5大1BB,拣左个圣诞套餐,再加多份意粉,好full好满足。烟熏猪肉肠配豆猪肉肠好腍好湿润,带布少少烟熏香,口感太腍,但系d豆好味,个酱汁煮得很好,豆亦软身起砂的质感。烟三文鱼牛油果沙律烟三文鱼肥美油润,鱼脂好香,入口鲜嫩,配完熟牛油果很香滑,沙律新鲜份量多,酱汁开胃清新。意大利巴马火腿火箭菜薄饼中间的芝士很美味,奶味浓不太咸,水嫩creamy 的芝士,配咸香的巴马火腿,味道岩岩好,薄饼烟韧。蕃茄芝士通心意粉用新鲜蕃茄整成酱汁,味道唔会太咸,有浓郁蕃茄味,通心意粉更有咬口,加上芝士咸味,变成简单的美食。红菜头虾意大利饭用红菜头汁煮意大利饭,粉红色好靓,但红菜头味唔太特出,意大利饭煮得正宗,有点咬口不会太软身,反而虾肉不吸引,像熟了的冻虾,没有味道口感也不好。肉眼牛扒配香烤海鲜汇肉眼牛扒五成熟,煎得好靓岩岩好,牛似味道浓郁,又嫩又多肉汁,配烧汁都好好味。香烤海鲜汇有多款烧烤海鲜,有龙虾、带子、青口、蚬、大虾、八爪鱼、鱼肉.......带有阵阵烧烤风味,都很爽口弹牙,龙虾特别弹牙好味,如果有柠檬酱汁更加好。义大利传统圣诞甜点义大利面包Panettone,有朱古力及糖渍果皮,有阵阵橘子香,面包轻盈而扎实,入口松化,配埋细滑打至起泡的cream,有淡淡酒香。 继续阅读

walk in入到餐厅,叫埋嘢食同饮,开咗气泡水同无汽水,先至话畀我哋知因为有人一早预订大餐,所以厨房要预备,问 我哋介唔介意等半个钟?!另外牛扒都唔系特别平,唔紧要自由市场经济,但服务就差到癫!千叮万嘱千祈唔好落油盐,因为病人有需要!前线服务员话好的无问题,但最后端上枱嘅牛扒就咸到飞起!作为医生,我非常之担心㖞!唔好话病人,就算正常人都惊食到肾炎㖞!!! 令人失望的用餐体验今日踏入这家餐厅,本期待着一场美味的邂逅,却不料遭遇了一场令人遗憾的用餐经历。点餐之初,我们便被告知由于有客人提前预订了大餐,厨房需要时间准备,询问我们是否介意等待半小时。虽然理解餐厅的运营需求,但这样的等待无疑给期待美食的我们带来了一丝焦躁。菜品的价格也让我们略感意外。牛扒的价格并不算特别亲民,虽然市场自由定价无可厚非,但与之形成鲜明对比的是,餐厅的服务质量却让人大跌眼镜。在点餐时,我们再三叮嘱服务员,因有病人的特殊需求,千万不要在食物中添加油盐。前线的服务人员满口答应,表示没有问题。然而,当牛扒端上桌时,那浓郁的咸味简直让人无法下咽。作为医生,我对于这样的食物安全与服务质量深感担忧。过咸的食物不仅对病人来说是一种负担,即使是健康人士长期食用也可能对肾脏等器官造成损害,引发肾炎等疾病,这绝非危言耸听。此次用餐体验,从等待的不耐烦到对食物品质的失望,再到对服务质量的极度不满,让这家餐厅在我们心中的形象大打折扣。我们理解餐厅运营的不易,但也希望餐厅能够更加重视顾客的需求与体验,尤其是在食品安全与服务质量上严格把关。希望餐厅能够反思此次事件,加强员工培训,提升服务水平,为顾客提供更加优质、安心的用餐环境。否则,这样的用餐体验恐怕难以吸引食客再次光临。Today, stepping into this restaurant, we expected a delightful culinary encounter but were met with a regrettable dining experience instead.Upon entering, we were informed that due to a prior booking for a large meal, the kitchen needed time to prepare and asked if we would mind waiting for half an hour. While understanding the operational needs of the restaurant, such a wait undoubtedly added a touch of anxiety to our anticipation for a good meal.The pricing of the dishes also came as a bit of a surprise. The steak was not particularly affordable, and although market-driven pricing is understandable, it starkly contrasted with the poor quality of service we received.When ordering, we repeatedly emphasized to the server that no oil or salt should be added to the food because of a patient's special dietary requirements. The frontline staff assured us that there would be no problem. However, when the steak was served, its overly salty taste made it almost inedible. As a doctor, I am deeply concerned about such food safety and service quality. Excessively salty food is not only a burden on patients but could also pose health risks to even healthy individuals, potentially leading to kidney inflammation over time. This is by no means an exaggeration.From the impatience during the wait to the disappointment with the food quality, and then the extreme dissatisfaction with the service, this dining experience significantly tarnished our perception of the restaurant. We understand the challenges of running a restaurant but also hope that more attention will be paid to customer needs and experiences, especially concerning food safety and service quality. It is hoped that the restaurant reflects on this incident, strengthens employee training, and improves service levels to provide a better and safer dining environment for customers. 今日2025年3月1号下午1:30, 我和女朋友叫两个lunch set, 原本谂住很愉快, 但到中途员工换餐具𠮶阵时态度极差大力放匙羹落台, 态度极恶劣, 仲要几个女员工都是一样(都公道啲讲食物质素唔差), 我不会再帮衬, 希望贵公司正视这个问题。 所以我向Joia公司, 极度投诉你哋啲员工态度恶劣!!! 本人从来未试过有咁差嘅体验。因为本人之前都有帮衬圆方平台的餐厅, 但我估唔到今次有那么差的体验, 本人绝对容忍有呢啲咁嘅情况发生, 再次希望贵公司正视这个问题, 我强力投诉你哋公司. 继续阅读

环境优雅舒适。特色沙律 $148特色在整左一片片好薄嘅红菜头,颇有新意。本身唔钟意红菜头,但系因为佢整得好薄薄一片,个口感几薄脆新奇,捞埋一齐食又几好。整体系唔错嘅。西西里红虾意粉配辣车厘茄酱 呢个好普通,味道系一般嘅茄汁底意粉。完全唔系预期中红虾意粉𠮶种好虾膏味又鲜甜嘅味道。不过呢个价钱,又唔可以期望系好高质质嘅红虾意粉嘅味道。至于只虾就烧得几香嘅,但就系虎虾而唔系红虾。佢如果改返个名叫大虾意粉会符合预期多少少。意式杂菌烩饭 $208符合预期嘅味道,几有菇味,质地creamy。饭嘅质地都唔错。整体OK。👌🏼马铃薯芝士薄饼 $148见出边好少有得食薯仔pizza,就贪得意点咗。薯仔切得好薄。但系味道又冇话好惊喜,正正常常。芝士好充足。法国烧春鸡:呢只烧鸡反而整得几出色,皮好脆,肉都有香味。以呢个价钱嚟讲,水准唔错。不过系个size就细啲。 继续阅读
