又來啦，因為有優惠。只有幾個面牆位，食得咁辛苦寧願買走食盒入面會放了wasabi同豉油今次試了牛肉卷，不過唔係太夾太好味就是了。米飯包到有點鬆散，而片牛肉好難咬，似係金菇牛肉卷陣味。若非有優惠平了一半 ，正價近三十元就唔會買來食了

唔想食太飽，會來買條壽司卷做lunchbor tea, 即叫即卷，米飯仲暖暖地架，叫個最basic 架味，有蛋，青瓜同蟹柳，包到幾紮實，wasabi 己抹在飯卷中。 一條就唔太大。，手掌咁長， 用紙盒盛起，有埋魚仔豉油。味道好一般，其實同便利店買到的差不多，但款比較多同新鮮

Attended online dining platform 's launch and tried various rolls from Sugo Sushi.The rolls that I tried were: Spyda, ebi ebi prawn, terry terry chicken, salv-o and unag-o.My favourites were the salmon and prawn which were fresh and delicous.The chicken roll was filling with a nice teryaki sauce giving it a hint of smoky sweetness. online dining platform is an online food ordering site with delivery!

I peeked at the night market at the Police Military Quarters that's been so heavily advertized around town. I can't say I got much out of it besides a desire to try this place some time (they had a booth there). 今日lunch非常趕時間，行過見左右都陫長龍買外賣，只有呢間冇咩人。走過去望下d sushi roll都唔差，又啱即食即走趕時間嘅我。不過今日得8度，食sushi凍冰冰，想揾熱飲或者但好似又冇。眼瞄一個sushi roll應該唔夠飽。因為趕時間所以冇留意價錢就order了。叫了一個辣味牛肉卷$24同一個三文魚手卷$26，盛惠$50。講真一個平日的lunch，算貴。因為Pret A Manger買一 份salad roll都有兩個roll,份量夠飽都係$39。辣味牛肉卷味道幾創新，有味覺棘激重口，但又幾好味，其實感覺似韓式壽司。紫菜是厚厚有咬囗那種。三文魚手卷standard嘢，只要件三文魚夠新鮮，基本上冇問題。另外一提是此店比人感覺好衛生，白色主題的店鋪，食物盒，整齊的食物櫃等。但不知何故是不太吸引人入坐。可能近日冬天已經太冷，此店冷色佈置實在不吸睛又不吸客。坐位又可能是坐向問題，令人感覺不舒服，面壁不緊要，但背向店員，感覺不舒服，好似一路食一路後面有人𥄫住你。似乎吸引西人多一點。但此location價錢略貴。總結：食物👌環境👎服務👌價錢👎

In my experience many have walked down the path of fusion and missed the mark. However Sugo Sushi pulls off the fusion of individual cuisines within each roll.We had the Spy-Da roll (soft sea shell crab), which was fresh & tasty, with the light crunch and flavours one would expect. Washed down with a dry soda, yum!Next time we look forward to trying the No-Way-Jose roll (something like a taco with Mexican beef, taco sauce, sour cream, cheddar).

早前，我在 Openrice 找中環區的新餐廳時，有兩間新餐廳顯示在底部！其中一間是位於中環機利文新街的Sugo Sushi-to-go！ 店名 Sugo Sushi-to-go，以售賣手卷為主，大約有十款，而且各有特色！  除了日式口味之外，還有其他 fusion 口味！ 店方提供外賣及堂食，堂食的話可坐在店的吧枱位置或站在門外的高枱。 意想不到一間新型手卷店，聘請的兩位年輕外籍店員！  一位是富陽光氣息的外籍男店員，另一位是笑容甜美的女店員！  令整店氣氛也充滿朝氣！每次幫襯，也見他們以禮待客，笑面迎人！ 手卷 $20 起已有交易！Size 有如一個廁紙筒！  不似上環 K-Roll 的韓式壽司卷如此巨型！當然！我喜歡新奇的口味配搭！  每次幫襯，我只會選擇兩款手卷！同時，兩款手卷正好放入外賣紙盒，整潔美觀！  以一個貼上一粒米貼紙的紙袋，具代表性！路人見到都知道跟飯有關嘞！ 還有，食壽司/手卷必備的日本豉油及 wasabi! 加州手卷 $20配上牛油果、青瓜、甜蛋...等。簡單而美味！口味清怡！相信食得清淡的人會喜歡！ S. 早幾日午飯時間同同事路過，發現呢間嘢新開張，隔離嘅粥舖同四川菜take out都好多人等外賣，惟獨佢冷冷清清。當時有職員捧住啲切成一片片嘅手卷俾做試食宣傳，試咗一片，味道都ok，過兩日咁啱又冇帶飯，就去幫襯。當日同我哋發現呢間舖嗰日情況類似，都係周圍好多人而佢又冇乜人，只得一個客人堂食。不過入到去我總算明白佢冇人排隊唔出奇，因為佢啲手卷係整定哂放喺凍櫃入面，好似餅店咁格局。驟眼睇個凍櫃都算乾淨（新開張都唔污糟得去邊），我嘅關心係冇獨立包裝之下雪住嘅手卷可以有幾鮮味。睇埋個價錢，最平嗰條都要$20，大部分款式介乎$23～$26，而條手卷只有女仔玉手三分之二嘅長度，約4.5"左右！那麼一刻真係有啲想調頭走...... 不過啲店員盛情難卻，就把心一橫試一試。店員推薦我買set。佢哋有三個set：兩條手卷＋麵豉湯／汽水，兩條手卷＋麵豉湯＋汽水，三條手卷＋麵豉湯＋汽水。我買咗第一個，盛惠$50但當你細看，就會發現set嘅手卷係名副其實被set定咗－－加洲手卷＋吞拿魚牛油果手卷，仲要似係固定menu，唔似日日換款（唔知有冇誤會）。兩款都啱胃口所以冇乜所謂，但只得一個選擇，唔食呢兩款嘅朋友咪冇set

七月十二日 (星期五)在機利文新街覓食多年，見盡一雞死一雞鳴的景況向來做得不錯的嘉美雞也挺不住，換來的是這賣和風手卷的sugo店名就是Sushi-to-go，賣的手卷約有十款左右還有七彩顏色的維他命水如此格局，似乎是走西日式路線，主打外國人生意倆口子就買了其中四款試試首先綜合說說手卷本身飯卷是包得挺堅實的，我們左搬右搬來影相也沒有散亂飯粒不算很富米香，不過黏性挺足的大緻上是不錯，不過若與華御結相比又給比下去一點兒說好是辣的，但真的一點也不辣，面的辣粉似乎只虛有其表軟殼蟹也太乾身不過吃到一半又不錯，是豐富的蟹肉肉質還挺嫩滑的這個天婦羅炸蝦，又是覺得蝦略細隻了一點入口，蝦肉也不算爽口，只帶微微鮮香反而醬料挺好，是芥苿沙拉醬，挺若味的，帶起整個手卷的味道三文魚只要新鮮，就不會太難吃反而亮點在忌廉芝士，十分富奶香，也很幼滑軟身整條手卷的長度，用料十足這吃照燒雞手卷，雞肉尚算嫩滑不過欠一點肉的咬口不用十五分鐘便完成四條手卷!!!味道配料尚有待改進，其實可以像華御結一樣，作多方面嚐試若只賣手卷的話，如此質素，可能便有點難度~
