The sushi taco was crispy and delicious, a nice refreshing snack to have, with scallops some vegs, and Nori sheet that was deep fried, which was surprisingly good. Next, I tried the Grilled Chiba Suremeika Seaweed Risotto, It has a rich umami taste, along with the squid it has a chewy consistency that goes well with the creamy consistency of risotto. I enjoyed the umami taste of this risotto.
