同朋友去開中環飲嘢，中環出名多酒吧，真心眼花撩亂。 跟住朋友介紹咗依間加勒比海風的酒吧。 位置上都比較接近大館，就喺正壁畫隔離。 門口嘅加勒比海風設計相當吸晴。上網睇先發現原來依家係五大香港必去嘅酒吧之一，同埋主要以Rum做主題，相當特別。 因為到達時間比較早酒吧啱啱開門，所以並未有人光顧，但係咁樣啱晒同朋友靜靜咁傾吓偈內在環境其實都好有加勒比海風， 絕對有唔少位打卡，而且環境舒服職員都好友善喺OpenRice訂位，仲可以有Welcome Drink. 一坐低職員就先送上一杯Prosecco汽泡酒。五點至七點啱啱好有特別Offer，指定飲品會有優惠價。 朋友就簡左”Rum Runner Spritz “ ,而我就簡左打卡既 “New World Order” .作為打卡嘅New World order ($130) , 表面有一嚿冰去乘托住青檸， 職員會喺青檸入面倒咗rum ， 當客人ready好相機 ，職員就會用火槍去點燃， 即刻會有火花同埋着火 ， 成杯野真係超靚🌹 打卡必備基本上大概5分鐘左右火就會自動熄滅，就會有種淡淡既燶味， 但係唔會太難聞，有小小似木香味（？） 。 飲品

鍾意rum嘅我一直都想到訪呢間呢間主打rum酒嘅cocktail bar，最近同朋友一齊到訪，呢間整體嚟講都令我幾滿意😚佢哋最近出咗新Menu，主打唔同產地同特質嘅冧酒，當中最鍾意嘅就係Call me Rico Suave ($120) 呢杯用上三款冧酒，飲落去帶甜度嘅果香，上面仲放咗一片用香蕉同熱情果整成嘅薄片，店員建議可以先飲一啖再食一下，食完更加有種齒頰留香嘅感覺😛如果想嚟呢到打卡，咁就一定要嗌New world order ($130) 呢杯一上枱店員就會點火，個視覺效果超級ig-able🥰 呢款都係走果香路線，不過冇前一杯咁甜，飲落去除咗有橙、芒果等水果嘅甜味，仲有好特別嘅香料味，整體都幾特別🫡飲完兩round覺得可以幾續再嗌，於是再追加🍹PB&G ($130)以番石榴汁、柚子甜酒、同菠蘿為主，飲落好refreshing，而且鍾意呢種好有layering嘅熱帶感覺～ Popcorn and pandan negroni($130)係當晚最重酒味嘅一杯，入口先會飲到強勁嘅Campari，再會飲到Pandan Flor De Caña嘅斑蘭清香味，另外側邊有兩粒特濃焦糖味嘅爆谷🍿

Been here a few times, liked their tropical vibes as always. !!!! The new rum dairy!! Introducing you one of my fav on their new menu-THE TOT GROG, the coconut rum was YUMM, love it! Tropical milk punch got me tipsy after. If you want a good instagrammable content, please go for the “New world order”. As I said, get your camera ready for the FIREEEEE, and cinnamon drops. The Daily Tot 🍹.For the longest time, I thought they were called sth plantation 😂 Love their tropical vibes and beautiful imageries of greenery along the wall (look for the adorable pair of yellow birds!)~ .They focus largely on rum, and their cocktails were definitely on the stronger side, but absolutely delicious! Probably the only bar in Hong Kong specialising in rum at the moment. Anytime I go to a speciality bar, I expect the staff to be provide an educational and informative experience - for instance, I've had such experiences at Whisky & Words (for whiskey) and at COA (for tequila and mezcal). However, I didn't have such an experience here despite ordering a rum flight (which should be quite telling in and of itself -  I am here to try and learn more about rum). Waited for getting in around half an hour, finally get to be seated around the bar and can observe the bartenders fascinating show. Friendly staff, nice presentation, favourable cocktail with a little bit playing with the old fashioned. Little bit pricy but worth the try in such a decent bar.

Have walked pass this place for so many times but didn’t have a chance to visit.Tonight we finally had a girls catch up happy hour here.
