首先ifc 個環境不得了，食個快餐有海景夜景，坐埋戶外仲正，樓下好價錢高啲既餐廳都無shake shack呢個景。平日夜晚，堂食位置充足，啲人多數外賣。🍔Shack burger (single) 🍔 $54個飽好軟，個漢堡扒好厚，肉味好香又有肉汁，完全拍得住出面出名嘅手工漢堡店，呢個價錢完全滿意，絕對會翻轉頭。🍋Fresh Lemonade 🍋 $25好味，檸味香，甜度適中，比平時快餐配汽水嘅選擇好太多，飲完唔罪疚，仲好清新添。🥤Fifty fifty 🥤 $25同Fresh lemonade 一樣好評，佢多左陣好香嘅茶味。兩款飲品都非常好，不相伯仲。🍟Fries 🍟 $28厚嘅波浪薯條，都算炸得唔錯嘅，份量都ok，不過真係無乜特別，亦唔係特別好食，無野叫就湊下數叫下啦，否則唔洗特登叫。

Last time at the elements store, their burger was a bit cold. They have a new item where the chicken uses the chicken thigh instead of the chicken breast. I was quite hungry and decided to try both to compare them.I tried the Chick'n Shack first but unfortunately the chicken was cold. 薯條脆但既芝士醬唔算出色，而且撇除個醬嚟講份薯條真係咸到阿媽都唔認得！好似食鹽大放送咁，喊到個嘴唇痛😵😵😵平都咪搞啦，盡量唔想嘥野都食剩一半。個包不過不失，炸雞好食，但啲配菜調味唔得，麵包都唔好食😢野飲除咗大杯解渴我冇嘢好講

記得上一次食， 差不多一年半前， 光是排隊都要25分鐘。 上次試shroom burger, 覺得個包好好食， 個菇好多汁。 不過今次同同事一齊去食，我就試另一款新野。用apps 落單， 唔駛排😏✅Dark meat hot chicken 👍🏻辣得好到位， 但又唔令你立即飲好多水， 雞肉keep 到肉汁， 夠熱就又會唔老👍🏻Smoke shake 用蘋果木燻肉， 加埋少少櫻桃辣椒粒。同埋個軟林林的包皮， 以$65定價算可接受Shack burger🤘🏻同一般漢堡扒唔同， 肉質好鬆軟， 一d都唔硬同實， 配菜亦好新鮮。 食完唔空虛🤣

This is the second Shake Shack I tried in Hong Kong. Still no surprises in the food but the venue is worth the trip up. To spice things up, I chose the vegetarian option -- The Shroom burger. When you fry it, everything tastes good. At least that's what my mother says. I agree. I didn't miss meat at all. Recommend this if you're on Green Monday or something. Shake Shack has been known for its classic burgers and fries and this time they came back with their brand new chicken bites. These bites were similar to popcorn chicken and they were matched with a mustard dipping with an option to pair them with cheese sauce. Their bites were not dry and tasted better than regular nuggets. They were also crispy but juicy on the inside. 呢間漢堡包店開咗咁耐，終於的起心肝嚟試吓，佢哋喺香港第一間舖就係喺IFC樓頂，除咗有室內座位，仲有唔少戶外空間俾大家去進食。但佢而家已經有唔少分店開咗喺港九唔同地方，但要食就去總店到食!!!Double ShackBurger 🍔 $77麵包軟熟，兩邊麵包都加上牛油煎過，令啱啱煎起漢堡扒嘅肉汁同埋醬汁，唔會令到個包淋晒。令人一啖接一啖咁食晒佢，好滿足!!!Cheese Fries 🧀🍟 $36新鮮熱辣炸出嚟嘅薯條，再加上香濃嘅芝士醬，又點會唔好食呢!!!

平日咁岩做完野又想偷小小時間食個下午茶獎勵自己，咁岩經過ifc緊係去鼎鼎大名嘅Shack Shack 朝聖一下，好在現家唔似當初岩岩開既時候咁多人，中午時間都唔洗排隊，仲可以一邊食嘢一邊睇下風景👍🏻 因為望住ifc既景色真係一流同好舒服。📍Beef Burger 呢個漢堡包好大個，不過皮有小小硬身，塊牛好有肉汁而且好大塊，口感都唔錯。 📍Cheese Fries 呢個波浪形薯條真係好特別，而且仲即叫即炸，大家食既時候真係要小心熱，係個薯條上面加上啲芝士醬，真係十分之邪惡，真係令人食到停唔到口。📍Fresh Lemon tea呢杯檸檬茶飲品都不過不失，酸酸甜甜解渴都一流👍🏻地址: 4018,4F IFC, Finance St, Central

Shake shake 嘅漢堡其實唔算太優秀點咗smokeshack burger 🍔 肉質尚可接受，但係個醬汁就好難以形容好在薯條正常發揮，如果唔係應該食唔飽但係喺中環對住個海景食飯成件事加咗好多分就原諒佢啦😒

想食 burger 點可以唔黎 IFC 既 shakeshack , 相信大家都對 shakeshack 唔陌生，係香港都已經開左好幾間分店，係中環食就最正，除左有 indoor 座位之餘，仲可以坐outdoor睇 靚景今次同朋友係差唔多黃昏時間黎左，人唔多，有好多位坐。佢既薯條真係炸得好香好脆，食到停唔到口，揀左 shake burger 食，牛肉肉汁好夠好 juicy , 包就比較軟身，成個包唔夠太大個，霽過細細個岩哂 tea 食，價錢雖然貴但都值得黎試下

多年前喺New York食過Shake Shack，一改我對快餐店漢堡包嘅印象，既juicy，醬汁又好食，直情令我返黎後本來唔鐘意食漢堡包都變開始鐘意。Shake Shack初黎香港時，落戶中環。同大部份過江龍一樣，初開時，每日都大排長龍，亦因為咁樣，可能點都對食物質素有少少影響，所以喺開業時，試過一次後，就甚少再試，因為覺得同New York嘅爭太遠，又唔平。今日黎開IFC，因為想食個快嘅，就再黎，點咗：🍔Shack Stack $89🍋Fresh Lemonade $25驚喜地，今次整得非常好，又令我諗返起當年喺New York時食嘅感覺🤤呢個 Shack Stack一睇就知勁邪惡😈佢嘅最上層系大塊蕃茄同生菜塊，之後系超厚牛肉同大塊蘑菇一齊炸嘅車打芝士。食時，咬到厚厚芝士令人超滿足。黎食 Shack Shack必飲佢嘅新鮮檸檬汁，雖然唔知系咪真嘅檸檬汁，但都飲得出唔系開粉衝，下次再試埋其他分店先😋🍔Shake Shack (國際金融中心) (中環)📍中環港景街1號國際金融中心4樓4018號舖

次次食完晚飯行經Shake Shack都想試吓呢一間人氣快餐, 今日大食妹趁着天朗氣清, 特登去咗IFC分店體驗一下IFC分店景觀開揚, 有室內同室外嘅座位, weekend客人有啲多大食妹咩都想食, 就叫埋朋友一齊過嚟, 兩份食就可以食多啲款式<Cheese Fries>最吸引大食妹嘅就係呢種經典嘅波浪形薯條, 大食妹已經好多年冇食過, 超級懷念呢Shake Shack嘅薯條係即炸嘅, deep fry感十足, 配搭creamy嘅芝士醬, 非常好食<Chick’n Shack>除咗食薯條外, 我哋仲嗌左份雞肉漢堡其實見佢成個餐牌都係牛肉漢堡, 有少少心郁郁, 但考慮到近排牙肉腫痛, 都係下一次再試啦其實呢個雞肉漢堡都唔錯, 漢堡麵包甜甜地, 中間夾住一塊厚切炸雞扒、新鮮生菜同酸瓜, 配合沙律醬, 味道唔錯<Vanilla Shake>聽朋友講第一次嚟食Shake Shack, 一定要飲佢呢一個Classic Shake, 於是大食妹又試一試Classic Shake有多款唔同口味, 大食妹就嗌左最Classic嘅雲呢拿口味Vanilla
