strong先其實一啲都唔strong 好重果味好岩女仔飲我叫The Curse of the Monkey而朋友叫左Zombie外形真係好得意 好有夏威夷風不過我飲左啖monkey就後悔 因為好重椰子味但我朋友試完我杯monkey之後 一啖愛上仲主動同我交換我就反而鐘意Zombie多啲 比較清新啲不過bartender呢杯好strong好易醉

The shooters are delicious. The sharing bowl of cocktail was a bit light with the alcohol, but tastes not bad. The poke was quite good too!

The bar held a rum night event with Foodie. They had a welcome shot for everyone.4 stations of different "activities".1. Tasting of 2 different rums, very unique and good favor2. Poke bowl with friendly staff asked our selections of food3. free ukelele lesson which was fun4. make your own rum cocktail with the bartender. This was the station with their own staff. The drinks were very good indeed. Tried the Honi Honi Heels and the Bikini girl.Both were palatable. Good tiki vibe and beautiful interiors. Each drink is around 130-150.The music is quite loud, but the bathroom is clean.The person standing on guard, however, near the entrance was very rude and condescending.Other waiters were extremely polite and friendly.

本年度的冧酒節在Honi Honi舉行，認識的公關邀請之下就來八卦一下。沒有嚐到這裏的出品，當然是非食評，只是放放相好了。Honi Honi的意思本為Kiss Kiss，這是位於中環威靈頓街的樓上調酒吧。　　裝潢設計富有熱帶風情，充滿夏威夷感覺。牆上掛了大量帶玩味及配合主題的風格圖畫，色彩繽紛。別以為樓上吧環境會十分封閉，這裏可是有室外空間的。可是當天人多擠逼，加上天氣熱，幸好樓底夠高，否則有點透不過氣來。　　兩日的活動聚集多家冧酒名牌，免費入場且可以試酒。同場也有Nicepops及Pololi提供免費的特式小食，會另外打文的了。　　當然不能少數第一日進行的調酒比賽啦，恭喜得獎者XD。
