這裡的店員都很親切，服務態度很好，以往每次到這裡都是吃沙律，quinoa跟pesto pasta這兩款調味很好，都是每次必點的，十分推介。早幾天突然想試一試它們的wrap，然而一試便愛上了，這星期幾乎每天都要吃一次。店員製作後都會加熱，外皮會熱熱脆脆的，可是內裡的餡料都不夠熱，店裡的位子亦比較少，所以經常外帶走，回家黎焗熱一下。第一次試的是The kale wrap $58Kale+avocado+cucumber+homemade hummus+onionsWrap有點辣但我很喜歡！而且份量很大，吃完超級飽肚！另外是hummus wrap$58Homemade hummus+bell pepper+spinach+feta這個口感更豐富，辣椒很多，hummus亦調得很好吃！比起The kale wrap，個人更喜歡這一款！如果這款可以更辣就好了！整體來說是很推介的！

一個星期有幾日都會食得太豐富，總需要有一兩日食得清淡健康，沙律是不錯的選擇。這店會提供大約六款沙律選擇，可拼三款，供照自己口味選擇，相當適合想試多幾款的朋友們。但今次我只選了一款《凱薩沙律》，份量十足，不是按重量計，店內職員會把沙律裝得滿滿的。汁醬份量適中，而且味道不會太酸，加入火雞肉，不會太過清淡，營養均衡。一個人午餐份量真是相當足夠，一盒沙律也可以很飽肚，不過座位位置有限，我多是外賣自取，如有座位都可以坐在吧枱享用，店內職員都很有禮貌，笑容親切。

All salads were pretty much tasteless and the 3 green leave salads (incl. spinach) on display were all soaked in dressing. 今日去開灣仔做野，諗住響應下Green Monday食沙律。本身想食利東街嘅Passion，但又覺得灣仔有好多小店，應該去支持下。喺Passion隔離係廈門街，發現呢間小店無論沙律同湯都有好多選擇！即刻開心曬！提示一下，店內無位坐，但買完可以去隔離利東街，有好多長凳。另外店員會好好笑容咁比你睇d湯同pasta/飯係點樣。本身因為落雨嘅關係我已經無咩笑容，但d店員好有元氣，最後佢地微笑咁對我講佢 Have a nice day令我不禁會心微笑，心情靚曬$58嘅Mixed Salad 可以揀三款沙律。我揀左Honey Kale、Russian Potato Salad同另一個有quinoa嘅沙律。三個沙律之中我最愛honey Kale，佢嘅味道微甜，菜亦好新鮮爽脆。Russian Potato雖然比較多澱粉質，但食落好清新唔滯。quinoa果個有豆、番茄同大量青瓜，青瓜嘅草青味較濃，但我好鍾意 呢個沙律份量十足，我平時食完午餐好快就肚餓，但食完呢個可以到夜晚先肚餓，一定係飽肚健康之選！本身諗住買個沙律算數，但竟然比我見到我最愛嘅湯 - Chicken vegetable soup!! 如果

有時候沒有帶飯，又唔有沒有時間外岀享受午餐，我也喜歡到Tallore買外賣回公司吃，不但好吃而且份量大。今天也不例外，餐廳也是給客人 takeaway 的。以前不知道Chilli con carne是什麼，但見我的外國同事也很喜歡吃後，試了一口才知是蕃茄辣肉醬。今天我選了配意粉，還在上面加上芝士，有點極邪惡的感覺！其實吃下有點像蕃茄肉醬意粉哈哈！味道有點辣，十分惹味，但個人認為配飯比意粉很好吃。因為份量真的很大，吃完會很飽。

今日lunch不太肚餓，於是去試下呢間專賣湯同沙律嘅健康輕食店😍😍今日只叫左佢嘅湯外賣，呢個係蕃茄羅勒素菜湯，好濃蕃茄味同香草味，我自己後加埋粟米仲不錯😍😍啱晒我間唔中食素嘅人😊😊見到佢有不少健康好味嘅沙律食品，下次去再食下先😋😋

自從灣仔利東街改建後，變得商業化，是否喜歡見仁見智，不過附近亦多了許多餐廳進駐。偶爾會去這裡覓食，在利東街旁的廈門街見到一家很細的比利時食店，裡面只有4個面壁位，應該主要做附近住客及上班族的外賣生意吧，見晚上門面冷清，便進去包場。套餐分3個，點了set 1，主菜可點沙律，選3款，再配湯。沙律款式挺多，有9款沙律可選，選了羽衣甘藍、藜麥及烤蔬菜，湯則選了南瓜湯。南瓜湯非常濃，味道清甜，不是罐頭貨色，有驚喜。沙律雖然全部放在同一外賣盒上看上去不吸引又不太環保，但味道不錯。羽衣甘藍新鮮，加了蜜糖及檸檬調味，很清新，很少地方會有羽衣甘藍沙律賣。別以為只有沙律及湯會不夠，其實份量不細，食畢已經很飽，想靜靜地食個健康快餐實屬不錯。

Went past and saw this interesting prawn and melon soup so decided to try it.It turns out that it was wintermelon and not melon as written on the label.Anyway, it tasted quite nice because it was light but the ginger was a bit strong and overpowered the wintermelon and prawns.

Went here again for my fave chili con carne.The portion was huge as usual.This time it was spicy but the the carrots were a bit chunky and the tomato taste was not strong enough.

healthy choice, 星期五來到小店買南瓜湯同沙律作晚餐，一黎到，店員就好細心咁介紹有咩湯，同套餐有咩combination，因為好中意食南瓜嘅關係，豪不猶豫就選左南瓜湯，不過就花左少少時間去選沙律。南瓜湯好"傑"，好足料，除左南瓜味之外，仲有好重香草味，飲完碗湯，都已經飽左一半。選左三款沙律，小米-帶有淡淡嘅咖哩味，中間嘅係普通沙律菜，roasted Vega都不錯，唔會太油。整體感覺良好，下次想試試墨西哥牛肉飯
