今天和友人專程去中環吃我最愛的貝果，紐約風格的bagel 每天新鮮烘焙，還有不同的選擇來做你的貝果三文治。Maple Bacon & Egg🥯楓蜜煙肉蛋貝果三文治，我選了全味貝果，頂層上有芝麻、罌粟籽、洋蔥大蒜等等，外皮香酥內裏潤澤有嚼勁，單是個貝果已經好滿足。煙肉的咸香帶有楓蜜的甜，半生荷包蛋，牛油cream cheese 等，好味非常好吃。Bacon Jam BLT🥯這款的餡料有bacon jam 好特別又香口還有生菜🥬番茄芝士等，口感豐富。Smashed Avocado &Egg這款比較清新，選了全麥貝果同樣是好有嚼口的體驗。咖啡☕️味道是可以的，但我杯Cappuccino比較燙啊！

I've visited this bagel place a few times and I've enjoyed the food on every occasion. However, the service has just been getting poorer and poorer, leaving me no choice but to leave a disheartened review. First, about the bagel. My regular go-to order is the Hampton bagel, which is filled to the brim with thinly sliced chicken breast, camembert cheese, cranberries and arugula. Very fresh ingredients, the chicken breast is moist and juicy, making it a healthy but filling lunch option. The bagel itself also has the perfect texture, chewy but not too tough. Love the sesame aroma as well. Onto the service, this is where I have quite a few bones to pick. The last time I went, the female employee who took my order was snappy and quite unwelcoming. After I finished my bagel, I ordered another one to go, and she stared at me like I was creating a nuisance with my additional order. I paid it no mind, but upon my latest return, the same employee greeted me with the same attitude, making me feel rather uncomfortable. I ordered my bagel for dine-in and sat down. The order before mine was also a Hampton for takeaway. The employee making the bagel might have mixed up the orders, because she gave the previous customer a bagel for dine in and had to amend it. When I saw her wrapping my bagel for takeaway, I stood up to inform her that my bagel was for here. At this point, she already looked incredibly annoyed. The employee at the cashier looked over, and the employee making the bagel told her "She wants it for here.". She sneered and both of them rolled their eyes like I was a disagreeable customer that was making more unreasonable requests.I'll leave it to you to decide who you think is in the wrong. Anyway, if you ever want a bagel fix, takeaway from R&R is a good choice.

終於食到心心念念既R&R Bagel但整體唔係好啱個人口味叫左個Bacon Jam BLT, Bagel配garlic ($95）同埋mocha ($40)Bagel包質可能係紐約式bagel，口感偏硬、冇咩軟彈既口感，揀左garlic因為睇食評話蒜味好濃郁但我呢個食落蒜味欠奉，面頭都睇到得好少蒜粒。餡料豐富，有煙肉,cream cheese, 芝士片同埋惹味既醬汁，仲有蕃茄同沙律菜，雖然個煙肉煎得唔脆，但個醬汁好濃郁，成個配搭味道幾好。杯mocha味道正常，口感都滑順。整體黎講個bagel包質係令人失望，得個餡料配搭係令人滿意，加上我係內用，張枱冇人執，佢都係叫啲食客幫手清理食完既垃圾，枱面上都係麵包碎，冇咩service 可言，睇埋個價錢就會覺得唔多值，即使係就中環地段黎講。

Do not order a custom bagel!!Overall the quality is good and bagels are tasty, but the pricing has major problems. I originally wanted to order the “vegan” but instead chose the “build your own bagel” with fewer ingredients, thinking it would be cheaper. There is no information on the menu for individual ingredients pricing, and my bagel with only 4 ingredients was $135! I was shocked by the price and later asked the staff what the price would be if I had ordered the “vegan” and added smoked salmon to it instead, and she said $100 (same ingredients + more, for $35 less…). When I asked, the staff was not very helpful and only said “the pricing is different for build your own.”Additionally, my wife had gone there earlier in the week and ordered the English breakfast bagel ($80) and added on a coffee ($25) for a total of $105. When we went today, she ordered the same drink and it was charged separately for $45, so even though she ordered a much simpler bagel it was almost the same price ($95) in total. We guess you will be charged the cheaper price if you specifically purchase a breakfast bagel?If you choose to come here, I highly recommend only ordering/modifying something from the breakfast bagel menu, do not create your own, and check the pricing before you pay.
