Today I went to the 60 Ventris road for lunch and ordered the Eric Kayser burger which claimed to be their signature dish, but it turned out to be the worst burger I have ever had comparatively to any of the local pub around Happy Valley!!!!The beef they use for the paddy is cheap beef and the proportion of the mixture is all wrong, it is tasteless and unable to let me enjoy a great aroma of the beef; not to say the cooking technique, they didn't pan fried the paddy well to lock the moist and th
The beef they use for the paddy is cheap beef and the proportion of the mixture is all wrong, it is tasteless and unable to let me enjoy a great aroma of the beef; not to say the cooking technique, they didn't pan fried the paddy well to lock the moist and the juice inside but let the juice run and make the bread soggy with blood....The fries were soft and soggy and had to return to the kitchen and re-fried it.
It's very disappointing!!!!!!
I had a great expectation for my bread which I tried in Paris ( they are crispy on the outside and soft and smells great and tasted great) but Happy Valley's is a big disappointment!!!!!
