love the vibe and staff here!! super helpful, friendly and polite. i m not a cocktail-person but the cocktail here is real good (although a bit pricey), worth it definitely! we ordered an off-the-menu cocktail thats inspired by sesame torng yuen, so good. highly recommended this place and recommend to make a booking first, its quite full and a small/cozy place.

隱匿在灣仔一棟低調的商業大廈四樓,Mizunara是日式銀座風格酒吧,內部還有日式庭院,配上豪華木質吧台和皮革座椅,完美呈現其高雅風格。 主理人Masahiko Endo, 自2008年起就開始在各大調酒大賽中斬獲獎項。除了各式創意/經典調酒,酒吧提供超過700種威士忌,包括一系列令人印象深刻的日本蒸餾酒。🍸試了調酒單上的好幾杯都非常喜歡,有幾款更是重複喝了幾杯🙈**Earl Grey Martini**:這款酒結合了Gin和伯爵茶的香氣,再加入檸檬和蜂蜜的甜酸,是個典型的茶酒但整體的融合度卻不普通。**Hong Kong Reviver**:Gin酒為基底,加上Cointreau和Campari的搭配,酒感濃,很有城市感的一杯。**Matcha Tiramisu**:Rum酒與抹茶的混合,再融入馬斯卡彭芝士和榛果的口感,猶如一杯飲用甜點,但又不會膩。**Espresso Chocolate Martini**:濃郁的咖啡與巧克力香氣,另一杯甜點般的調酒。**Black Tea Whisky Sour**:又是一款結合茶與酒的調酒,蘇格蘭威士忌與紅茶的混合,同樣搭配檸檬和蜂蜜,但與上述的Earl Grey Martini截然不同。**Nagomi**:這款酒以日本威士忌為基底,加入抹茶和接骨木花的香氣,榛果的口感使整杯酒更顯層次感。🥰每一款調酒都有其很細緻且豐富的味道。

Japanese whisky cocktail bar Mizunara: the library.The ordered cocktails are: kohbai: a umeshu & whisky cocktail, for a umeshu lover this is a must try. serendipity: whisky& white port, with a touch of gold. A very unusual cocktail. These two were theirs invention, I loved both. Max went for Ichiro's Mizunara Wood Reserve on the rock when he was waiting for me to finish mine. I am always curious abt Ichiro, a young talented master who is good at blending, his malt would be my first choice to try unless there is an Yamazaki 25 or special on the menu. The Ichiro’s MRW was elegant, surprisingly long finish even it’s 46%. It felt like a cask strength to me. Our final round: sweet dessert chocolate cocktail Mononofu. The appearance was very deceiving, even the waiter thought it was coke 🤣.Max ordered a boring whisky sour, ❓❓❓❓apparently it’s too much lemon…I think theirs original cocktails are far better than the ordinary cocktail.

A Ginza-style whiskey library equipped with a terrace serving the most expertly crafted cocktails, quite a splendid find I must say. We requested sake to go with the fresh Japanese grapes-fused cocktails, and honestly I could drink 10 of these. If I weren’t at a bar, I would have thought it was a glass of delicious fresh fruit juice, a great but rather dangerous choice I must say😉 The matcha tiramisu was a great choice too, reminded me of a matcha version of a glass of creamy Bailey, yet even better as it wasn’t as sweet nor as thick. A delicious dessert in the form of a cocktail 🍸 They served great snacks too, with dried figs and the mini wasabi peanut balls being our favourite, though they weren’t very willing to offer us more once we finished the first round of snacks🙈Japanese Kyoho grapes 🍇 x sake HKD 270Japanese Muscat grapes x sake HKD 270Matcha 🍵 tiramisu HKD 180
