我們是用BEECRAZY的團購買了一些優惠套餐，每人118元。以前也參加過這些團購優惠，但這次感覺最差，受到最不禮貌的待遇。可能我們是用團購優惠的關係，感覺員工對我們愛理不理，問他們拿杯水，也居然拒絕。問任何事情，全不理睬，我們根本不是用團購優惠去享受一餐，反而是像乞討，像求他們給我們吃一餐。食物質素方面，點了一份所謂的「肉眼扒」，但其實只是一塊普通大家樂式薄牛扒，所謂的配菜只是幾條薯條，而且好像炸了很久，油臆味極重，我吃了半條就吃不下去。湯︰他們聲稱是「意大利湯」(真的叫「意大利湯」，不知吃了甚麼……)。甜品︰難食到爆，我們點了「奶凍」，其實只是一PAT mousse，我還以為自己搞錯，睇多次餐牌才發覺真的是奶凍！我覺得如果你們不能自己做「可以入口」的甜品，不如乾脆去美心買一兩件算，但在餐廳serve這種東西，很難接受。最後重點，其實我真的不介意多付錢，但你們搞團購，我和朋友也想嚐試新的東西。我不明白為甚麼要搞團購，又覺得我們來「攞你們著數」，又要態度差。另外一提, 我們打電話去book位時要講團購優惠的號碼，他們聽到是團購，要我們等了很久才有回覆，之後給我們比較晚的時段，但當我們到

我不知道用「正價」消費，感覺會否稍有不同，但經過這一次的「體會」，相信自己都好難會再用錢去買另一次難受。

I have been to Isabella for several times.A few days ago, I went there with my family for a casual dinner. We oredered dinner sets.The salad there were excellent. There were also vinegar and olive oil on the table. To me, it is very detailed and most of the restaurants do not have it now.The steak there was very good. Also, the pork rib was delicious. I am very satisfied with the meals in there.

I would like to express my views and happy moments which i experienced at Isabella. Two days before the Chinese New Year, I went to show the fair in Victoria park to my children. We were very tired after a long walk in the park. So i thought to have dinner in one of the restaurant. . Anyway I started walking on the road. I saw the board of Isabella. The restaurant was fully packed. I thought that i would not get any table. Still I went in hoping to get some space . The restaurant staff arranged a table for me very respectfully. It was a really very nice experience to eat pizza and steak in the color full environment of the restaurant. Although it was really busy but the staff entertained us efficiently. Moreover my children liked the food very much.

I am very excited to share my feelings about the food which i ordered. First of all my children ordered chicken wings and Burchetta.

While talking to the staff I was recommended by their Italian chef to order Fresh prawn linguini and white fish and scalop risotto. The food was served in fifteen minutes which really pleased me. My children were very hungry. They started eating the hot food. The food was looking very fresh and piping hot.

We were enjoying the hot fish in the cool environment. For dessert we ordered Tirumisu which was excellent.

Altogether my children and I were very happy to have food of our choice over there.

But one thing that I would like to share is that when i read the reviews about the restaurant in my free time I came to know that someone has written bad experience over there. I think that this restaurant is a very good restaurant and the staff is very efficient and professional. Someone must have written bad about the restaurant either in jealous or professional competition. But one bad experience cannot decide that the restaurant is bad. I have read many good comments about the same restaurant also. I myself is the proof who had many fine dinning experiences in many Italian Restaurants. In this restaurant i felt that although the restaurant is new but the staff is quite experienced and professional. They served the food to me in such a friendly way that I was feeling to be at my own home. The restaurant is well managed, neat, clean and exceptionally hygienic. I think we should praise the restaurant staff and encourage the people who are serving in the best way in the society. I wish the restaurant may get more and more good customers and the customers may have good experience as I had.
